FSL Headquarters

Sheer swooped down to land gracefully beside the entrance to Wayz, her powerful wings beating for a moment before folding neatly to her sides. Church slipped off her back and returned her to her pokeball before heading into the wayward bar. Inside it was decked out in neon and everything seemed biker themed, as if the place had remained the same since before Church was born. The owner, an old leather-skinned man that was like an uncle to Church, loomed at the bar eyeing the white-haired man. 
"You cooking something up, lad? Lot of traffic today." The old man commented with a toothy smirk, shifting out of the way so that Church could access the hatch behind the counter. 
"Just a little training, Douta." Church replied smoothly, flashing the man his own smirk before opening the hatch and slipping under the floor.

Despite the small size of the bar above, the basement complex was massive. Originally, it had been created in case of the world ending by some rich monger. However, after he died the people that sold Wayz to Douta never knew about the complex. Douta soon figured it out, but he had let it remain unused until Church had come to him needing a place to lie low. Now it was FSL's headquarters and home to Church and the rest of the gang. Douta didn't seem to mind much despite his pointed words. Church always assumed it was because he liked the business it brought him. A lot of FSL members had a drinking problem thanks to living under a bar.

Church headed down the bright corridor leading to the main room centered in the middle of the complex. There, milling about alone or in groups, was the members and grunts of FSL. The grunts were merely people offered protection from FSL, they helped on small missions or in the day to day chores. The real members were the ones that did the real work, the ones trusted by Church. 
"We're doing a training exercise. Get to the field." Church commanded as he passed them all and disappeared down another corridor leading to the battlefield. He could hear them moving behind him and smiled at the sense of power it gave him. These people obeyed his every word, mostly. A few were stubborn and talked back, but only because they viewed Church as more of a friend than a leader. The only reason it never bothered Church was because they at least were still respectful, usually.

Church watched with a smirk as the crestfallen Zeke left the battle area. It all came down to power, and Lilith had proven too much for the boy.
"Alright, whos next?" Church scanned the crowd of faces until one met his eyes and stepped forward. He was a little surprised to see Alice willing to battle. She was only sixteen but a prodigy in her own right, however she was an electric trainer and at a rather bad disadvantage against Lilith. Even so, he respected her guts to take him on. Church healed up Lilith and sent her out again for the next battle.

A feeling of satisfaction spread through Church as he watched Medusa slink off after her defeat. He could tell she was frustrated he didn't hold back like most of the other men here might, but that just wasn't his style. Power was everything to him, and he had no time for the games Medusa wanted to play. As the theme of women came to his mind he began to think about Freya once more. Almost instantly his mood dropped and he turned and made his way off the battle field. Training wasn't quite the same without Freya to spar against.

"Train among yourselves!" He ordered over his shoulder as he found a spot to sit for a moment on the side-lines. Taking out his phone he tapped the screen and searched for any sign of Freya trying to contact him, but with a sinking feeling he found nothing. By now there should have been something. It was unlike her to not contact him regularly while doing something dangerous. Even under scrutiny she should have been able to sneak him some kind of sign. Problem was, could he do anything about it? Was he strong enough to take on his old leader if Freya was in trouble? He didn't know, and that frustrated him more than anything.

A low rumbling growl from behind him snapped him from his thoughts and he looked over his shoulder to see Lilith glaring at him as if reading his thoughts. Although he didn't understand her language, he could tell on a instinctual level what she was trying to convey to him, and it struck home. Why was he hesitating like a weakling? Freya was his responsibility, and that meant he had no choice but to take action and assume she needed him. It was time to see his old leader.
