 "Time's Dividing Line."
Moving back towards north central Unova, the Tubeline Bridge that conducts trains coming all the way from Castelia City leads to Opelucid City, one of the more advanced cities in the region, and certainly one of the busiest. Opelucid City, while known for being home to one of the final gyms in the Unova League is also home to one of the most prestigious academies in the world, Opelucid Academy. This academy is an alma mater for some of the finest trainers in the world because of their upbringing, which is no laughing matter because of the honor that comes with attending the academy. Opelucid is a mixture between what Unova is known for, having a history that dates back centuries, but is also one of the more up and coming regions in the world. As such, Opelucid is a perfect mixture of the past and the future together, making for a very unique dynamic with the village that one can find settled on a centuries old bridge just east of the city.
{Opelucid City Gym (Click)}Iris and Drayden are Master Dragon-type Trainers. They are the official Gym Leaders of Opelucid City's Gym and give out the Legend Badge to those that beat them. Drayden was born and raised in Opelucid City, He was always the stern and gruff man he is today, and always seemed to have a knack for battling and creating strong bonds for Dragon Types. He made his way through the league, and even challenged the Elite Four, though he never challenged the Champion at the time. As time passed, he continued to live in the City, and decided to run for mayor of the City he loved, and won almost unanimously. He continued to train as he ran the town, and even in his older age he is very fit. Not only does he train his Pokemon, but he trains with them, being known to wrestle with his Dragon Types. He happily ran his gym, though with his busy days he finds it hard to run both a gym and City. So after hearing about a young trainer going through another league at a surprising rate, He spoke with her, and brought her to Unova to train under him as well as aid in running the Gym. That's how Iris became the second Gym Leader of Opelucid City. Despite her young age, she appears to be just as a strong battler as Drayden. Rumor has it Iris is planning to challenge the Champion Alder for his position. This being said, since there is two Gym Leaders, some trainers are confused which they'd battle. Unlike Cilian, Cress, and Chili, they don't go based off of starter. Drayden actually decides if he will battle the trainer, or Iris. This could be based on many factors. How busy his day is, the Pokemon he's heard the challenger has, and even their disposition. The gym sits towards the back side of the City, keeping it away from the main and down town side of everything. His gym is quite the spectacle, It's made completely of stone, above the entryway looks to be a risen stone pyramid. On each corner of the pyramid there is a large stone dragon coming out and standing proud. Once inside, the path seems to tunnel downwards underground. The path seems to be scaled and wind around like a dragon would through the dark path. The floor seems to disappear out from around the path, as the tunnel opens up into a large battle field. Below the path it seems to continue downwards into darkness, as it does all around the Battle field. The area feels open and tall, the large room only lit up by a series of torches. Making the actually ground and ceiling to dark to actually show how deep or tall the room is. Once across the path way, they'll be on the flat battle field. All the way from Nimbasa they were able to deliver their packages to the Pokemon Centers through the entire western portion of the region, and Emiri was pleased and happy that they were able to help out in such a way. Opelucid City was their last stop for their final package delivery, and from there they would only have the north eastern portion of the Unova region to go before they were finished with the region, and Emiri was excited at the prospect of being able to progress again through another region.
It was late in the evening now, the sun had set entirely and the sky was dark with shining stars, before they had made it to Opelucid City from the north, and Emiri felt that they had all earned a well deserved rest for the night. They delivered their Package that Azuran had held and carried with him to keep safe this whole time, and obtained their stamp from the Nurse Joy there. With that, Emiri felt accomplished with a day’s worth of hard work and traveling, and found a nice spot for her and her Pokemon on the outskirts of the city to the east. She released her Pokemon from their Pokeballs so that they could all get a fitful rest and a good night’s sleep, knowing that they would be rested and ready to begin again in the morning to begin the journey east through the rest of the region. Opelucid was like many Cities she had been to, but she found it well-built and interesting in it's layout. People went on about their days, mingling with captured and wild Pokemon alike. She passed many other Trainers, but they all seemed pretty nervous when they saw her team of dragoons flying around. It was no secret that Dragons were the absolute hardest types of Pokemon to train, requiring a lot of effort and determination. None of them looked willing to battle her, and that was fine with her. At least for now. She would have to find people to battle eventually to prepare for the stronger Pokemon Gyms.
While the dragons remained outside, flying around and playing, Kira and Lucy entered the Pokemon Center. They got a few odd looks, but Kira was used to them and barely noticed. "Hello, Nurse Joy." The on-call Nurse immediately looked to Lucy as though assessing her for signs of damage. "No, everything is fine. I was just wondering if you could give me the stamp for Opelucid City." She held out the stamp book, and the Nurse smiled warmly at her and took it, giving her the stamp, and sending her on her way.-Backpack-

Elfana Aroway Elfana found towns that were famous for some type of school were always a special sort of exhausting. There was no escaping reminders of the school in the town as they were typically posted everywhere and there was no lack of merchandise related to the school in every shop. The fact that it was a trainer school made Opelucid Academy that much more obnoxious. How devoid of skills as a trainer do you have to be to need to go to a school for it? There was nothing a trainer school couldn't teach her that she couldn't learn from bonding with her team. She trusted what she learned from her Pokemon. Elfana headed to the Pokemon Center and offered her booklet to the nurse. Opelucid City was yet another one she would need to pass back through after collecting her stamp. She would need to do that in Lacunosa Town too. That still wasn't as bad as the previous regions but she wished everything she had to go back through was so close together. She took her booklet back from the nurse after it was stamped and continued on her way.Unova

Elfana Aroway Backtrack again, go to the next town, visit the town connected, backtrack some more. Getting through Opelucid was a lot easier than New Tork City though, so that made it a little easier. Elfana felt like she was making up for all the sitting around she had done in Alola. She missed the boats. As much as she hated the sun and heat, the ocean had been nice. She had enjoyed sailing between the islands. A Pokemon that could Surf was added to the list of Pokemon she needed to acquire. She wanted to spend a long, relaxing day in the middle of the ocean...which was concerning. Why did she want that? She wouldn't need a Pokemon that knew Surf when she returned to her lab. She wouldn't need one that knew Fly either. And yet she couldn't abandon the list of potential Pokemon she could use to help her travel...All of the wandering through the different regions must have been getting to her.Unova
