Within the center of all of the mountains and rocks that make up most of south eastern Ula'ula Island, where the rocks create a sort of bowl that keeps out any cool air and the climate has already proven to be rather hot, a desert has actually formed over the generations known as Haina Desert. It has become an entirely sustainable ecosystem, hidden within the center of Ula'ula island and unknown to most, but that does't make its presence any less prominent. Because of the harsh conditions, it is known as a tough training spot for some of the trainers that are traveling through the island, but there have been many cases of missing persons. The desert has a series of protruding rocks that come up from the ground, creating an almost labyrinthine environment, making it very easy for those who travel into its depths to get lost. However, the deeper into the desert someone travels, the more likely they are to come across the Ruins of Abundance.
