 "City of Snow."
Miles and miles north of the central part of the Sinnoh Region, past the highest peaks of Mt. Coronet burried in an almost year round blanket of snow, Snowpoint City holds it's place as the northern most point in the Sinnoh Region. Nestled within the remnants of the mountains where stout evergreen trees make up a dense forest, Snowpoint City to those who live there is considered a winter wonderland. Almost all year round snow blows down from the peaks of Mt. Coronet over the northern part of the region which keeps it under a blanket of fresh powder. Traveling out to Snowpoint City however by foot is treacherous and dangerous as fierce blizzards can be common over the miles of forest and rocky paths leading to the city. Instead, for any imports or exports or major traveling that need to be made to or from Snowpoint are made from the docks that can be found at the south east side of the city, leading into the eastern ocean of Sinnoh.
{Snowpoint City Gym (Click)}Candice is the Official Gym Leader of Snowpoint City's Gym. She hands out the Icicle Badge to Trainers who defeat her, and she specializes in Ice-type Pokémon. Candice teaches that before battling with Pokémon, a person needs to befriend them first. Candice has an interest in fashion and romance as well as Pokémon, and believes a person should put all their focus into whatever they do. She sometimes muses that she acts the opposite of the way people would expect an Ice-type Gym Leader to behave - warm and friendly instead of cold and distant. {Michael Kreig || Cool Contest Leader (Click)} Standing 5'6'', and weighing a good 142lbs, one could easily claim that Micheal is your typical tough guy from Snowpoint City. No thanks to the cold weather there he is always seen wearing his signature red jacket and a typical pair of pants. When people confront him about his attire in warmer climates he claims, "I'd rather sweat my butt off than freeze to death any day.". During the time when he isn't competing in the contests Micheal is typically out riding on the bike paths in search for more cool looking pokemon to catch and train. And after hearing that his friend Kage Atsumaru has recently become a trainer, he considers the man his rival and intends to interfere and test his skills as a trainer. Despite his hot-headed and y attitude, he respects the land he walks on and often plants berries in fertile patches of dirt. He has considered opening up a berry shop, but currently finds that the contests are way too much fun and he isn't ready to just settle down for the rest of his life. He has tried entering a tough contest in one of the other regions, but some little kid gave him a run for his money. So he just sticks with cool contests. She had gotten a large coat at the at City she'd been in. It was coming in handy, because despite it she found herself shivering. She used to go outside around here in a t-shirt, but clearly spending time away from the place she'd known as a kid meant she had lost her immunity to the cold. As she made to go towards the Pokemon Center, she found her path blocked by a Pokemon. Despite it's skinny frame, it didn't seem to feel the cold at all.
Kira narrowed her eyes at the Pokemon, who did the same. they stared each other down for a moment before it attacked. Deimos intercepted the Confusion attack, appearing seemingly from nowhere. He countered with a Shadow Ball in each hand that hit one after the other. The battle was over in moments. Kira made her way over to the Pokemon as quickly as she could. This was difficult as she had to pull her feet out of six inches of snow with each step.
When she reached it, the Pokemon was already getting up onto shaky legs. "It's good to see you again." She said, smiling. "Now I have Poemon of my own. You don't need to protect me anymore." The Pokemon nodded, watching her and her Pokemon. This was the Pokemon that had imparted such a fiery and head-strong attitude into her. They had worked together to keep up with Meditite's training when she was young, though she had been too young then to officially catch it.
"I am going to the Pokemon Center. You should come with me." Meditite waved her off. She thought he might. "At least take one of these." The Pokemon hesitated, but did accept the Potion she'd offered. "I hope you're doing well." The Pokemon nodded. It had never been one of many words. They spent some time together, but soon the cold became too much for her and she had to get inside of the Pokemon Center. There, the Nurse set her by the fire and accepted her stamp booklet. She hurried off to get some hot chocolate and to stamp the book. TL;DR

Elfana Aroway Leaving Liandry out proved to be beneficial when it came to getting to Snowpoint City. The area was freezing. Haruka seemed perfectly at home in the snow, which- once again- served as a reminder that he was actually an Ice Type. His coloring was deceptive. The Vulpix was one of the only ones comfortable in the snow however. Elfana had to carry Liandry along with her in order to keep herself warm. Oryx was hiding under her hair in an attempt to keep himself from freezing. If she had a Pokeball for him, she would have allowed him to hide in it until they were clear of Snowpoint City. Unfortunately the poor Rufflet was stuck in the same boat as Walter. He followed her willingly and didn't have any sort of Pokeball. She had never been happier to see a Pokemon Center than she was to see the one in Snowpoint City. They would end up spending a while there, both to warm up and because she refused to make her Pokemon wait outside in the cold until their boat to North Eastern Island arrived. While she waited, she collected her next stamp from the nurse then sat with her Rufflet in her lap and Kiro curled up against her side. The Toxicroak had taken to the snow about as well as the Rufflet had but he had stubbornly refused to be returned to his Pokeball. The path to Snowpoint hadn't been a safe one. Someone needed to make sure Elfana and her Pokemon were protected.
They had, for the most part, managed to warm up again by the time their boat arrived. She hoped North Eastern Island would be more comfortable for her Pokemon.Sinnoh

She immediately started to take mental notes of everything that she knew about flying the moment they’d left off from the ground in Michina Town, situated in the nook of his shoulders and keeping herself close against his body so as not to disrupt him too much. Galahad had never flown with a passenger before, and certainly had never flown with one of those human compartments that some of his species were famed for in his native region, but he could understand why to all of this human’s Pokemon, flying with her was incredibly natural. Emiri knew when to move with him, where to keep her legs so as not to disrupt his wings or his flapping, knew how to keep her body against him in such a way to create as little drag as possible on his back. He had to say that he was impressed, and in kind, Emiri was fascinated with his flight capabilities as she watched his wings around her.
It was a longer flight, but eventually they made it to the snowy northern portion of the Sinnoh Region where Snowpoint city was. Emiri and her Pokemon landed, and while Emiri moved to the Pokemon Center to meet with nurse joy for her next stamp, some of her Pokemon took to playing a little bit in the snow. Elfana Aroway Saiphe was struggling to process everything she had told him about her adventure thus far. Up and vanishing was bad but he had more or less accepted that the trip around the world had done some good for her. Encountering one of her sketchy Team "friends" and agreeing to help him was nowhere on the list of things they had planned for Elfana! And don't even get him started on Arceus! The Lucario had a death grip on Elfana's arm as they traveled back through Snowpoint, afraid that she would stumble into even more trouble if he let her out of his sight for even one second. Elfana decided it best to just let this happen. There would be no arguing with the Lucario. Not for a long while anyway. That was mostly her own fault. Perhaps by the time they were done with the trip through Sinnoh he would be willing to let her walk without guiding her again.
