"Hello, this is Pepper Olsen reporting live from Accumla Town were Normal Type Pokemon have not only taken over, but also painted the town rainbow. Now that does sounds like quite the joke but if you look behind me and see that everything has been painted yellow, it is anything but. This Pokemon Take over is not a local issue. All over the world, Pokemon have taken over cities, towns, villages, and even deserts, and changed the climates to their liking! Nothing is known about these mass migrations, or if they have anything to do in connection with each other. But please remain safe and keep an eye out. Most Pokemon have not shown to be hostile towards humans, but their changes may prove dangerous to Human and Pokemon alike. Region officials have gone on record stating this is not a time to panic, but a time to calmly seek safety. If you look now, you can see a band of Smeargle painting the city along side other normal types. We don't know what's happening or how long it'll last but-"
*Pepper Olsen is cut off as a blast of yellow engulfs her and plasters over the camera's view.*
"Ugh! Kenny! I'm Yellow! They painted me yellow! CUT OFF THE CAMER-"

It's that time again! time for tricks to befall Pokemon Hidden Legends. Now this year, there is no corny 'April Fools Joke' but we decided to play a little joke on your characters. Pokemon of all types have taken over town and cities to make it their own! And it's up to your characters if they would like to visit these cities to see what they're now like, or even try to stop them? However, be warned. These are not normal times. It seems that these invading Pokemon seems to do so in the exact locations where type advantages have reversed! Isn't that a weird coincidence! So now Water is weak to Fire, Fire is weak to Grass... It's all quite.... Bizarre! Now, this strange phenomenon only seems to effect the invading Pokemon, and your trainer's Pokemon, whilst in these threads. Quite bizarre indeed! As well as strange occurrences seem to be happening within these battles as well, but maybe that's just a rumor? Who knows. But hey, you get out there and find out!
Things to know!:
-These 'invasions' will last until April 30th at midnight. They may be extended or shortened to our discretion.
-See below for a list of threads effected by Pokemon
-While battling in these areas, battle exp is x1.5!
-Please roll in this thread only when rolling for the invading wild Pokemon
-Please list which character you are rolling for and where, just so we can keep track of everyone.
- No flutes, lures, incense, or other items that affect wild Pokemon encounter posts may not be used on the reserve
-Please do not delete any posts under any circumstances in this thread. If you do, you may lose the ability to participate in this event, as well as the bonus below. If you make a mistake leave it and post again, and let us know so we can delete it for you.
-Your character's experience in these threads are to your discretion. Are they migrating instead of attacking? Are they an army of invading Pokemon? Were they originally disturbed and ran out? That is up to you! However the thread's descriptions below must be followed!
-Type effectiveness has been reversed so make sure to keep that in mind while battling! What would normally do x2 will now do x1/2. What would normally do x1/4 will now do x4. and what does x1 will still unfortunately deal x1. Now remember, your characters will have to figure this out on their own ;) Here is the Inverse Battle Type Chart for reference
-Each thread has it's own... special effect in battle, make sure to pay attention to it!
-Please if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask!
{Grass Types have invaded Black City, Unova (Click)}
In the second most technologically sound city in the world, the city was no match for mother nature it seems. With the aid of the Grass types residing there, the trees from the White Forest exploded in growth and has started to expand into the Black City. The trees, vines, and roots began to sprout, grow and tunnel through the streets and up the tall buildings. Because of the aid of the Grass types, the vegetation is not only the white trees from the White Forest. The city stood no chance against the invading grass types, as they took out the power, and even began to fend off the trainers and strong Pokemon that reside here. The trees and vines grow more and more dense the closer you get to where the White Forest actually stands, however the plant life seemed to take over very quickly, and is still growing. The streets are now covered in grass and flowers, sky scrs and covered in vines, roots and trees, and the plant life has even grown so fast that it's consuming the vehicles. All attempts of trying to burn away the plants seem to just make them grow even faster. Most citizens have elected to flee the city, while others try to live along side the plants.It would see that the Grass types have decided they were here to stay.

{Fire Types have invaded Courtiway Town, Kalos (Click)}
Residents of Couriway Town in eastern Kalos are growing increasingly concerned over the invasion of fire types that have come to the quiet water side town. What should be a deterrent to fire types, being surrounded by so much water, doesn't seem to be phasing them one bit, in fact it would seem that they're being drawn to this area because of the temperature increase that has taken place, and continues to rise. A heatwave has descended upon the city, and has shown no signs of stabilizing, the temperature just seems to keep getting warmer and warmer. Residents have started to take to the waterfalls and canals to keep themselves and their Pokemon cool, but the canals are also having to be used for emergency fire procedures as small spotty fires have been catching all over the city.

{Water Types have invaded Geosenge Town, Kalos (Click)}
Normally the tall mountains surrounding the Town would protect it from the harsher weather, but now they have created a bowl effect on the town. Water Type Pokemon have moved into the quiet town, and began a rain dance that has caused endless rain over the entire town. Normally rain isn't terrible, but here it has caused a very serious flash flood town wide. Some places deeper than others, it has caused standing and running water through out the city. Most Citizens fled once the water types had moved in, but others remained trapped in their homes, however seemingly okay. The water types don't seem to be terribly hostile, but they clearly have decided to make Geosenge into a new lake.
Upon entering any battle, Rain Weather Effects will be put in place. This will boost the water tye attacks to the now reversed type effectiveness.

{Electric Types have invaded Cerulean City, Kanto (Click)}
A powerful and immediate thunderstorm has formed over Cerulean City, through clear skies and with no other warning signs in sight. There is no rain, but instead an almost never ending series of lightning strikes that are streaking through the clouds and lighting up the city. Electric type Pokemon have been flocking in droves to bask in the furious amounts of electricity surging through the city, so much so there is a very tangible field of static electricity that seems to be coating just about every surface through Cerulean. Residents have been cautioned heavily about going outside, avoiding anything that could be conducive for electricity, and it has even been recommended that the city turn out all lights and power down any devices that are safe to do so to avoid any electricity surges.
Upon Entering any battle, your Pokemon will be inflicted with incurable paralysis for the duration of the battle.

{Electric Types have invaded Alamos Town, Sinnoh(Click)}
The beautiful town of Alamos was very suddenly over taken by a large and powerful lightning storm. So sudden most believed it to be an eclipse as the dark cloud cover over took the once bright blue sky. There was no rain that fell, but endless lightning strikes that filled and lit up the sky. Lightning began to strike around the city, but mostly the Space-Time Tower causing it to ring out with each strike. Electric Type Pokemon have flooded the city in being drawn to it's strong electric charge, causing most citizens to flee or hide inside. Officials have called out for those within the city to try and power down all devices, but it all seems to be futile as the many electric type Pokemon and lightning strikes seem to keep everything powered on, even if unplugged. It also was advised to try and keep away form metal surfaces as the the entire city has now been covered in an a static current. It seems no matter what you do, everything will shock or zap you. Those entering the town has been cautioned to remain save and away from the Space Time Tower.

{Fighting Types have invaded Saffron City, Kanto (Click)}
Of all possible futures, Sabrina wouldn't have dreamed of an invasion of Fighting types to over take Saffron. Fighting Types invaded the city, causing large fights and battles to break out in the streets. This caused Sabrina and her Pokemon to act, and join the roit of fighting types. Despite her best attempts, even the Sabrina herself was bested by the many fighting types that over ran the city. The Psychic Gym Leader was forced to retreat to try and save all of the people and Pokemon she could. However, the brilliant Psychic realized if she couldn't out fight them, she would out smart them, to at least keep them at bay. Riots and brawls began to tear apart the city until she began to assemble and create unavoidable obsticle courses and fighting rings through out the city to maybe occupy the fighting types from fighting those living there and damaging the city. The streets are full of obstacles that cannot be moved around and boxing rings that if jumped into will attact a near endless array of fighting types. Sabrina has called for help, however only the strongest trainers to help.

{Poison Types have invaded Crown City, Sinnoh (Click)}
It seems that history was about to repeat itself int he beautful city of Crown. The smog and air pollution seemed to hit first, as poison types descended upon the beautifully clean and healthy Crown City. As they did, it wasn't long before the grass and plant life began to brown and wilt. The river that flows through the city was quickly filled with trash and turned thick and brown. The clean air was quickly replaced with a thick and heavy smog that couldn't be seen though. Lucky for humans the smog doesn't seem to be poisonious but prolonged exposure clearly wouldn't be good. Most citizens fled while some hid and even tried to save the city, but it almost seems futile. The Smog has grown so dense that it's very difficult to navigate the city, you could even find yourself walking right up to a poison type ready for lunch.

{Ground Types have invaded North Lumiose City, Kalos (Click)}
Emergency crews and construction workers alike have all been stretched incredibly thin throughout Lumiose City trying to mitigate the terrifyingly sudden onslaught of earthquakes that have started ripping through the ground. So far no serious damage has been incurred, but windows are cracking, door frames are shifting, and no object is safe from potentially falling off of something or being knocked over as the quakes continue without pause. It's becoming disorienting for citizens who are trying to work around the constant shaking and rumbling, but there seems to be no peace especially as hoards of ground type pokemon have also started tearing through the city, taking a liking to the ground quakes and the occasional fissure that might give them some more mud and dirt.

Upon entering any battle, your Pokemon's accuracy will be lowered 2 stages.

{Flying Types have invaded South Lumiose City, Kalos (Click)}
The city streets of south Lumiose City have effectively turned into wind tunnels as gale force winds have overtaken the entire southern portion of the city. Flying type Pokemon are flocking here and perching or roosting everywhere, feeling right at home with the incredible winds that just don't show any sign of letting up. The winds are shaking windows, slamming doors if they catch them, and can knock over someone unsuspecting of the direction they're coming in. Bicycles are strewn across the ground, papers are fluttering everywhere, and no form of lose fitting clothing like scarves or hats are safe from the onslaught of unforgiving winds.
Upon entering any battle, every other turn a Whirlwind will sweep up your Pokemon and force you to randomly switch Pokemon. This will take place at the end of the turn, so the following turn will start according to speed.

{Psychic Types have invaded Mistralton City, Unova (Click)}
No one has been able to figure out why, but Psychic types have begun to invade Mistralton City. It may be the noise of the planes, or maybe a relic has been shipped to the city... Regardless of what it is, Psychics have taken over, and their psychic energy has effected the city in a very negative way. The Pokemon have instituted a barrier around the city to cause a city wide 'Gravity' attack, grounding every plane and Pokemon alike. While the barrier isn't solid, and could easily be walked through, it has caused all shipments in and out to cease, as well as permanently grounded Skyla, at least while the psychics are in charge. Now this isn't the only effect they have had on the city. While planes and flying times have been grounded, many objects have had the opposite effect. Cargo, cars, sometimes People or Pokemon, objects in the buildings and homes, most anything could start levitating or floating, and likely has. Luckily not everything has started floating away how ever, so you may not have to worry about swimming through the air. But what you also have to worry about is rampant illusions that have been sweeping through the streets, buildings and through out the city. Once street could be under water, one street over could be a desert, while the next could be a reoccurring dream of yours. Anything could happen while in the streets of Mistralton.
Upon entering any battle, your Pokemon will be inflicted with incurable confusion for the duration of the battle.

{Rock Types have invaded Valley Windworks, Sinnoh (Click)}
In the Windy valley of the Valley Windworks, the wind began to pick up quite a bit more than usual. So much so, the power plant had to shut down most wind turbines in fear the high winds will damage or break them. The workers decided to wait it out, however it only grew worse and worse, until a massive sand storm erupted through out the entire valley. Sand began to fill the air as everything began to be pelted. Some turbines broke and began to spin wildly, luckily staying together, while others remained still despite the strong winds. What followed this bizarre weather is an invasion of rock types that began to take over the valley, inside and out. The rock types really seemed to enjoy the new weather and valley, making it their new home, some theorizing that they were the cause of the sand storm.
Upon entering any battle, Sandstorm weather effect will be in effect until the end of the battle.

{Ghost Types have invaded LaRousse City, Hoenn (Click)}
Even the most advanced forms of technology that LaRousse City has to offer have been no match for the intense fog that has settled over the city, encompassing the entirety of its borders with little sign that it will let up. The fog is incredibly dense, so much so that it is almost tangible to the touch, and no amount of fans or motors seem to move even a single puff of it, and scientists and inventors alike are completely stumped. There's an unsettled feeling that comes with the fog, beyond the never ending sight of it and knowing that even going to the tallest towers bears no more than an endless sea of fog, but it seems that Ghost type Pokemon of all kinds have been called to this spot as they are manifesting within the fog.
Every other turn, your Pokemon will be 'Too scared to move" and cannot attack.

{Dragon Types have invaded Heahea City, Alola (Click)}
All of the residents of HeaHea city have been forced to take cover in any way that they can, some even going so far as to start moving out of the city limits and into the eastern part of the island. Not only have dragons started rampaging through the city streets, their cumulative power causing chaos in every corner, but a series of micro tornados have been constantly spinning through the city. They do not seem to be strong enough to be so destructive as to tear through structures or rip off the roofs of buildings, but they are causing treacherous waves in the water, whipping up anything that can be easily moved in the city streets, and certainly making it an uneasy experience knowing how unpredictable twisters can be, and when or where the next set will start to form in the area.

{Dragon Types have invaded Stow-on-side, Galar (Click)}
What would seem to be an average day in Stow-on-Side, will turn out to be anything but. A dust storm began to rapidly pick up, which was nothing new to the locals that live here.They began to pack up their goods and move inside for cover, however this was no normal sand storm. The sand had been kicked up by strong winds, which soon cleared the air for large cyclones that formed and began to start to circle the small village. If they were able, most fled into the large sturdy stadium, however it didn't seem to keep out the dragons that soon followed. While Allister and his ghosts did the best they could, the dragon types continued to invade. Clearly the Dragon types want to make this mountain side village their new home.

In the perfect city of Hearthome, it is labeled as the best city to live in! It's clean, safe, has perfect weather. They've received many awards on just how perfect the city is. It would seem that Steel Type pokemon want to take that "perfect city" title to the next level. Over night it seemed that the perfect city to live in, changed to perfect for Steel Types. The city has been over run with the Pokemon, and in doing so, they have covered the entire city in chrome. When I say everything, I mean everything. Buildings streets, cars, tables, chairs, beds... Everything is coated in shiny metallic chrome. That being said, strange enough, machines still seem to be working. Automatic doors, cars, Pokecenters... However some regular doors now appear to be a wall of metal. The Steel Types don't seem to mean any harm! They're just perfecting the city! How ever, if they see anything that isn't living that isn't chrome-ified... They will make sure it is very quickly.

{Dark Types have invaded Ecruteak City, Johto (Click)}
As if an eclipse out of nowhere suddenly took out the sun, and all other ambient light was sucked into nothingness, darkness has fallen over Ecruteak City, just like turning out a light. There was no warning, no signs, and citizens have immediately grown concerned of the omens that could follow with such a sudden and terrible shift in their city. Residents have been encouraged to stay indoors, but the darkness seems to seep into every building, flooding through windows and doorways just like light pouring into open spaces. Turning on lights, shining flashlights, burning fires, and other forms of light do little more than create an immediate area of light around it, but nothing more. The only thing that has been attributed to this terrifying display is the dark type Pokemon that have descended upon the city, homed by the darkness and eager to overtake their perfect environment.
Upon entering any battle, your Pokemon will have a 4/10 chance of flinching every turn

{Fairy Types have invaded Spikemuth, Galar (Click)}
The punk rock nature of Spikemuth is about to change, completely, as Fairy types began to descend on the small seedy town. The dark nature remained within the city, however it now is full of a pink mist that almost seems to glitter in the air. The fairy types utilized their power in numbers and drove out all dark and poison types to make this new cubby of a town their new homes. While there seemed to have been reports of attacks from within the city from the musicians and even Marnie herself, all communication has now ceased. Once inside the town, you will find yourself in a very dense mist, that is very calming in nature. When encountering those punk rockers that live here, they seem much more peaceful, tranquil, and quiet, while residing amongst the mist. While walking in the mist, the small town seems to almost be endless, or maybe you're just walking in circles. It's very hard to tell, and keep your senses straight as you travel through the the town. The Fairy types don't seem to be hostile but they definitely seem determined to keep their new homes.

Now if that isn't enough! You get to have one more fun little surprise from us to you! We will give you a Pokemon Egg. We dunno whats in it! To find out, roll a 887 sided dice! What ever you roll a baby of that pokemon will hatch regardless of it's evolution! Now if you roll a legendary, or ultra beast, you can either reroll or round up/down and claim the Pokemon. Remember, you may not delete any posts in this thread or you loose your egg! If you do not like your egg, you may trade it here in this thread!
Now if you are unhappy with your egg, you’re more than welcome to trade it in for a Fakemon! You may claim one Fakemon at Lv. 5 at its first stage. You must ask permission from the creator before officially claiming it. Paralos, Mareve, Chifaera, and Onyc are all free to claim at any time. If you’re wanting to claim an unfinished Fakemon, you may ask and reserve it but you cannot introduce it until it is in the fakedex.
