Olivine City was around them now, the smell of salt water wafting through the air with being so close to the ocean and the coast, and the helicopter jostled on the ground for a moment before it came to a stop, allowing those passengers off from their boarding. Demeter waited so as not to get pushed or shoved before standing from her seat, looking to make sure that Loki was following in his human guise before taking the step off from the machine. The wind whipped furiously around them with the proppellers of the helicopter just barely coming to a slowed pace to allow the machine to take off again, but Demeter had her hair tied back which made it a little less annoying to step out onto the walkway. There was a sort of landing pad that was set up around them, and a few officials from the facility who were taking care in making sure that everyone was finished boarding and was clear of the helicopter, and Demeter stepped out of the way with Loki as the engine of the machine started up again. She started walking away from the helicopter taking off, just for sake of being able to hear and talk away from the thunderous motor, and within moments the sound of the helicopter was fading away into the air as it started to take off once more, leaving them all in Olivine City now. She knew she wanted to spend some time training still, biding her time until she could go to challenge Pryce in the east, but she wasn't quite sure how she wanted to go about things, at least not quite yet. Walking beside her, his movements slow and deliberate to keep her steady pace, Loki glanced at her with his shining green eyes under the guise of his illusion, being able to tell that she was considering her options.
"Where is it we're off to next," Loki questioned knowingly, though he did well to hide the smug expression his face that would show he knew she didn't actually have an answer to the question. He just liked to taunt and poke fun when he could since she almost always had a plan of action, though it seemed at the moment she was at a loss of any direct action to take. She glanced at him with her gray eyes though, sharp and unsettled as he dared to ask his question, knowing that no matter how he hid behind his illusions, she understood his tone and the way he asked or said things far better than he might like. "You can't give me two seconds to gather my thoughts before you have to interupt," Demeter returned sharply, knowing Loki to be an instigator when he knew he had nothing to lose especially, and in this instance there was no harm no foul in asking a quesiton he knew there was no immediate answer to.
"In all fairness, I'm just trying to gauge what our next few days will be looking like," he answered nonchalantly, shrugging his well tailored shoulders as he clasped his hands behind his back, and there was a snicker from the ground beneath them at Calcifer chuckling from Loki's words.
"Yeah, like you have some itinerary. Are you going to miss your afternoon tea," he cackled, his eyes appearing in Demeter's shadow for only a moment before they disappeared above his toothy smile, always having one thing to say or another on any matter that was taking place. Loki was never thrilled to have Calcifer around, despite how long they considered themselves companions, only heaving a sigh and shaking his head as he waved one hand, washing a force of dark energy over Calcifer within the shadows in retalitation. "Prick," the ghost grumbled from the darkness, but Demeter only rolled her eyes at their antics, they never for one moment seized to get on her nerves when they were harassing each other.
"I should have left you two there. Maybe then I might actually get some work done," Demeter seethed, glaring at Loki whom stood tall beside her, and from any other standpoint it would look as though she were arguing with the male, which apparently caused for some unwarrented attention.
"Hey, this guy giving you some trouble," called a voice across the walkway, moving towards them by the sounds of it, and Demter looked crossly with her sharp gray eyes at the source of the voice, finding another male moving towards them with a large Crobat fluttering beside him. He was tall, much like the human guise that Loki assumed, but had short grungy black hair that framed his square face. He wore a pair of dark sunglasses and a leather greaser jacked with a pair of old worn blue jeans and some beat up sneakers. Demeter thought he looked a bit familiar, she might have seen his black leather jacked boarding or getting off of the helicopter they had just come from, but otherwise his attention was unwarrented, and nothing that piqued Demeter's interest.
"What's it to you," she retorted, hardly wanting to give him the time of day. She could tell already what his type was, the bad boy hearthrob that would swoop in and save the day if something looked like it was going south, but just from the look of him she could tell that he was far worse than something just going south. Loki seem lessed than phased by the other male, only raising an eyebrow at being referred to as a stiff. Anything other than old clothes and a filfthy jacket was probably too high class for a low life like him.
"Do I look like I need your help? I didn't ask for it," Demeter offered shortly, taking an open stance with her shoulders back and her head level, knowing that body language alone was important and could say enough in a conversation to portray what it was she was trying to get across. She couldn't come off as closed off or small in an instance like this, not when she wanted this guy out of her way.
"Could I suggest cutting your losses while you're ahead? I guaruntee this isn't going to end how you so foolishly believe," Loki commented, trying to get him to back down while he still had a chance, but it seemed the male still had it in his head that Loki was the threat in this situation and not Demeter, and that in itself was entirely wrong of him to assume.
"Hey, guy, back off okay? The lady doesn't want you around," he sneered back, and Loki only sighed at the dire mistake he had just made in referring to Demeter as some lady. "You know what, I'll take up your offer," Demeter answered after a moment, and she had definitely piqued the male's interest as he stood up straighter, a smirk playing on his lips as though he had just won some prize, but Demeter wasn't quite finished in her response as she looked at him dead on.
"Let's go a few rounds. If that Crobat isn't the only Pokemon you have on you, I can show you something I found out there," she finished then, taking him for a spin now as he scoffed at her remark.
"Is that so? A pretty girl like you went out and caught herself something nice, huh? You think you can take me on? Crobat here is pretty potent, poison isn't fun to play with," the male went on, still unphased and not understanding the warning that Loki was trying to give. Loki knew that in a situation like this, there was no need for him to step in unless Demeter called for it. She was more than capable of taking care of herself, despite how he might taunt otherwise, and he was thouroughly interested to see how this was going to turn out with a gleam in his shining green eyes. She was holding all the cards, he just didn't know it, and now it was time for her to start playing her turn.
"Then you shouldn't have any problem making a bet with a pretty girl like me," she offered, though her tone was anything but sweet, and her gaze should have given the male all the idea he needed to understand that making a bet with her was a lost cause, but the mention seemed to strike his interest, and he stepped forward with his Crobat.
"What's in it for me? If I win, I get to take you away from this stiff and show you a good time," he scoffed, already seeing the potential of the wager, but Demeter didn't flinch. Instead she smiled, looking at him with her gray eyes as though she were contemplating the offer.

"And if you maybe, somehow lose, I'll still throw in my phone number, and you can give me a call sometime. What do you have to lose," she finished, but the lack of concern that showed on Loki's face should have been a big enough key to know that he was in the for hustle of his life, but it seemed that this male didn't think much with his brain, he was much more driven by what was in his pants.
"Just one Pokemon, you sure you wanna go down like that," he snickered, knowing this was too good to be true, but he was going to take it if she was really sure.
"I thought you'd want me to go down? I'm a good sport, promise," Demeter insinuated, and she swore she could see him twitch at her words, she had him right where she wanted him.
"I gotta give you a fightin chance at least, bein' the gentleman that I am. We'll go easy on you, huh? This first Pokemon has a bite worse than its bark though, so try not to get too close," he offered, stepping over to a very large, nearby fountain, and from one Pokeball he released a large Pokemon into the water, a Qwilfish that was sure to have a venom in its spikes that would cause serious damage, but Demeter didn't seem too concerned as she took out her Pokeball of choice. Even if he lost control and went on a rampage, it wouldn't be the end of the world, this guy could stand to spend a week or two in intensive care to talk himself down. Demeter opened her Pokeball of choice, releasing her Rhydon out onto the open walkway, and her opposition didn't seemed very concerned with his different appearance, only scoffing as it were that he was up against a rock type with his water type Pokemon.
"Oh sweets, I gotta say, I hope you're good for a rough night," he chuckled behind his sunglasses, but Demeter paid him no mind as she looked to her trained Pokemon.
"Rhydon, attack watt," Demeter commanded, utilizing her series of code words in order to make sure her opponent didn't know what was coming, and before the male had any time to react the Rhino's armor began to spark with a dark static as he thrashed his tail against the ground at his command, and within seconds a surge of electiricty rushed forwards towards the Qwilfish in the water, effectively making his first attack. The fish took the hit, and struggled in the water that splashed and sloshed around it, stray sparks moving over the spines on its body, but it remained above water which was an impressive feat Demeter could say.
"Nah, we're not going out like this. Qwilfish, soak it," he returned, calling for the fish's attack, and the large fish turned in the water and struck the surfae with its tail, causing a large rush of water to move towards Rhydon. The attack was powerful, but not as powerful as he might have liked since Rhydon's biological makeup was altered due to his shadow state, and the Rhino stood with the water dripping off of his armor, unphased by the attack. Using the water as a good conductor now, his armor sparked to life once more before releasing the surge of electricity, and the fish turned over in the water, down for the count. Loki stood beside Demeter still, watching the battle unfold, ever intrigued by how easy it was for Demeter to get the opposite gender to do her bidding.
"How are you not bored of this already? An easy victory like this can't be that entertaining," he spoke in a low voice, knowing Demeter enough to know she would much prefer a challenge as opposed to being handed something.
"Someone has to set him straight about talking to women that way," Demeter commented as the male took out his next pokeball, releasing a strange urchin of a Pokemon that Demeter had only seen a few times before. She couldn't quite recall its name, but she remembered enough to know that Rhydon was still going to be able to handle the opponent just fine. The Rhino was still charged from his last attack, and didn't take Demeter's command before he glared at the urchin with his red eyes, and another surge of electricity was released from his armor to strike at the spiny body in front of him. The attack again, did damage, but just not quite enough as the large urchin raised one of its appendages and glared back from beneath.
"Don't get comfortable. Toxapex, get it," the male sneered then, and the urchin rushed forward at its trainers word, spinning its body as its multiple spines struck Rhydon's armor. The attack hit, but it did little to phase the rhino through his rocky exterior as he used the close proximity to release another surge of electricity, effectively taking down another one of the male's Pokemon because of the power of Rhydon's attacks. Demeter still had him believing though that should he lose, and he probably still thought there was a chance that he wouldn't, that he would still get something out of it, that it wouldn't be a total loss for him, and that was apparently all the motivation he needed in order to press on with the battle. The odd sea urchin was returned to its pokeball as it too had succumbed to Rhydon's power, electricity still surging over his dark armor in small waves, but the male wasn't down for the count yet as he took out another pokeball.
"Alright, I'm going to drown that rock of yours so we can go have a good time," he sneered, aiming again for the large fountain, and from the pokeball emerged an equally as large Tentacruel, and Demeter couldn't say she wasn't at least moderately impressed. After the first two Pokemon, she was kind of being let down in thinking that he actually stood any kind of chance, but the strong water type might prove a challenge, if it could withstand electricity better than the others. Rhydon was still primed and saw his opponent, giving a gruff roar before releasing the electricity that was coursing over his armor, aiming straight for the giant cephalopod that had tried to lunge forward with its many protruding tentacles. The poison type gave out a sort of screech as the attack rushed over its jellatanous body, its tentacles writhing from the surges going through it, but it broke free of the paralyzing effects of Rhydon's attack easily enough.
"Now drown it," the male called, trying to get in just one attack, and the water type gave a cry before raising its head and firing a heavy torrent of water towards the rhino across the way. Rhydon put up his arms and rooted himself to the ground as the torrent rushed over him and surely would have knocked him clean over, but the Rhino held firm against the rushing water. The Tentacruel let up in the attack, but both the poison type and its trainer found Rhydon still standing, and used the dripping water from his armor and all the way towards the fountain to direct his electricity and electrocute the Tentacruel, effectively ending the cepholapod. Either that or Loki would step in in the guise of Rhydon and finish things off, which ever came first. She wasn't against cheating so long as it was in her favor. The male returned the squid to its Pokeball, becoming a bit more disgruntled with each passing Pokemon, but he seemed pretty certain of himself when he held on to his next Pokeball.
"You know, I'll give you some credit. You made a good find. I've never seen a rock like that able to withstand my water type Pokemon," he offered, though he was less than cordial as he looked Rhydon over, glancing with his sleazy eyes over to Demeter.
"You better be careful though, a big thing like this could hurt you if it gets too out of control, and we wouldn't want that," he continued, having to take away the minor compliment that he offered in a demeaning fashion, still trying to make himself out to be the stronger of the two. If only he knew just who he was dealing with, but Demeter wasn't willing to give up her alias just for the sake of making a power play. She was confident enough in her abilities as Vanessa that she would be able to put this sleeze in his place.
"Maybe I like it rough? You're not going to find out if you keep stalling," she returned, starting to grow tired of the effort he was trying to expend in keeping himself in the head of the battle. Her words seemed to catch him a bit off guard, she could tell by what body language he could see, but to anyone else he did well in reigning things in as he tossed up his next Pokeball.
"Yeah, we'll see about that, I'll make sure of it," he sneered, releasing his next Pokemon as the familiar shadow of a Gengar appeared before them.
"Come on, let me get in on this? I can send that thing into his next after life," Calcifer snickered, eyeing the other ghost from Demeter's shadow, but the rhino was prepared just the same to take on the ghost as he grunted and snuffed at his next target, heading up the battle with his dark energy that the male and his Pokemon were ill prepared for. That didn't mean though that she was going to let the beast out to play every now and again with his power and abilities. Coming to Cipher for the first time, she couldn't have fathomed that they held such technology that could create something so powerful, but as she came into her position, like all administrators, she was assigned her own shadow Pokemon. The process not only made Pokemon revert to some of their most base and savage instincts to unlock their true power, but it changed their genetic makeup to be prepared for things they wouldn't normally. Rhydon was not just a rock capable of taking the heavy physical hits that his species was known for, but he was able to take on even the most unnatural attacks, like those that could come from a ghost. His dark energy allowed him to head off against the Gengar with little to no trouble as he gave his own attacks fueled by the darkness that came from the shadow process, and it wasn't long before the ghost was unable to keep going in the battle. The male returned the ghost before motioning to the Crobat that had taken to a light pole just off to the side, and Rhydon's armor sparked to life once more being faced against the flying bat. Hardly any kind of poison or toxin could penetrate his rocky armor, so it did little harm to him. The battle was wearing down, and Demeter knew that the male only had one final Pokemon on him for the effort he was trying to make, and she was certain that Rhydon would be able to handle just one last opponent. He would go on and on until he killed himself if Demeter really let him go, but she wasn't going to loose one of her most prominent foot holds in her forces that she had with her. The male let out one final Pokemon, and Demter couldn't say that she was disappointed as she looked over the Dragalge that showed up in the water of the now ruined city fountain. The dragon looked well kept and certainly could have been a formidable opponent were it not for Rhydon's prowess, for as the Rhino rushed forward with armor coated in a dragonic energy, the male trainer knew that he no longer stood a chance in trying to take any kind of victory. For the safety of herself and those around her, Demeter took care in returning the Rhydon as soon as she had the opportunity, and was then faced with just the male as he returned his dragon, his whole team defeated by her one Pokemon, just like she'd said. Demeter wasn't concerned about him making any threats against her, or making any headway in her cover since he was none the wiser to what she was truly capable of, so the victory came with a smirk on her face and a disgruntled opponent who glared at her. However, any resentment he was feeling from a general loss seemed to be swallowed as he sauntered towards her, somehow convinced that he was still going to get something out of the exchange. Demeter was keen on making a bet or a deal where she could, but that never meant that she was going to keep her word, and this circumstance was no exception. He asked for her number in return, and she made mention of his wallet for wasting his time, but when he took just one step too close for her taste, her pistol was trained on him within seconds. She was impressed to say the least, he didn't flinch as much as some would staring down the barrel of a gun, he must have seen things in his time and was able to stay a bit more calm, but that didn't take way from the very real potential threat on his life. For every number she gave of her contact, that was one bullet that was going to be shot, and it was up to him to see how far he wanted to get. Loki and Calcifer did little to help the situation any, knowing that Demeter was far more capable of taking care of herself than they might ever let on, but it wasn't long before the male had made the smarter of his decisions to leave, though not without sparing a few choice curses that he spat at Demeter. She didn't have a set direction just yet that she wanted to go in, just knowing that she wanted to head east back towards her potential future gym challenges, but she was moving slowly, trying to gather her thoughts.
"It's a wonder you don't have more male suitors fawning over you," Loki taunted, having watched Demeter's action against the male whom had started trying to chat her up.
"Yeah, we know more about humans than you think, and what needs should be met," Calcifer snickered in her shadow, making mention of her severe lack of company at any given time, but he was met with a look that could kill through her gray eyes as she stared down at him, catching him in the middle of his laughing.
"Say one more thing about my personal life and I'm ending yours," Demeter seethed, and as much as Calcifer would never admit so, he knew that Demeter held a very credible threat when she wanted to. He might be a ghost, but that didn't mean that she wouldn't find a way to do him in, she was resourceful like that, and boy did he know it. Demeter continued to walk then, leaving Calcifer in the shadow of a bench on the sidewalk, only wanting to continue on her way. She didn't need to think about her lack of a relationship, in fact she liked to think that was the exact reason why she was able to become as successful as she was. She didn't have anyone holding her back for anything, or slowing her down, or tellng her that the things she were doing were wrong. A relationship would only create complications, giving her someone to worry about if she cared that much, worrying about anything that might happen to them because of her line of work, and she didn't need that in her life. Unless someone was capable of keeping up with her and had a skewed sense of morality, they weren't the guy for her. She was on the cusp of something career changing, or rather life changing considering her ulterior plans, and she wasn't going to give any of that up just for some guy. It was late afternoon now, the city was bustling with activity like she could fathom most any central city would, but as she moved forward she felt a tug at the forethought of her mind, a presence that she knew was always there, but seldom made itself known in such a manner.
"Admin Spade, permission to report," came Minthos' voice, causing both Demeter and Loki to stop in their walking. Demeter glanced to Loki, knowing it to be heavily out of character for the Hypno to speak on his own accord, let alone request permission to make a report without her mention, so she knew then that it had to be something of high importance.
"Permission granted," Demeter returned in command, stepping back just a bit as the Hypno appeared in front of her then, glancing up at her. The psychic was heavily trained and highly intelligent to keep tabs on activity and matters that could provide either hindrance or aid. She had to think that it was something regarding the beast Lugia and its whereabouts, knowing the Hypno was constantly searching sources for any bit of information above and beyond what she presently had access to, but as she and Loki looked down to the psychic, it didn't seem that that was the case.
"Neo Rocket activity reported, currently active," Minthos spoke, having been watching reports of current activity in the city. Demeter thought over the words for a moment, familiar with the Neo Rockets and their attempted siege over the Johto Region like she had to be on all other underground organizations. It was an unspoken rule that any underground operative needed to be as well versed as they could be in other organizations especially when traveling to other parts of the world. She was certain that a Neo Rocket operative would know about Cipher, or a Magma underling would know about Flare if they were going to the Kalos region, or so she was under the impression. She wasn't sure how well informed other organizations are, but as far as she knew, not a whole lot of them had a lot of luck getting their shit together, so she didn't feel like she needed to be too concerned. They started rising when their leader Giovanni disappeared, and have been making headway in the Johto Region doing mostly petty crimes and black marketing. She supposed they were just trying to build themselves up, gain and gather resources, it takes a while to work on stuff like that if you're starting with nothing, but she knew they'd been doing that for a while now. They had a hiearchy, but no one really knew much about the leader, some Mask of Ice? She wasn't sure how well that went over with a head that was so private and secret, but they must be doing somethig right to have a band of underlings. One thing she did know was that they had a hand in the glitch attacks that took place over the world wide PC system, and again when those black outs took over the Johto Region. She could give them props for that, making themselves known, but there didn't seem to be much follow up after that, she didn't know much of what happened which meant that it wasn't anything big. There was something she had to consider though, especially since her own organization was practically in ruin at this point in time, she couldn't risk any other organizations catching wind of her presence, or the presence of Cipher. She could hope that her fellow operatives would show the same discretion, though she couldn't be too sure, but there was too much of a risk in stepping in on any other activity. The fact of the matter was though, Minthos felt this compelling enough to bring to her attention, but why?
"Minthos, subject parameters," Demeter questioned, wanting to know if he had any information about what the activity was regarding the Neos.
"Reconaissance, Rocket intel and technology," Minthos returned, mildly peaking Demeter's interest, but she didn't think still that it was worth the time or risk. When she was about to dismiss the matter, Minthos spoke up just once more.
"Code word, Quanger," he mentioned, and Demeter stared down at him almost incredulously.
"Are you sure," she demanded, wanting to make sure the psychic was sure of his claim, and the Hypno nodded quickly.

"Reports or technology," Loki questioned, now getting in on the situation at hand as he too looked down to the Hypno whom recognized him as in charge beside Demeter, and Minthos glanced at him for only a moment.
"Active technology," he spoke, and there was a pause between Loki and Demeter as they looked at each other. If Minthos absolutely meant what it was that he was referring to, then that meant that there was an active piece of Team Rocket technology there in the city, and that was certainly enough to gain Demeter's interest now.
"Does someone want to translate what the walking calculator is talking about," Calcifer groaned, hardly able to keep up with all of the official speak that Demeter had to go through in order to communicate effectively with the highly trained and habitual psychic type, but Loki gave him a stern glance with his green eyes, though he couldn't really be shocked that Calcifer didn't know what they were talking about.
"Maybe if you attended a briefing here and there, you might actually know," Loki rolled his eyes with a huff, though Demeter had no time for their banter.
"Minthos, location analysis," Demeter ordered, wanting to get to the hub of the activity as fast as she could. Knowing now that this was an active piece of technology and that Neo Rocket was already involved, there was no time to waste and she wasn't going to let this opportunity pass her by. Mintho had to only think for a moment as he had been analyzing the signal interference that he was honing in on from the Neo Rockets attempts at keeping their operation under wraps, and he was able to pin point the location due to their technology frequencies.
"Neo Rocket signal interference originating from this location," Minthos returned, offering Demeter her phone and GPS device as it now showed a pin pointed location on the display screen. It seemed to be a good ways away, closer to the city center in what looked to be an industrial part of the city, where they were doing some construction. That was a smart place to try and isolate the incident that the Neo Rockets were involved in, but they weren't quite smart enough. "We're taking over a Neo Rocket recon mission. We head due north west," Demeter ordered, knowing the dragon always had an agenda of her own every time that she was released from her Pokeball, but they at least had an understanding to work with each other when it came down to it. She mulled over Demeter's words carefully, hardly sure of what use a take over mission was and what gain they would take from it since she couldn't think of any relevance this had to their over all mission for Cipher, but she knew Demeter was persistent. She would only find another way to get there whether she took her by air or not, and that was enough for the dragon to go along with whatever it was the commanding officer was asking of her. The dragon gave a huff as Demeter mounted, and Loki moved to take through the city streets on his own to start scouting out the surrounding area.
"Hello, I still don't know what the hell we're doing," Calcifer sneered, looking out to his now mobile teammates.
"The only thing you need to know is that if you screw us over on this mission, you're being sent to be refocussed," Demeter shot sternly, knowing that Calcifer could sometimes be her worst asset in any given situation. She was serious though, and she knew Calcifer understood the severity of her threat now in conjuncture to the relevance of the alotted mission, and so he didn't argue as Naveera moved at Demeter's command, and Loki started to move through the streets. He still had no idea what it was they were trying to do here, but he knew better than to stay behind because he would get left behind. If this was in fact the kind of technology that Minthos had specified, it was going to be the ideal place to put a seige mission under way because of the lack of witnesses that could make an account of anything that had happened. Bidding Naveera to remain in the air for only a moment more before touching ground within the boundaries of the construction site, Demeter needed to take stock of the surrounding area to make sure of her initial strategy and to see if there was any sign of the Neo Rockets at all, or the technology that she was now going to be after. If she couldn't see anything from this vantage point, she knew Naveera would be able to hear something, and the Noivern was quick to catch the sounds of struggle in a certain direction, coming from a larger open structure that looked to be the beginnings of a sky scr. It was far still, as Naveera made no sudden movements to which their position and now presence would have been compromised, but knowing that they had a target pinpoint was exactly the vantage point Demeter needed in order to start taking this mission over. On the ground, Demeter caught sight of Loki moving beneath her, following Naveera's figure in the air, and she motioned the dragon down towards the ground, moving closer still to the area that they were going to move in on.
"How do we proceed, Spade," Loki asked then, assuming his role as the second in command then, looking towards Demeter whom he knew was going to take charge of the situation at hand. Demeter took care in returning Naveera to her Pokeball, knowing that she had to make her presence as unassuming as possible until she had the right leverage in the circumstances.
"We proceed with the intention to incompacitate the opposition and fully recover the asset," she spoke then, glancing to the ground as Calcifer's dark shadow came up, his expression less than amused still.
"What's so damn important about this? An explanation would be nice," Calcifer sneered, crossing his arms in front of himself as he looked at Demeter with his red eyes.
"All you need to know is that if you're the one that messes this up because you don't give a shit about anything that we try to do, that will be your greatest mistake," Demeter spoke sternly, with all the seriousness that she took on every time there was a mission and an asset at stake.
"This is an opportunity for us to gain intel of insurmountable value from the mainland here and I will not stand to lose this asset while it is here out in the open," she went on, knowing that the Quanger program contained valuable information and details on projects like the Mewtwo programming and potentially other Rocket procedures and developments. This didn't pertain to her most pertinent mission of finding the beast Lugia, but she was going to sieze a great opportunity. Any time wasted was more time for the Neo Rockets in the area to gain any ground, and that was not going to be tollerated.
"Calcifer, survey the area. No witnesses under any circumstances necessary, and we need to determine how many Neo operatives are here and active," Demeter commanded, knowing that Calcifer, when he did actually listen and follow orders, was a valuable partner in the kind of operations that she ran. He was quick and could go undetected, and could take out any unwanted targets with precision and ease due to his supernatural abilities. He of course was more mouth than he was brain, but when he cared enough to listen he followed orders well and effeciently.
"I could have told you that an hour ago. There's only one human in the area you're looking at, but I'll go and snuff out any other lights around," Calcifer offered almost indifferently, having already known for the most part what it was that Demeter was going to ask of him, and with that he disappeared into the shadows of the industrial area, leaving her with Loki standing beside her.
"Minthos, keep a report. We need record of this for any future infiltration or interception," Demeter spoke aloud, knowing the psychic was ever present and listening, always waiting for his next command. She knew the Hypno had an insatiable memory that was able to catalog and maintain any records or accounts that were necessary, and that also included any active missions that took place.
"There's only one Neo operative, they must have the same idea, wanting to keep this under the radar," Loki commented in a low voice so as not to gain any unwanted attention should the operative have some scouting help like they did.
"That will be their downfall. We keep this fast, and we keep this efficient. We need to minimize ground coverage so as to avoid conflict should this operative call on any assistance, we need to keep bringing them to us so we can maintain the upper hand. You're going to be our main offense, if we have to fight the asset to get control over it, I'll take care of it," Demeter concluded, giving the main lay out of her plan to take on this mission and keep it that way. Loki understood then that this was a high importanace for her to put him on the front line like that in attack, but he also knew that she knew he was their greatest offense with his power. He could maintain one opponent easily while Demeter went on to take the asset, and while he wasn't always keen on the idea of getting his paws dirty, he did enjoy a good fight every now and again, if his opponent could provide it. Using Transfer paper to teach Calcifer Dynamic Punch With Calcifer gone into the shadows of the industrial area around them, Loki was preparing himself for the potential intensity of the confrontation to come in order to make sure they could complete their mission. Just as Demeter was one of the best operatives that Cipher had to offer and could often solo a mission with flying colors, this one Neo Rocket operative had to be on the same caliber to be out trying to gain control over the Rocket asset. With that in mind, and he knew Demeter had to be aware of the potential this enemy operative could hold, he was prepared to take any actions he felt necessary to make sure that they could come through with the asset for themselves. He was one of the most esteemed Pokemon that worked within the tiers of trained Pokemon, above and beyond some of the most tenured Pokemon that had been a part of the organization for much longer than himself.
