Hello everyone! Paradisity and I wanted to just ask for a little help. We're working on getting all of the region and new Pokémon info together and done with as quickly as possible, however we wouldn't mind enlisting a bit of help like they did in one of the previous incarnations of Hidden Legends. We would like help on making Contest Leaders for Galar. The Contest Leaders are original characters mostly created by Requiem of Whyspers, Astral Rain, or myself in the last two regions. But that is with an exception of Four of them, which indeed were made by members. That being said, this isn't a contest and is completely voluntary, we're just opening this up to anyone of y'all that want to pitch in. And you also will be listed as the creator in that thread. However, even though it would be your creation, you won't be actually controlling them in that thread, they still will be controlled by myself, Paradisity, or the member if they chose to do the contest themselves. What does everything think? Would you want to throw in a character or two? If so since we're only asking for 5, we would ask that you only make one, but if no one else wants to throw out anything, we will open it up more if you would like. Contest Templet:Name: Location: Age: Contest Category: Personality: Bio: Pokémon: Things to know:- Remember, they will be NPCs, so Mods and other members will be playing and controlling them, rather then you controlling them for each contest. (If you wanted a leader you can control, ask for details separately!)
- Each category (
Beauty, Cool, Cute, Clever, and Tough.) is first come first serve. There is only one for each Galar. As of right now, we're only asking for Contest Leaders and not a champion. - We would like them complete by the time Paradisity and I finish the Galar region so we can have them posted along with the region. (You have plenty of time.)
- Each Contest leader have 3 Pokémon to work with for Contests, and they can be any Pokemon that you want for them, and any evolution. (No legendries, Ultra Beasts, or Fakemon)
- Each moveset must have all 4 moves in their respective category. Sometimes the specific Pokémon you want won't fit in that category which means you will have to pick another. But hey, that doesn't mean they can't have that Pokémon with them as a sidekick
- You can make these NPCs anything you want. They can be rich, famous, old, young, what ever you choose! We just would like them to have character and distinctions to them even though they are suppose to be NPCs. Feel free to add any additional information you want, but anything in the templet would be required.
- You can find reference art for them, but they will need a trainer sprite. I can make them for you, someone else can, or you can find one, however we would rather them be different from the regular trainer sprites from the games.
- They cannot be cannon characters from the games. If you would like to make someone from the anime, movies, or mangas that may be up for debate.
- We prefer the contest leaders the stations in cities or towns away from the gym leader's, but since Galar has so few actual cities or towns, you can choose where they would go. They cannot be stationed in a route. Again this would be first come first serve.
- If you wanted help, we would me more then happy to help with anything, or you guys could even work together here in this thread and discuss them.

She loves the water and water Pokemon, and if she's away from the water for too long she gets pretty touchy. She lived her entire life in the on the Island, she spends all her time in the out doors, and soaking up the sun. On stage, she can be as sweet and gentle as waves lapping on the sandy shores, or as harsh as the stormy seas. Out side of battle she is fairly calm, and reserved. Instead of relaxing and enjoying life as it came to her, she was always running to meet it halfway. Her own Blog was started before she was even training Pokemon! Monica was raised by a Pokemon Breeder mother and a Historian father that worked at Hammerlocke's famous Vault. Where most would expect an energetic young lady like that to struggle, Monica proved an excellent little helper to her father and was always willing to go the extra mile for the chance to read and hear more stories. Her journey in the Pokemon League was short and ill-fated, a competitive streak she couldn't control driving her beyond the normal expectations of a trainer and causing her issues in battle. The hot-headed Trainer-to-be was thoroughly crushed by Hammerlocke's own Raihan. Where her journey started it also ended. But all was not lost for the young woman who had failed to defeat Galar's strongest Gym Leader. She discovered a side of Pokemon training she had only ever read about before. Monica became a Pokemon Coordinator. Her father's historical accounts informing her sense of style and presentation, Monica found herself rising through the ranks of the Contest scene. She also found herself having much more fun. There was a game to win or lose but there was also an audience to please. It was through the presentation of a Pokemon Contest that Monica was able to curb her usually aggressively competitive nature. Any Contest that left the audience cheering was a victory, and she could take losing as long as she made her opponents work that much harder to wow the crowd! She loved the thrill of a battle with no clear need to win and that made her even better at it. Though she did not become the Contest Champion of Galar as she had originally set out, Monica has made her mark as the Cool Contest Leader and set up a Contest Hall inside the massive city of Hammerlocke. Her Contest and Blogging skills may or may not be held over Raihan whenever she gets an opportunity. It's nice to impress the guy who so easily wiped out her team in the Pokemon League. gravity_resistant Soooo.... I did a thing... Based off of the picture you showed me I made a thing. If you want me to change or add anything or just start over I can since I didn't really ask you and I don't know what your plan was for her. But I tried to make her pose just like the image, but it's not exactly, and I had to get creative a little for some that isn't in the pic. Please don't be afraid to let me know if you wanted something changed.
