 Darkness welcomes those who have made it to the next environment, but in a flash of bright lightning an enormous city scape can be seen opening up around the area. Next to follow though is an ear shattering clash of thunder, as up above the sky is completely covered in black storm clouds riddled with thunder and lightning. A dry storm has completely taken over this metropolis of a city, leaving it completely devoid of inhabitants save for the electric type Pokemon that had flocked to this city. The entire city has been drawn into a blackout, so not a single speck of light or electricity can be found in any outlet, any light, or any appliance, only in the feral and territorial electric type Pokemon that now roam through the city streets and in the buildings. They are hungry for electricity, always looking and always searching for their next meal if a surge might happen somewhere, and are heavily drawn to electricity or light of any kind, flashlights included. The only source of electricity that seems to be showing any sign of power is the Power Plant that can be found in the city center, but the massive strikes of lightning that are being drawn to the area give off a sort of foreboding feeling. An enormous Electivire has claimed this Power Plant as it's own to reign supreme over the city it has taken over with it's legion of electric type followers, and it will stop at nothing in order to keep it's domain. Julian and company finally found their way to the right path, and to a round ramp going up up up! It seemed like they were going around and around, following the path forever. It wasn't a straight shot up like with the stairs in the last two landscape rooms. Finally, there, at the roof of the temple they found a small hold to climb up through. Julian had to recall his Pokemon, because there was no way Tank was fitting through there. Climbing up with Cyndaquil in his arms, Julian found himself in a ghost-city. He had climbed through what looked like the entrance of a man-hole to a sewer. A -CRAAACK- of Thunder boomed, and an intensely bright streak of lightning lit the sky. Rain pattered every rooftop, sidewalk, and building in sight for as far as he could see. He figured it was abandoned because he couldn't see a soul, and every building was dark.
Julian called out Tank, he didn't like the ominous feel of this place and Tank had saved him once already. He felt safer with the giant as a body-guard. A Pokemon scurried by, hissing at Julian as he passed. Cyndaquil didn't like this, and hit it with a powerful Fire Blast attack. The Pokemon took the attack, using Pound attack twice. Cyndaquil used Wild Charge, exploding the Pokemon into the air and away. This electricity drew the attention of a lot of Pokemon, Julian could see them popping their heads up from broken windows, abandoned cars, etc. Julian healed Cyndaquil completely, then they all ran like their lives depended on it.

Julian realized from that battle just how tough the Pokemon on this 'floor' were. They all ducked into an abandoned building and hid for a while. Pursuing Pokemon rushed past the windows, unknowing that those they were chasing were on the other side. Breathing a sigh of relief, Julian turned and started looking around the building they were in. It looked like it may have once been a store. He looked through the clothing, taking a few items that were dirty sure, but still usable. If he ever got out of this place, he could clean them up.
Moving yet more boxes in his exploration, a Pokemon hissed up at him. A second of the same lizard-like Pokemon had been hidden there. Julian backed up while Hoothoot stepped forward. He used Uproar, his most powerful move. Julian couldn't hear it but he knew what was happening, and what would be the result. The loud noise would bring the attention of all those wild Pokemon back. Helioptile couldn't shut the noise out. The wild Pokemon's eyes crossed and he fell over.

A voltorb fell from the ceiling, Julian looked up to realize that there was a hole above them a moment too late. It landed on Cyndaquil's head! Cyndaquil used Fire Blast, nearly beating the electric Pokemon in one hit... but it rounded about and Tackled Cyndaquil, nearly bowling the small mouse over. A second fire blast was way too much for the Voltorb, and it fell over with eyes crossed.
Suddenly, Cyndaquil began to glow. This couldn't be, was his precious little Cyndaquil evolving?! As the power coursed through Cyndaquil, it changed size, form, becoming a Quilava! Julian was so proud, and he hugged his new Quilava close.

Curious where his round friend went, a Pikachu risked a glance over the hole in the ceiling from the second floor. Having seen it's friend beaten, Pikachu hopped down onto the counter. "Pi-KA-chu." It challenged angrily. Julian held out a hand to stop Tank as he moved forward to attack. He sent out Litwick who immediately used Flame Burst. Pikachu used Quick Attack in return. Expecting another attack, Pikachu was caught off guard with hit by a Pokeball and yanked inside. The Pokeball sealed, and Julian returned it to standby phase so it could be easily stored with the many other Pokemon he'd caught in these strange lands. A single Potion was sufficient to fully heal Litwick.

They knew now that they were no more safe in here than they were out there, so they took back to the streets. Those Pokemon who started getting ideas in their heads quickly thought twice when they saw Tank's intimidating size. Turning the corner of the massive sprawling city, they noticed something in the distance; lights! Did that mean there were people holed up somewhere, still alive and safe? They all started in that direction at a brisk pace.
Approaching the building, they realized what it was. It was a Power Plant, which were known to house a plethora of Pokemon of the electric variety. Still, Julian wanted to know what was hidden inside. He dared to peek in just as an ominous clap of thunder erupted. Inside they were met with an... interesting scene. There were various Electric-Type Pokemon there, but they didn't attack. They just stood there watching the intruders come in. Then, they all turned to look in the same direction. Julian followed their gaze... and there, above the rest seated on a throne forged from electrical equipment sat an Electivire.
Julian's eyes widened, this Pokemon had to be the one in charge for this floor just like the Tangrowth, Blaziken, and Tentacruel from the lower levels.
Julian sent Quilava out first, who looked around. Electivire grinned, clearly a challenge had been presented! Nothing could have made him happier. He stepped down from his throne. Quilava shot a Fire Blast, hitting square-on. Electivire laughed, brushing the attack off and lunged at his enemy. The two charged tails came together, forming an Electro Ball. He gripped the attack, launching it at Quilava. Seeing that Quilava was in danger, and that Electivire was readying another ball of electricity, Julian recalled Quilava and sent out Wooper. Wooper brushed off the electricity and sent a coating of Mud Shot at their enemy. Effectively slowed by the filthy mud, Electivire tried brushing off the mud rather than focusing on the battle which is when Wooper laid down the final blow. A Headbutt finished the battle.
Julian noticed a hatch above the electronic's throne, so he recalled all of his Pokemon and climed the discarded electronics. None of the wild Pokemon bothered him; he'd just beaten their leader so they didn't know how to react. He simply climbed through the hatch into the next area.

Weezing and Alec looked to each other before realizing what it was. Alec sprung to his feet and took off running away from the portal, and turned back to watch Piotr come barreling out of the barely large enough hole, and fly about 5 feet in the air before coming back down and slamming into the ground with a thud. " Ugh.... I do not understand what just happened..." Before anyone could explain, Spade came flying from the portal much more gracefully, and landed on Piotr. " Well, we went through the portal, and now we're free. Somewhere." Weezing explained to the two. Spade stopped and looked around at the run down city, thinking nothing of it and sighed. " I never dreamed I'd say this, but thank you Satan." Alec looked around and began to walk. " Okay, so we're out, but where are we. I don't recognize this city." Alec commented, looking at the city around him. Alec had traveled the world, more times then once. In the round the world in 80 days contest, in the band, and in the circus. But Alec had no idea what city looked like this... and with it so run down and empty... The group began to walk as lightning began to strike over head, and loud thunder crashes echoed through the streets. Hellsing materialized near Alec. They looked up at the sky in confusion... No rain. All of the lightning strikes were striking in the same direction, and letting out a loud thunder crack.... Meaning it was hitting about the same place... Alec looked over to Hellsing, figuring he might have an answer for the current issue at hand. " I hate to break it to you, but that wasn't Hunting's Portal. " the ghost explained. Alec took in a slow breath and closed his eyes. He thought he had gotten out, and this whole waste of time was over with. But it would seem not. Alec git his teeth and opened his eyes again. " And I suppose we're suppose to end up where the lightning is striking?" Alec spoke in a matter of fact tone. Normally, the strong man was a peaceful Pokemon, but this wasn't any normal place, this was a place of evil. A place made to kill them all, so the Machamp was more then happy to walk up to the metal door, and slam the bottom of his foot into the door, making it cave inward. The door blasted off the hinges. Machamp began into the power plant, which Alec was more then happy to let him lead the way with how dangerous things had been in this place. Alec and Spade waited a second as the muscular Pokemon began in before entering themselves, and once they did they were caught off guard. The power plant's roof had been burned away from the multitude of strikes it received, and was filled completely with massive metal spikes that channeled the massive electric power that this city once had. But in the center of the building was an Electivire, which sat all to proud. " That's our challenge. Who's up?" Alec asked. Weezing began to float forward, but Spade stopped him with a vine. " No, I got this one." Spade told him, pausing to pop his neck. Spade walked a few steps forward and smiled to the Electivire, and opened his mouth to speak. But instead he raised his flowered hands who already had razor sharp stone petals ready. In one swift motion multiple sharp stone petals was sent whistling at the Electivire, who was caught off guard. The impact sent the Electivire stumbling backwards. It reared back, letting out a roar, where all hell broke loose. All the conductors around them began to light up and let out zipping noises as the other electric Pokemon began to emerge and watch their ruler defend their land. Alec's hair began to stand on end as the room filled with electricity. " Take him out Spade, stop playing around!" Alec demanded as the Electivire rocketed into the air, using electricity to pull himself up onto one of the massive conductors on the power grid. " You're not gonna get away that easily." Spade commented, taking off running for one of the other adjacent conductors. Spade used his acrobatic training to good use as he sent out a vine to grab onto one of the conductors and swing himself around. He let go, now being high in the air, and sent out another vine to pull himself onto the conductor across from the Electivire's. The Roserade landed, and readied to shoot another valley of petals at the Pokemon, only to see the beast was ready for him. Spade gasped and leapt from the conductor just in time for the spike to blow up with an overload. Spade wrapped his vine around the closest spike and pulled himself to it, but the Electivire was all to ready. He sent a bolt of electricity at the conductor and once Spade landed on it, he got electrocuted. Spade grit his teeth as he took the shock, unable to move away from it, until the shock ended and blasted him backward onto the very burnt conductor he was once on. " Okay, I'm over this." Spade huffed, and held up one of his flowers with stone petals and held up the other sending out a vine. He was going to use it's strategy against it. He anticipated the Electivire's movement away from the stone edge, and was already on the move. Spade catapulted himself forward at the ruler of the city, and once he got close he sent his petals rocketing at the electivire like bullets, sending it off of it's path and spiraling to the ground. Spade quickly lowered himself to the ground and looked around at the very angry electric types surrounding him. Alec, Piotr, Weezing, and Hellsing had already begun their move as they ran to Spade, ready to fight off the Pokemon. Suddenly, on the far wall, a door blasted open, letting in a large gust of wind. The door way lead to a large tunnel with a light at it's end. " That's our way out!" Alec shouted and made a mad dash for the door. No one hesitated this time and followed Alec to the door. Thomas chuckled. What were the chances? So, they both had a Lapras and an Onix. Interesting... he wondered what else she was hiding. It made him want to battle her, but this was hardly the place or the time for such thoughts. Between the thought of battling her and playing music with him, Thomas was really starting to get to like these Trainers. If he wasn't so antisocial then he'd almost consider them friends. If they made it out of here alive, he'd definitely have to remember to look them up. With Metagross and both Onix' digging through the fallen debris, he had plenty of time to think about all of this.
Then there was the other guy. Aside from the young girl going 'professional Football Player' on him, they knew nothing about him. He was silent, and didn't even seem afraid when that monster attacked. For that matter, why didn't it attack him. It actually seemed to ignore him completely. It's a stretch, but... could it be possible that he was controlling that thing? Thomas' natural distrust of people left him cautious around others, he wasn't even fully sure he trusted Apollo and Kira, but he did trust them more than this odd Trainer.
Finally, the group busted through to the other side (just made me think of Break on Through by The Doors). They recalled their Pokemon and raced for the portal. Unfortunately as they were running, Apollo tripped and fell into the water that was up to their knees by now. Thomas grabbed him, hoisting him back to his feet and kept them both moving towards safety. Into the unknown they went. All, that is, except for Julian. He knew exactly what to expect. They were in a dark city, and it was raining heavily. More water? They all ducked into the cover of an abandoned store. There were plenty of items laying around, though anything electrical wouldn't work as became evident when they tried the flashlights they found in Isle Three. Thomas' Pokemon couldn't help with this scenario. If they needed someone to break through a wall, Thomas was your guy. However, his lack of Electric-Type and Fire-Type Pokemon meant he was S.O.L as they say. -Backpack-

Julian knew that the only way for his thoughts to be expressed quickly to the others was to call out Noctowl. The owl blinked, standing on the counter and looking around at all four Trainers. "Noctowl, please let everyone know my name, and why I'm unable to hear them. Tell them that they can trust me." It was nearly as fast as speaking himself.
Noctowl hopped across the counter to stand closer to the others. "I'm Noctowl, and I'm able to speak to you all through Psychic. This is Julian. He can't hear or speak, but he can read your lips. We're here as friends... and we've already made it through this tower to the very top." This should have been shocking news to everyone present, Julian excluded of course. He was able to read everyone's minds. While his earlier comments had been to everyone, the next message was only to Julian. "The girl has caught a Pokemon you have been looking for. She isn't attached to it either, and would likely trade it."
Was that right? Well then, he would have to see what she thinks. "Connect my mind to hers." Now only the two of them would be able to hear each other telepathically. The others could speak aloud. "Kira, is it? You've recently caught a Remoraid. It just so happens, that's one of the Pokemon I need. Would you be willing to trade with me? I have a Clampearl that might interest you."

Apollo, after getting to his feet with the help from Thomas, he raced threw the open door way that slammed shut behind them like all the rest, only this time, the industrial door didn't disappear... It was fitting for this terrain, But it wasn't terrain at all, it was a city. One that was completely blacked out, and abandoned for what looked like decades. Apollo looked around for an answer, luckily he was in great physical shape, not only because of his days as a professional dancer, but also because he was always just strangely muscular, despite without he asked. Sure he was a little out of breath, but nothing he couldn't handle. When Kira asked where they were. Apollo paused again to look at the buildings and everything. It was so quiet and... empty... "I don't know... I've never been in this city before. I'm not even sure where an abandoned city is anywhere..." Apollo told her as they began to move further into the city. However, Apollo had completely forgotten the fact that he was carrying an extra Pokemon until Teddy spoke up. "Get it off...." He demanded quietly, though Apollo couldn't understand him. But upon looking down, he saw a little shell with blue tentacles holding onto Teddy. In reality, the Omanyte was thanking the two for rescuing him, but All Teddy and Apollo saw was tentacles grabbing onto them. Apollo let out a high pitched shriek as he flung the Omanyte into the air, and hurled a Pokeball at him out of instinct. With that his Camera's recording just off, the tape ending with his shriek. Throwing the Pokeball at it was just in hopes of getting rid of it. The ball went still without a fuss and Apollo looked around at the trainers quickly. "You saw it, it was going right for the throat." Apollo over-dramatized. but regardless Apollo went to pick up the Pokeball, and as he did the loud thunder clashes broke out. Almost endless lightning strikes began to light up the dark city. Being wet in the middle of a city with a lightning storm over head was not a good place to be, and it seemed Thomas agreed.
Apollo followed Thomas's lead into a near by store way in which Kira lit up with Charmeleon, and Julian's Quilava, which meant he was from Johto, whom they move close to for light and warmth. The City was still, all except for the echoing crashes of lightning, and ti was almost eerie. With every booming thunder, Teddy flinched in Apollo's arms, so with the group quiet, and Teddy scared, Apollo decided to break the silence and turned to the new male. He was about to begin 20 questions with him like he did with Thomas when he turned and let out his Noctowl. Apollo instinctively flinched, one of his fellow band mates had a Noctowl of her own. He was Midori's guardian basically, and every time Apollo went to pick on Midori 'out of love' it would usually end badly for him because of him. But the Noctowl turned to the group and spoke out to them, much like Anthony did, which was very surprising, but h had seen weirder. At that point it made since why Julian had been so quiet. He was deaf... "If he can't hear then he should clear out his ears then... But maybe not because this thunder is loud..." Teddy rambled on, though Apollo still couldn't understand him, e merely just stroked his wet fur. "You've made it all the away to the top? And you survived? Why are you back here?" While Apollo vocally questioned the male who introduced himself as Julian, she was speaking to him through their minds. It seemed a bit odd that he was able to keep up with both conversations with seemingly little effort. "Remoraid? Oh, the fish I caught! Yeah, sure. We can trade, if you need one that much." She had no problem with such a scenario. She got the Pokeball out of her bag, handing it over to him while he handed over the one containing a Pokeball he called Clampearl. Did that mean it was some sort of clam, like Shellder? It wasn't a Pokemon from her Region, so it was bound to be an interesting discovery for her.

Julian hadn't noticed the fear in Apollo's eyes when he came face-to-face with the Noctowl. He was too occupied by the thought of finally getting the Remoraid he needed to evolve Mantyke. He still kept the conversation going with Apollo though. "Yes, like Noctowl said we've made it to the top. We survived because we were careful and smart. Hell, going through the nightmare of these lower floors actually worked against whoever brought us here, because when we started I had a Hoothoot, Wooper, Cyndaquil. Battling the Pokemon helped us get stronger, and that's the only way we survived. I'm going to go on ahead soon, but there are some things you need to know first. From here, you'll have to go to the Power Plant. There's some sort of Electric-Type Pokemon there that you have to beat. The most dangerous floor is when you get to the graveyard. The ghosts there steal souls." He hesitated to continue. "They got a Trainer I met. I saw his grave..." That had been hard on him, and his sudden silence showed that. He rose to his feet. "I should go, I have to get back to the top."

Apollo was never the wiser about the conversation that Kira and Julian had, and gave a funny look to Kira as they silently traded Pokeballs. It was quiet the confusing sight, but before he could dwell on the idea to much longer, Julian's voice rang out to the whole group again. Apollo couldn't get over how weird it was to be hearing the male's voice while his lips weren't moving. It was almost like when his friends were in the recording studio and they would replay back a take, listening to his friend's voices while they weren't there, or just weren't singing. It was an odd feeling. Apollo listened as Julian told his tale, he had been to the end of the challenges and back... Apparently this floor lead to a power plant... It made since with all of the lightning... But what shook Apollo was the impending challenge of the grave yard. "Oh no, I ain't ready for no grave yard." Apollo spoke out shaking his head. The mere idea of it made him uncomfortable. He wasn't afraid of ghosts, but in this place everything was a danger, he had just learned that, and after his last encounter with a dangerous ghost with the band, he didn't want to fight another one. Maybe if he were lucky it'll be soul sucking zombies instead. Apollo didn't want to think about the trainer Julian once new, and he didn't have to for long after Julian stood to leave. "No, you can't leave us, You know what we're up against, you can't just leave us to fend for ourselves." Julian grinned handsomely at Apollo. "I have faith in you. You'll do great, especially with him." He gestured to Thomas. "That Metagross was quite impressive and surprising. Watch out for them, alright?" Thomas nodded in reply. And just like that, Julian made a portal appear that only he could see and access because he'd already beaten the floor's boss. He stepped through, seeming to disappear into mid-air. His Pokemon vanished as well, almost as if they were ghosts sent to warn everyone else of the true dangers of this place.

Thomas merely shrugged. The girl had a point; they would have to go hunting for this Power Plant at one point or another, and they were already dry now. He was trying to wrap his mind around the other guy disappearing, but he was trying to do so silently. He was sure that everyone else was presently trying to do the same thing.
Something gave him an idea, though he wasn't sure exactly what had done so. If they were in a city full of Electric-Type Pokemon, then their best bet to stay safe would be Ground-Type Pokemon. There wasn't a Ground-Type more intimidating than Onix, and they just so happened to have two of the giants. Once outside of the store, they both called out their Onix', which travelled on either side of the group to protect them. On top of that, Thomas sent out Scizor. The order went Onix, Thomas, Scizor, Lucy, Kira, Onix (Apollo can be wherever in that order you'd like).

Teddy leaned into Kira's hand as she scratched his hand and gave her a smile before returning back to suck on his paws. Apollo pulled Teddy back and held him close and pursed his lips as Kira decided that they needed to get moving. Apollo couldn't say he disagreed, he was just to frustrated and stubborn to move off of his anger of Julian leaving them. "I guess you're right." Apollo huffed. He had to admit that he was looking forward to getting out of the city and away from the booming thunder and the chances of being struck by lightning. As they began out into the streets, it seemed Kira and Thomas agreed as they let out their Onixes, and Thomas let out his Scizor, a Pokemon he hadn't seen in person before. Between two large grounding Pokemon, Lucy, and a Scizor, Apollo wasn't too worried about the lightning anymore. He didn't really have any ground types, so he just walked along with Teddy in his arms. Apollo looked skyward and pulled out his camera again and began to film again, in case anything happens again. He began to zoom in on all of the large Pokemon that were looking down at them from the sky scrs above, finding mostly Voltorb and Electrode. Apollo then zoomed out and focused on the sky, capturing the endless lightning strikes. "We seem to be going in the right direction, all of the lightning are going in that direction" Apollo commented pointing fowards.Wearing: Sea Prince

Kira had to admit, the idea of them going towards the massive and deadly lightning strikes didn't appeal to her. She slowed down now, hesitantly walking beside Apollo. "Or... or maybe the Power Plant is the other way." She was joking of course, preferring to use humor rather than show fear. After all, she'd spent so long boasting to Apollo that she wasn't afraid of things like Ghosts. This wasn't ghosts though, and looking at Apollo - and even Thomas, she knew she wasn't the only one dreading to get closer to that Power Plant.
A massive lightning bolt crashed down, blinding Kira for a moment. Her Onix roared out, but he took the hit like a champ. He didn't seem to show any pain after the lightning had passed, so she knew they'd made the right call. Without both Onix, there was a chance that could have hit one of the Trainers. The closer they got, the more lightning strikes hit both Onix' and Scizor, who acted as a Lightning Rod. They began to shield their eyes in anticipation of each bright flash of light. The giants in both Onix being struck by lightning should make good film for Apollo's camera. She just hoped the electricity didn't fry it before they got to safety.

Realizing how rapidly the lightning strikes were picking up, Thomas thought it'd be safer for them with a little extra security. He sent out Metagross, the giant floating super-computer took some of the electrical strikes as well, so the others wouldn't have to. "We're almost there!" He glanced back, and only just noticed that Apollo was still filming them. He wasn't sure why, but it made him feel more nervous. As if the only thing anyone would find of them was a tape, like some home-made horror movie. He rushed towards the Power Plant only to be met with an electrical strike. His muscles tensed, and he fell over. Onix wasn't having that, and snaked his way in front of Thomas. There he faced an Elekid. Despite being confronted by a Pokemon that towered over him, Elekid wasn't backing down. He didn't want to allow these Trainers to enter. That was just fine, because Onix wasn't going to let that attack on his Trainer go unpunished. He used Earthquake, and the entire block began to shake violently. Elekid didn't stand a chance against the giant rock-snake. Kira threw out a Pokeball, and when it captured the Pokemon she stuffed it in her pocket - it would be a gift for Thomas when he wakes up, a remembrance.
TL;DR Onix used Earthquake (-200, 0/110) Elekid fainted! Thomas captured Elekid! -Backpack-

Apollo chuckled at Kira as she commented about going the opposite direction. Teddy looked up to Apollo as he spoke. "I think she's right... lets go away from the loud thunder.." Teddy purposed. Apollo scratched Teddy's head as a response, unknowing of what he actually said. The trio continued to walk through the streets looking for the power plant, with the four lightning rods around them, when suddenly Kira's Onix got struck by lightning. Apollo let out a shriek as he began to hop in fear, fearing that he and Teddy were struck. He began to breath hard, had he not been flailing that would have been a good shot. He took a moment before continuing to walk with the rest. Even more suddenly, Thomas then got struck by lightning. Apollo gasped and began to run for Thomas, but then stopped to see the cause of it, an Elekid. Apollo stumbled to a stop, not wanting to get struck himself. But Thomas's Onix sprung into action and began to cause an Earthquake. Apollo stumbled over as he tried to fight the earthquake, and could hear the shattering of glass from the building around them. The elekid was done for easily, but so was Thomas. Apollo ran over to Thomas, and set Teddy onto the Onix, knowing he couldn't wonder while on Onix, and that lightning wouldn't travel through the rock snake to hurt him. Apollo kneeled by Thomas and felt his pulse. "He's fine, but I don't trust these buildings to withstand an earthquake, so I think we should keep moving." Apollo commented as he moved Thomas, and began to pick him up with a grunt, sliding one arm under his back, and the other under his knees. Apollo lifted him up, one of his rather surprisingly strong moments, and turned to his Onix, and lifted him up to a part of the snake that he could reach and set Thomas down, knowing he wouldn't be able to carry him the whole way. She watched the electricity hit Thomas, and had captured Elekid for him. While she was distracting the wild Electric-Type Pokemon, Apollo was helping Thomas up onto Onix's back. Their way into the Power Plant was clear now, and they all made their way inside to confront the master of this level. As it turns out, the Guardian was an Electivire, two evolutionary stages higher than the Elekid who had just dropped 1/3 of their fighting force. She had a feeling that this was going to hurt considerably. She sent out Charmeleon, who stood ready to fight. Until, that is, Electivire used Thunderbolt. Charmeleon took the hit, but the electricity clinging to him made his movements slow and sluggish.TL;DR
