On the other side of Ula'ula Island, on the western coast, a small town was starting to grow after having been just a settlement made for travelers who ended up on the western side of the island. The town was quaint and was making a decent living for themselves with their own harvest grounds and being able to provide for themselves because of how far they were from the main city of Malie on the other side. This small town wasn't going to last though, not without access to other resources, for when Team Skull began to take ground in Alola with their growing forces, they needed somewhere to run their base of operations, and rather than making a place their own, the ruffians decided to make a name for themselves and lay seige to an entire town. Po Town did what they could to defend their homes, even working with the resources they had to build a wall as a fortress around their small town, but it just wasn't enough and Team Skull over ran the entire town. They were less hostile than most would have thought, only making the move to kick everyone out of their homes with only what they could carry, but still to this day Po Town does belong to Team Skull, and they've kept it that way.

Waking up that morning on the outskirts of the northern portion of the Alolan Island, Emiri and her Pokemon were rested and invigorated for another day of traveling and gathering stamps for the spectacular race around the world. Emiri made sure that her Pokemon were all well and attended to before returning her Pokemon that were not capable of traveling between islands, leaving her with her flying types. The group was ready, they had one island of the Alola Region left with just a couple of stamps, and then they would be on their way north to the Unova Region to sweep across the map of the world and keep moving.
The island they were headed to now wasn’t too large, there were only a couple of Pokemon Centers here, but as Emiri and her Pokemon headed to the northern portion of this island, they were surprised to see a whole town shrouded by a giant wall. It seemed odd… They had never seen anything like that before, and Charizard was more than resistant to actually head that way the closer they got. It was covered in strange markings, like paint? And there were run down vehicles and tattered buildings all over the place. It looked almost abandoned, and Emiri wondered if there might be some mistake, but as they circled, wondering what they needed to do, Emiri and her Pokemon did catch sight of someone leaving the walls of the town. Swiftly making a change of hopping over to Kovu’s back over his outstretched wings and settling the baby into the crook of his shoulders, Emiri walked across the outstretched wings back to Charizard’s saddle and the two swept down to the ground. It was a trainer likely just a bit older than herself with a Tauros at his side, who did have the same stamp booklet that she did. Emiri questioned what was in the walls of this place, and it seemed that this trainer was local to the Alola Region. A gang of trainers who banded together to make a home for themselves took over Po Town… And while that seemed to be rather dangerous, the trainer said that they did have the Pokemon Center up and working, and were sanctioned as part of the race… It all sounded a bit odd, but he rushed off on the back of his Tauros without much more word, and Emiri supposed that there wasn’t much harm in it then. Charizard cautioned, and made Nimbus go in with her, but meeting some individuals who really couldn’t be much older than she was, wearing some tattered black and white outfits with masks and a skull looking insignia all over the place, she did in fact get a stamp for her book to be sent on her way. It was a bit unorthodox, but she wasn’t really sure what else to make of the situation before coming back out to Charizard to keep moving. The Alola Region seemed like such a quirky, peculiar place…

"The giant wall around the town is hardly subtle." Elfana couldn't help but roll her eyes at the state of the town. Team Skull wasn't exactly her favorite Team to work with. To her they were just another group of edgy children trying desperately to make themselves seem scarier than they actually were. Po Town just reaffirmed that belief. Haruka looked every bit as bored as Elfana was. Walter and Kiro, on the other hand, were actually taking the town seriously. Kiro was determined to remain out in front of Elfana. If anyone tried anything, he would stop them before they could get near her. Walter had attached himself to her arm. He fully intended to Teleport them back to the meadow as soon as they were done getting their booklet stamped. Kiro and Walter were only unsettled further when a couple of Grunts recognized Elfana and decided to have a conversation with her. She humored them, though only for a few minutes before claiming she had "doctor things" to do. Best not to break out the big words with this Team. She headed straight for the Pokemon Center after that. Elfana got her stamp and was about to turn to leave when they vanished from the Pokemon Center. Walter was not going to risk another encounter. They were taking the safe way out of there.

Po Town was the second to last place Kira needed to visit to collect a stamp from. At least from Alola. The time spent here in this Region was some of the best of her life, but she just wished she'd been able to visit it under less stressful circumstances. She knew she would be back, but being tempted by a taste of paradise was rough when you had to worry and rush through it. So when she landed in Po Town and saw how destroyed and desolate it was, she was literally stunned. "I don't like the looks of this." Lucy said, narrowing her gaze and looking around warily.

Kira noticed Lucy's hesitation. She could even feel it through their bond. "It should be okay. It's part of the challenge, so that must mean that they are willing to play nice." She too looked around at the group of people all wearing the same outfits. "We don't have a choice. I need the stamp from here." So without further ado, she walked into the Pokemon Center. Lucy followed along, unwilling to leave Kira's side for even a moment. Fortunately, with an entire team of fully evolved dragons backing her, nobody dared start any trouble with her. Not even Team Skull was that stupid.

The inside of the Pokemon Center, much like the rest of this sieged Town, looked like it had been through a war and left to rot in the aftermath. "I need a stamp from Po Town." She said, approaching the thug standing behind the counter. She said nothing, but stared at Kira as though she'd neer seen anything quite like her. Some little girl just waltzed into their place, THEIR base of operations, and started making demands? No, that wasn't going to fly with her. Then she glanced at Lucy, who folded her arms over her chest and gave a look of pure menace.

Eventually she broke and grabbed a stamp from the counter. The fight wasn't worth the possible damage she could cause. After all, word of those dragons spread like wildfire through Po Town.
