In central western Unova where the mountains are high and the ranges are thick, deep within this rocky landscape, Mistralton Cave can be found, hidden away from the world. It is a small cave with tunnels and small caverns, but otherwise not much can be said for it. It's expanses have been explored and catalogged, and it can be rather dangerous to journey through the cave's depths due to the intense darkness that comes with no natural light filters from it's roof being so far underground, but otherwise it is mostly known as a good spot for trainers to work with thier Pokemon in a more difficult setting.
