+ Those little sweetbuns from Alola?? Amazing.
Dislikes:
x Folks who only care about battling.
x More than a day indoors at a time.
Fears:
She's been happy just working, but she's afraid that she's missing out on so much. By passing up on the chance to go on her adventure when she first got her Pokemon, she's wondering if she's already failed in life. Sure she's afraid of the dark and people who stare too long, but few things she dreads as much as the idea that she could have been something great if she never chose to play it safe.
Goals/Dreams:
She's been working with flowers and berries and all sorts of good earth things for a while, but most of all she's been watching all the trainers that come through. The younger trainers were always excited to get berries, and the terrifyingly experienced trainers are too- but most trainers pass them and their healing abilities up. She has long heard the joke that clean water is better than a potion, and she wants to do better still. On her journey she wants to study berries, potions and common medicines in the aims of making a line of berry-based potions that are affordable for most trainers.
Skills:
She's worked with plants and plant-types for such a long time now her knowledge is nearly instinctual. She's excellent and pruning, preening and keeping healthy soil. She's confident in her handwriting, rather proud of her book-binding and she's mended more shirts than she can count. She's the third best at setting up a campfire and second best and sleeping in. She's number one in daydreaming though, but she's learned to keep her hands busy while she does. Saved her job, that.
Status:
Researcher
Theme Song:
[Haven't a clue, mate.]
Favorite Types:
Ghost, Grass, Normal
Least Favorite Types:
Fire, Dragon, Steel
Personality:
Compliant, Self-Entertaining, and perhaps a bit too easygoing with the customers. The few days a week she's worked register at the flower shop, folks have convinced her of coupons or sales that didn't really exist. She was too afraid of failure as a kid to go on her grand adventure, and been too afraid to find a better job either. She wants that to change, to accept taking risks as a good thing. It's gonna be a long road.
History:
At ten, she was old enough to get a Pokemon. She missed out on the trip to the Professor due to the family having a rough time, but she was okay with that. When she was eleven, she finally got to visit Professor Rowan and receive her first partner, Turtwig. She made it through Jubilife, and trained in Oreburg, and barely won for herself the first badge. However, it was clear that without the type advantage, she didn't have what it took to win most battles. She decided to hold back on her adventure through the Pokemon League. When she reached Floaroma town, she was hired for her gentle spirit and the ability to use cut. She's worked for them for years now. The last Pokecenter Stamp challenge was the last time she really considered travel and excitement. Back then, she passed it up in favour for the stability of her job. This time, she's accrued three months vacation. She's never really used it aside from visiting family or to see a contest- but this time she's going to take this paid vacation to make an investment in herself.
