West of Twinleaf Town and deep within the forest that makes up the south western corner of Sinnoh, a small lake resides among the trees. Though small and tucked away from the world, this lake, like the others that can be found in the Sinnoh Region, is just as important as any major city landmark. Lake Verity, like Lake Valor in the east and Lake Acuity in the north is said to be tied to the myth of the creation of the essence of spirit in the Pokemon world and is considered a sacred spot to those who know of it's lore.
