Missy approached the game next, her tail raised high in determination. This time around she seemed more interested in the game, likely full of energy gained from a good nab and plenty of snacks. She gripped the sacks in her jaws and gave them a playful toss at the board. She scored less than Roma and Spectra, but she seemed pleased never the less. A purr rumbled from her chest as she trotted back to Roma, enjoying the pets she received for making the effort. ---------------------------------------------------------------

Missy, Spectra, and Roma all looked at Sunshine as her turn came, however the Togekiss was busy preening herself and waved a wing dismissively. It seemed hacky sacks still weren't her thing. Oh well, Roma wasn't the type to force her to do something she had no interest in. Instead, Spectra danced back up to the line and bundled the sacks in her arms joyfully. Without needing to be asked she took another turn and tossed the sacks into the holes, seeming to get better with each shot. ---------------------------------------------------------------

They were already over half way there to the last prize Roma wanted, a new pokemon. Mostly she wanted to get a pokemon from the fair because she was a little worried about the poor dears not getting good homes, but also because she still needed a full team before she dared take on a gym. She had no idea what kind of pokemon she might get, but that kind of made it even more exciting! The trainer side of her wished for a grass or water type to even out her team, but she knew deep down she would cherish the pokemon regardless of it's type. As she thought this over she watched Missy take another turn and smiled. She couldn't be happier. ---------------------------------------------------------------

Spectra returned to the line once again after Missy moved to the side. This time the little Charmander tried a new way to toss the sacks, tossing them up into the air and batting them with her tail as if playing baseball. The sight coaxed a giggle out of Roma who quickly stifled it as Spectra looked at her confused, worried it might harm the charmander's pride.
"Twenty-eight more points and we've did it, dearies!" Roma clapped and smiled at her little darlings who all seemed to grin back at her. This would perhaps be the most fun way to get a pokemon that she had ever found! ---------------------------------------------------------------

Roma leaned back a little as Missy took another turn. She gazed up at the clear sky and closed her eyes, enjoying the sun and feel-good moment. She knew being a trainer at her age wasn't always going to be this relaxing and fun, so she was determined to enjoy it while she could. Soon enough they would be battling for gym badges and traveling until their feet felt like they would fall off. It was good to appreciate the good times while they were happening. ---------------------------------------------------------------

They were getting so close! Roma leaned forward on her stool as Spectra went again and scored another nine points. Only eleven more to go and they would have a new companion! It was possible Missy's next turn might give them just enough to reach a hundred tickets, but Roma remained quiet in fear of putting pressure on the little Shinx. She found the excitement of watching them similar to watching sports, and for a moment wondered if she should have kept track of their points and given the winner a prize. Too late now, besides, she knew she was too soft to only give one a prize! Spectra took another turn while the others watched, scoring nearly a perfect score! Roma cheered her on with a warm smile, finding that watching them play felt a lot like watching sports on the tv, only better. They were so close now she could feel it. The games seemed to have brought about a bit of healthy competition between Spectra and Missy as well. The two fired each other up to do better and better. It was so wonderful to see. She wondered just how much they would grow in the next few days, and she was happy to be honored to see it for herself. ---------------------------------------------------------------

 Missy finished the game with a splendid score of eleven.
"Alright Dearies, it's time we take our leave. What a spectacular end though, good job!" She made her way over to the sad little Charmander and gave her a pat on the head reassuringly. "I'm sure there will be more fairs, hun. Heck, maybe this one will still be going on next time we're free!" With that she returned the stool to the man operating the game and bid him farewell.
She slowly made her way over to the prize counter and handed in her tickets with a big grin, excited to see what kind of teammate they would get. As she was handed the pokeball she thanked the man behind the counter before finding a quiet bench to sit down. As soon as they were all settled she raised the pokeball and released their new friend.
In a flash of red a large form appeared. Roma brightened as she recognized it as a Gogoat, a grass type! Her prayers had been answered!
"Hello there, dear! Welcome to your new family! May I call you Buck?" The Gogoat seemed to contemplate this for a moment before bowing his head gracefully in response. Roma smiled and reached out a hand, gently stroking the pokemon's leaf-like mane affectionately. After minor hesitation, Buck leaned into her touch with a grunt of approval. They had made a new friend! ---------------------------------------------------------------

They took a moment to become acquainted with their new member before Roma pushed herself to her feet.
"Ok lovelies, it's time to go." Roma clasped her walking stick and smiled at her pokemon before turning to head for the entrance. After about three minutes of walking at a slow pace, Buck moved up beside Roma and grunted before stopping in front of her. With a shake of his head he kneeled down on his forelegs, offering his back to her.
"Oh, are you sure?" Roma hesitated but after another grunt from Buck she slowly clambered onto his back and held on tight to his horns. Buck rose to his feet and seemed almost to smile before trotting foreword, being careful not to jostle her too much. Missy and Spectra glanced at each other for a moment before they broke into a run just to keep up. It seemed traveling wasn't going to be as slow anymore. ---------------------------------------------------------------

As Roma and her pokemon arrived at the gaming area, the young man from the hacky sack came came around the counter to meet them.
"Ma'am, you left this." Behind him wheeled Roma's rolling bag and as she saw it her face lit up.
"Oh thank you dear! I don't know what I would have done without it! I swear, in my old age I would loose my own head if it wasn't attached." Roma chuckled as Sunshine swooped foreword to take the bag from the man, her small feet gripping the handle as she awkwardly floated it back beside Roma. Roma tipped the man despite him politely trying to refuse, there was no refusing Roma, before the group turned and started to make their way back towards the entrance.
"Oh!" Buck stopped at the sudden exclamation from Roma, letting out a snort of confusion at her tone. Roma patted the Gogoat on the shoulder and steered him towards a girl watching her pokemon play at the hacky sacks.
"Excuse me, dearie. By any chance are you little Emiri Virray? It's been so long I hardly recognized you! You're all grown up! Do you remember me? You used to come over for tea and stories." Roma smiled fondly at the girl, hoping to god it was actually Emiri and she wasn't just having a senile moment. It had been years since she last saw the little girl. ---------------------------------------------------------------

Fortunately it seemed their attention was able to divert to trying to find the booth for the tickets and prizes, and Emiri was letting them lead the way still as she walked with Burst, holding one of his long slender hands in hers.
Her two Pokemon stopped for a moment, trying to decide which way they were going to look next to try and find where they were supposed to bring the tickets Nimbus had collected, when Emiri heard a familiar voice, and the mention of her name as someone approached them. Her wide eyes blinked, she hadn’t heard this voice in such a long time, and for a moment she felt herself grow cold at the thought that her memories were overtaking her for some reason, but she turned with Burst and found herself looking up a bit on the back of a Gogoat at Miss Roma. Emiri was surprised to say the least, Miss Roma lived in Pallet Town and hadn’t traveled very far for quite some time as she recalled in her stories, but she couldn’t help the overwhelming feeling of happiness from just the mere mention of “tea and stories”.
”Oh, Miss Roma, I-I…,” Emiri stammered, tripping over trying to answer if she remembered her… The question was a bitter one, there were many things that Emiri didn’t want to be capable of remembering, but her younger days in Pallet Town were happy, and the days that she visited with Miss Roma were some of her favorites. Her memories flashed, she recalled the garden that she cared for so carefully, and Venusaur, a small Bulbasaur then, helping her Golduck water the flowers. Her home was so cosy, she remembered her Ninetales laid out on the couch snuggled with her while she listened to a story, and her Pidgeot and Charizard from her traveling days as a trainer when she was younger… Wishing one day that she would be able to train such strong Pokemon...
”I… It has been a long time, it’s really nice to see you,” Emiri managed after a moment, her expression a bit spacey, trying to get her thoughts and memories back under control. Even the thought of her home in Pallet Town was one that seemed so distant, she hadn’t been home in such a long time, but to see someone as wonderful as Miss Roma was so pleasant.
”How are you doing Miss Roma? And your Pokemon, are they well too,” Emiri asked then, her voice quiet, and her body language a bit timid, but there was a spark in her eyes as she looked up to give a small smile. She didn’t remember a Gogoat from her home, or a Togekiss as the one that was fluttering around a bit anxiously. She hadn’t yet seen the two much smaller Pokemon, the young Charmander and Shinx, but while Nimbus and Flareon hadn’t yet noticed that Emiri had stopped to speak with someone, the baby’s ears perked and he chuffed at taking notice to the two Pokemon that were about his size, going up and sniffing at the Charmander with sparkling gold eyes. Burst stood with Emiri, tucking himself behind her a bit, though that did very little with his height compared to her size.

"It's so nice to see you too, dear." Roma grinned at the girl and was swept away for a moment with pleasant memories. Little Emiri had secretly helped Roma with the loss of her grandchildren with her visits, it had been a pleasant distraction from those dark times. A little sadly, Roma was reminded her grandchildren would have been the same age as Emiri, and just as big now if they hadn't had the accident.
Shying away from such sad thoughts, Roma focused back on Emiri.
"I have been very well, and so have my old pokemon. Sadly they are all getting old now and they have retired from battling, but they are keeping my old home in order while I'm out." She leaned back on Buck's back and stroked his leafy mane fondly. "You see, I have decided to go on another adventure while I'm still able. I'm not getting any younger, after all." She chuckled and gestured to her pokemon one at a time. "These are my new darlings. I'd like you to meet Sunshine, Buck, Spectra, and Missy." Hearing her name, Missy let out a little meow in greeting and raised her tail. Likewise, Spectra raised a little arm as if saying 'hi' and Buck let out a grunt. Sunshine on the other hand eventually gave up worrying and perched on the handle of the rolling bag, merely preening herself and seeming to ignore the whole interaction.
"And how have you been, my dear? Eating well I hope?" Roma's eyes drifted to the strange pokemon seeming to be trying to hide behind Emiri and smiled. "What an odd creature you've befriended, poor thing seems worried I might bite." Her eyes twinkled with mischief for a moment as she spoke before she focused back to Emiri. "I see you've become a trainer now."
Meanwhile, Spectra blinked as the baby pokemon sniffed her. Not very old herself, Spectra wagged her tail a little at seeing another young pokemon. Missy, too, seemed interested in the baby. The Shinx lowered her chest to the ground and shook her rump in the air playfully, purring as she waved her tail back and forth in the air. ---------------------------------------------------------------

Miss Roma was just as she remembered though, she hadn’t changed in the years since she had been home it seemed, lively, chipper, and just genuinely pleasant towards everything she got to do. It was nice to know that even as she felt that she herself had changed so much and would never be the same again, there were many things beyond that were able to remain the same.
At this point, Nimbus had noticed that Emiri hadn’t moved and nudged Flareon before the fire type began off towards the direction they thought they could go in, the both of them looking towards the much older human that Emiri was speaking with. Nimbus glanced and was glad to see the baby hadn’t gone off anywhere, and Flareon eyed the other Pokemon that were around, wondering if they were going to be standing here for too long.
Emiri was genuinely surprised to hear that Miss Roma had started off on another journey to travel, not so much that she thought she couldn’t do it, just that it had never really crossed her own mind to have that consideration so far in the future. There were no shortage of amazing things that Miss Roma had accomplished in her travels, the ones that she would tell Emiri of from time to time when they visited, so really there was no question in her mind that Miss Roma couldn’t go on and accomplish that much more. She only wished and hoped that for her sake, none of the terrible things that Emiri knew to be out there in the world found the older woman, she couldn’t even think of how awful that would be.
”Oh, that’s so exciting, what a great idea,” Emiri replied, really at its base if Miss Roma was happy, then she would be happy for her in response. And she seemed to be just that with her decision as she cheerily introduced the few Pokemon that she had with her, there was no denying that they were going to have a wonderful time together. Emiri smiled softly at the Gogoat and Togekiss, and the Shinx on the ground, but her eyes lingered on the young Charmander that gave a small wave.
”It’s very nice to meet you all,” she nodded to each one as she caught their eye.
”Your Charmander looks so healthy, did it come from Professor Oak? Training with another Charizard will be so amazing,” Emiri spoke then, lighting up just a tad bit more. Miss Roma’s older Charizard at her house was truly a marvel of what a good partnership was capable of turning into, and she only dreamed that she and Charizard measured up to such a strong lasting bond. Seeing the younger Charmander now made her reminiscent of Charizard’s younger days. It wasn’t moments later that Miss Roma asked about how Emiri was doing, and while Emiri hated lying, she only nodded at the question before the older woman smiled up at Burst who was standing just behind Emiri after the interaction started.
”This is Burst, he’s uhm… He’s not used to people, but that’s okay. We’re working on that little by little,” Emiri replied softly, looking up behind her towards his head, squeezing his hand lightly. She meant that more for the both of them as opposed to just Burst, she was trying her best to socialize more and become less afraid of the day to day, and while it was difficult, it was something that was getting a bit easier working together with Burst.
”I am a trainer, that’s why I’ve been away for so long… Uhm, this is Flareon, and Nimbus, and that’s Ephemer,” she replied, motioning to her few Pokemon in kind.
”Hi, it’s nice to meet you,” Nimbus spoke aloud, one of the few of Emiri’s Pokemon that was capable of communicating being a psychic type.
On the ground, the baby Chifaera chuffed at being met with the Shinx, ears perking up at the feline. He snuffed and flitted his wings as he pawed lightly in the air in front of Missy, engaging in the motion of playtime that he recognized from playing with Cerian.

"Why yes she is from Oak. Her coloring reminded me of my old boy back home so I just had to choose her, although I do suppose he was a little more pinkish." Roma chuckled, glancing down at Spectra fondly. If she had to pick a favorite species of pokemon she most likely would have chosen Charizard. Her old Charizard had been a unique-colored Charmander as well, and he had gone through hell with Roma when she was young. If people thought she was mischievous now, it was only because they didn't know just how much trouble she had gotten into as a child. Her Charizard had bailed her out more times than she could count on both hands.
"Well, it's a pleasure to meet you, Burst." Roma dipped her head politely and gave the odd pokemon a warm smile. "As it is for all of you, you all look so strong!" Roma gazed at Emiri's pokemon and grinned as the Raichu spoke to her. "Oh, you're such a polite dear. Emiri is lucky to have a companion like you to watch over her." She had once owned a pikachu for a short time long ago, and she had always found them to be quite full of character. Even more so in the case of it's evolve form, although she wasn't familiar with this exact variant. She assumed it was the alolan form she had heard about on tv.
As introductions were over Roma eyed Emiri for a moment and tilted her head to the side slightly as if debating something.
"Are you sure you're alright dear? You look like someone who has the weight of the whole world on her shoulders. You haven't bit off a bit too much to chew have you?"

Just because her memories were always there, didn’t mean they always had to be the bad ones that surfaced, and it was easy to forget that. She caught glimpses of splashing around with the water hose with her Vaporeon, and warm summer evenings spent sitting with her and her Kangaskhan that had brought them some nice tea. She had her own happier memories though, the ones that she did her best to hold onto when the worst of her monsters threatened to drag her under, she was trying to get better at remembering those in tandem.
”I’m sure she’ll be just as strong as your Charizard at home, I always really admired him,” Emiri spoke after a moment, looking down to Spectra again. Flareon seemed a bit skeptical, looking up with a twitch in his muzzle, why was Emiri talking like she and Charizard couldn’t take on an old man and his old human?
”Maybe one day my Charizard and I will be as strong as you two were when you were traveling,” she said with a soft smile, knowing it was still a long hard road that they were traveling together, and they had a lot they were still working to overcome, but they were working on those things every day.
”We look strong? We are strong, I didn’t almost drown to death just to look strong,” Flareon huffed, though Nimbus smiled and his eyes sparkled at Miss Roma’s words. He could just feel how much this interaction meant to Emiri, and he was enjoying already speaking with the older human, she was very nice.
”Emiri takes really good care of all of us, I think we’re all lucky too,” Nimbus commented, learning every day just how much Emiri and her Pokemon meant to each other with the kinds of bonds she was capable of building.
”Did you used to travel like we do now? Where did you travel to,” Nimbus asked as he hovered closer on his tail, he like Emiri liked to hear about different parts of the world since he had only just left Alola around the time he’d met Emiri, there was still so much out there he was sure.
Smiling softly with Nimbus enjoying Miss Roma’s company too, and keeping close to Burst while the baby was enjoying his time with the younger Pokemon, Emiri glanced up at the older woman’s question, asking if she was really alright. Emiri knew that she really had no skill in trying to hide how worn down and bone tired she was on the regular, it was at least fortunate enough that she’d had some time and distance that her eyes weren’t bloodshot from not being able to sleep for days at a time. But for someone too whom Emiri had known before she left on her own travels, she knew that she was far different from who she used to be, part of why she just hadn’t seen her parents in so long…
”Oh, well,” she trailed off, the question caught her off guard, only because no one had asked her such a thing in such a long time. She’d spent so much time alone with just her Pokemon, or with the few people who had shared experiences with her, no one questioned her regular demeanor.
”My pokemon and I have just been training really hard lately… We’re trying to become strong enough to challenge the elite four… But I don’t know when we’ll feel like we’re ready enough,” Emiri answered after a couple of moment, and none of that was a lie really… Standing up to the people who created her worst memories to try and prove for herself and her Pokemon that they were stronger than those nightmares was what they’d been working towards for so long… It just always felt like there was something around the next corner ready to knock them down again and try and tear them apart.

"Oh you have a Charizard too? Well, I don't doubt you'll be even stronger than we ever were!" Roma nodded as she spoke, as if this statement was set in stone. She already had high hopes for the girl, already she seemed strong and so patient and tentative with her pokemon. Those were the qualities of a brilliant pokemon master. "Just remember patience is the key, and so is the trust your pokemon have for you and you in them. That is all you need, dear."
"Would you rather look weak?" Sunshine snapped at the flareon from her perch, her head-feathers ruffling at the other pokemon's tone. "With an attitude like that you'll likely just get in the girl's way." She added with a huff, until Roma reached over and gently tapped her on the head.
"Mind your manners, I might not know what your saying but I can tell rudeness when I see it." The old woman warned sternly, making eye-contact with Sunshine until the Togekiss looked away like a guilty child. With that dealt with, Roma turned her warm gaze to the curious Raichu and smiled.
"Oh we used to travel a lot. We traveled across Kanto, Sinnoh, Hoenn, and Johto. My old team even made it to the pokemon league in Kanto before I found my love and settled down." She sighed at the fond memories. "We once got stuck between a heard of tauros and a cliff, and we took our chances with the cliff! Lucky there was water at it's bottom." She added with a twinkle in her eyes. "That's actually how we found the water stone that evolved my dear vaporeon."
"I see." Roma eyed the girl for a moment as she answered the old woman's question. She had a feeling there was more to the young girl's problems than that, but she wouldn't pry. After all, she wasn't Emiri's grandmother or anything, she simply cared a lot for the wayward girl. "When the time comes you'll know, you'll feel it in your bones and in the buzz of your nerves. It's when you reach the top that you feel the most uncertain." She could remember having the same feelings when she took on the league so long ago. Of course she hadn't won, but she had come very close, and that had been enough for it all to be worth it. That and of course the friends she met along the way. "And Dear," She added, rummaging around in her pocket for a moment before pulling out a slip of paper and offering it to Emiri. "If your ever in trouble or just want to talk, feel free to buzz me. Even if I'm fleeing another herd of tauros, I'll answer. You can bet on that!

The flower didn't like having someone to answer too that he couldn't sever ties with. The Flower crossed his arms and looked away from Alec which only made him grin. Alec never was one to worry about anything, but Spade did. Spade was the one that kept them from getting caught. He took another y look at the flower as he almost stumbled over a rather large black tail. He looked back just in time to see it right in front of him and managed to hop over it before tripping. Spade stopped grumbling as they followed the tail up to the large black Tyrantrum. Spade was ready to see if a battle was about to be started but Alec just leaned to the side to look around her. Alec spotted the white haired male. He seemed to be dressed kinda how Alec would, not to mention this guy had an interesting looking Tyrantrum as well. He might be worth meeting. After his previous run in, The poindexter and his little love bird, as well as the practically comotose teen and the loud one. It might not be a bad idea having good company.  As Church lined up his next throw and sent it into the board with a loud smack, he became aware of a presence over his shoulder. A moment later the stranger spoke and Church looked at him with a smirk. Lilith leaned foreword slightly and bared her teeth at the man and his walking salad, a low rumbling growl emanating from her throat. However, after a quick gesture from Church she covered her fangs and relented, merely watching them suspiciously until the man complimented her and showed his good taste. After that she seemed pacified for now and raised her head proudly.
Church eyed the man and tried to decide if he was worth talking to. He looked like the rough type Church was used to, but there was something off about him. Being raised among crime and delinquents, Church knew trouble when he saw it. Not that it made him nervous, quite the opposite.
"Nice flower." He countered, flashing the man a calculated smile. He took out a pokeball and released Rowl, instructing the Toxtricity to keep playing the game and earn him tickets. With that, he focused back to the man and ed his head to the side. "Looking for business, or just bored?"

Church was having a little game at trying to figure the stranger out. The man held himself a certain way that was familiar to Church. Perhaps others might not notice it, but he did. He wouldn't be surprised if the man in front of him had killed, or at least did something few knew the horror of. Still, he wasn't unnerved by the vibe the man was letting off. If anything it interested him. Which was something pretty rare when it came to Church having any interest in other people besides those in his gang.
His question did one of two things. Firstly, it told him this man didn't approach him because he knew who he was, and secondly it hinted that the man wasn't looking for a fight either. Simple curiosity then was most likely the reason. Most people wouldn't approach someone like Church, let alone while Lilith was crouched behind him. That only strengthened Church's opinion that this man wasn't normal.
"I saw one earlier, yeah." He replied, pausing for a moment as he debated giving the man the information. "Think it was between two of the rides over there." He flicked his head in the direction of the rides before raising an eyebrow at the man. "You really believe that stuff?" Church didn't believe in any Human-made fortune telling. Pokemon, maybe, some psychic pokemon knew things they shouldn't. But human? No. Those were the real cons. "I never thought your type would be into those things."
Rowl picked up the sacks and took his turn throwing them into the holes, however he was too distracted to really score much. He was curious of the odd interaction between his trainer and the other man. More so, he was curious of the pokemon beside the stranger. It was an unusual color and rather pretty, but Rowl knew better than to approach. Church would be furious if he disobeyed, let alone in front of another trainer. So he simply minded his own business as best he could and tried to focus on the game, only sneaking glances at the other pokemon occasionally.

When the man asked about what type Church thought he was, Church smirked. A dark glint entered his bi-colored eyes for the briefest of moments before it vanished just as fast, replaced by his normal lax expression. "The type smart people don't cross." He replied simply. Thanks to his background, Church always sized up others in terms of if they posed a threat to him in a confrontation. This man seemed pretty on the line. Church didn't know if he really posed a threat to him if things turned sour, yet it was close enough that Church kept the usual sarcasm and superiority from his tone.
"I'd have to see it with my own two eyes to believe it." He replied as the man mentioned real psychics. The concept of a human telling the future was simply beyond his realm of understanding, and so he wouldn't believe it unless faced with it himself. Even then he would probably have his doubts, such as a pokemon gifting the ability to the person rather than it being their own. Humans simply weren't capable of that. The only thing humans had over pokemon was technology and intelligence. Neither could logically be used to predict the future, at least not yet.
"I'm Church by the way. What do they call you?" For once, Church offered his name first, although he left out his last name. Church was a rare enough name for him to worry about, but Blackburn was rather infamous in Galar, especially around Spikemuth. Seeing as he didn't know where this guy was from he decided to remain a little cautious. His past was fucking him over enough as it was already.
Rowl whipped a sack at the board and blinked as a voice spoke to him. He glanced down to see that while he had been distracted with his aim the stranger's pokemon had approached him. He wasn't sure if he would call the game he was playing fun per say, but he wasn't oblivious to the sarcasm either. He stole a quick glance over his shoulder at Church to make sure his trainer was too preoccupied before looking at the other pokemon and giving a half-smile.
"It could be worse. I'd suck at the ball and pin game."

The thought almost brought him to a chuckle. But he avoided it and put his attention back on the male. "I respect that." He nodded. It was better to be skeptical than a blind follower. It also proved one thing, he was being friendly yes, but he wasn't just agreeing with him. The male wasn't trying to butter him up or get anything out of him. Maybe he stumbled on to someone he could actually converse with. First Alec couldn't help but hesitate. His name was Church? He looked like the last person Alec would expect to see at a church. As side from himself of course. The followed with what they called him. Really for him it depended on who you asked. In the circus he was called 'The Flying Aces' while he was working as an Acrobat with his partner. He had a few, but one stuck it out with him until he fled the Circus. Then 'The Deadly Serviper' when he was acting as a knife thrower for the show, which really stuck as it was made public what he had done, and the circus could no longer cover for him. To his fans he once had, he was a heart throb when he was in the Band. Others just called him an ass. "My name is Alec, and that's Spade." He introduced himself and his Roserade, pointing his thumb back at the flower. "We came all the way from Sinnoh." Alec added, he actually wasn't sure where he was because of the forceful travel methods Giratina subjected him to. He might still be in Sinnoh, but he was banking on the fact that he wasn't. Spade listened to the electric lizard. He seemed to have to check with the male he heard introduced himself as Church before answering. Interesting. He looked on the brighter side, saying it could be worse. The flower nodded, to him. "You're right, you might not have been able to play at all." Spade replied, holding up one of his flowered hands and flexed the petals open and closed, displaying that he wouldn't exactly be able to hold or throw one fairly well. Spade never let his flowered hands slow him down, but he thought it would be okay to joke about at least.
