Leafstone Nature Reserve (Rules and Dice)

South of the Kalos region, on the western coast of the land that spreads beyond the region's boundaries, a generous amount of that land exists for a great purpose. Over the years a group of researchers and environmentalists have developed a program to make a protected area, and it has only continued to grow since, now known as it has developed into The Leafstone Nature Reserve. This reserve spans for miles on this western coast, encompassing acres of plain and forest, and even some man made environments, all in an attempt to carefully preserve the very diverse and rich population of Pokemon that live within its territory. It's been cataloged over the many years of work that those who maintain this reserve have put in that at least one of every species of Pokemon has been found, or can be found within the boundaries, an impressive feat for what they've strived to do. Their goal has been to create a sustainable environment that could accommodate for every species of Pokemon comfortably in order to maintain the life that humans share with the world. This reserve is used for many educational purposes in being able to teach many about the hundreds of Pokemon that share the world, being able to offer studies and insights on Pokemon species not commonly found in certain areas of the world, and many other programs that help spread understanding about the Pokemon of the world.
The Leafstone Nature Reserve is a haven for Pokemon and human alike, especially when it comes to their annual event. The reserve, while wanting to preserve the life that live on their land, also knows how important it is for Pokemon to maintain contact with humans to maintain the balance between both parts of the world. Likewise, sometimes the population of the reserve can get a bit extensive, and grow too large for the reserve to handle, so Leafstone Nature Reserve holds an annual event for all registered trainers of the Pokemon League. Once a year the reserve opens its doors to those who have become a part of the Pokemon League as trainers, coordinators, or otherwise to help maintain the population of the grounds and to keep the Pokemon in tune with the outside world.
