 "The Past Lives."
In central Sinnoh nestled right beside the eastern edge of Mt. Coronet, one of the smallest towns in the region spans for only a few miles. Despite being the one of the smallest towns, Celestic Town is said to be the oldest city in the region, making it a historical landmark. For those who call this piece of history home, their ancestors were said to have settled in Celestic Town upon Sinnoh's establishment, and since they have seen the growth and development of the entire region. A small historic shrine holds it's place in the center of the town, which acts as a beacon to the real treasure, what some say is the history of the Sinnoh Region, the Celestic Ruins.

Elfana Aroway To say that she was unimpressed by Celestic Town would be an understatement. While she might have been interested in the history of the place, the general feel of it and the amount of people was unpleasant. Historical landmarks tended to attract tourists from all over and she felt it safe to assume this town was no different. As unpleasant as the thought was, it did give her an idea. Once again the entirety of Elfana's attention was on her phone, occasionally chatting with the Rotom that now inhabited it as she looked for...something. She wasn't sure what she was looking for yet but she was sure she would know it when she found it. Kiro continued to act as a guide and guard for his trainer, leading her through the city and croaking aggressively at anyone he decided was too close to her. Until Elfana decided to look up from her phone, he would keep her safe.

Elfana Aroway She found it. Elfana help up her phone for Walter to see. On the screen was an incredibly basic website for a place in Johto called the Ruins of Alph. "Can you give me the cliff-note version of what you know about this place?" Reading it herself might have been easier but she trusted any information she could get from Walter over some website she happened to stumble upon. It was an Alakazam with an IQ of 5,000 versus some random person or people on the internet. The winner was clear. "It's primarily a tourist attraction but there are scientists dedicated to its study. The ruins are located in Johto. Nobody really knows what they were used for." Walter had taken the time to research different locations that might be of interest to Elfana before leaving the lab but he hadn't expected her to actually bring any of them up. Needless to say, her sudden curiosity caught him off guard. "Fantastic! We're going there." She smiled, leaving a stunned Alakazam standing in the middle of the sidewalk as she continued along without him. "Wait...what?" Elfana actually wanted to visit somewhere outside of her lab?! His earlier concerns about her shift in mood were forgotten as he jogged to catch up to her. If she wanted to try to go on a "vacation" of sorts like a normal person who was he to stop her? He was just glad she wanted to be somewhere outside!

Elfana Aroway Kiro had, once again, managed to guide a distracted Elfana through a "dangerous" location without incident. This was why she trusted him! The Croagunk let out a proud little croak that faded into gentle frogsong when she scooped him up and hugged him. "Thank you, Kiro. What would I do without you?" She smiled as she patted the Croagunk's head. "You would end up falling through yet another unstable area of a cave and be lost forever." Kiro had meant it as a joke but the thought of it ended up truly scaring him. He was glad she couldn't understand a word he had said to her. He held on tight to her arm, not wanting to let her go until he convinced himself something bad wouldn't happen the moment he released her. Their trip through Mt. Coronet and Celestic Town had been far too uneventful. Now was the ideal time for something awful to happen. Fortunately for him, nothing did. By the time they left Celestic Town, Kiro was hopping alongside her once more. He was fine with being put down but he wouldn't go ahead of her. 99% sure they were safe wasn't 100%. There was still room for error- no matter how small it might be. He would stay beside her until they made it to Veilstone in one piece.

Kira decided that instead of flying, she would give her Pokemon a break. Returning her Charizard, she walked all the way to the next Town - Celestic Town! She went to the Pokemon Center to receive her stamp, but didn't stay for long. It was lunch time and Kira had plans. She let out Tyrunt and Goomy, then lead the way into the forest. Following a path that only she seemed to know, she soon came upon a clearing. Faint sunlight filtered through the treetop canopy.
It was absolutely beautiful. She sat down on the ground and started unpacking the lunch she'd brought. After dividing it into thirds, she gave some to each of her Pokemon before eating some herself. tyrunt's meal didn't last long. One chomp and it was swallowed whole. Kira couldn't help but laugh. Goomy, however, seemed to be taking her time. She wanted to enjoy the food, just like Kira. "You guys are so adorable." She mused aloud, watching them. "I'm going to change up my team for the last few Regions, and I want you two to take the lead. What do you think?"
Both of the Pokemon seemed to take o the idea at once! they nodded their approval and made sounds of affirmation. "Great!" She exclaimed, smiling at them. "I've got some more food here if either of you are still hungry." Tyrunt was, but goomy was not. she fed another portion to Tyrunt and returned them both to their Pokeballs, ready to move onto the next town atd the next portion of this exciting venture. This time she did release Charizard. She didn't want to have to hike back through the woods and then through the city to the opposite end's road. She was just going to fly Charizard right out of the clearing.

Elfana Aroway Elfana was no more found of Celestic Town on her second trip through than she was during her first visit. The only thing worth remembering about the town was the fact that it was the unofficial "start" for her journey outside of Sinnoh. She had started her trip around the world in Johto but that was purely because she had left Sinnoh for a while. Had she not wanted to visit the ruins in Johto, she would have ended up going through Sinnoh first. In a way, she was glad that she had been out of Sinnoh at the time. Finishing her trip off in the region she had to travel through anyway was way more convenient than ending it in a different region. She was right where she needed to be. Traveling through a few towns to get back to Veilstone City was better than going through an entire region. Elfana didn't spend much of any time in Celestic Town. She received her stamp at the Pokemon Center then began searching for the route to Michina Town. After that it was back through Celestic Town then through Mt. Coro- "I forgot to look up a path through the mountain." She froze mid-step and stared up at the mountain she would soon be passing through. Elfana Aroway The third time through the town was when Celestic Town finally managed to become a welcome sight. At least her Pokemon could walk with her in Celestic Town without having to worry about being harassed by a stranger because some small part of them happened to remind them of a Legendary Pokemon. Welcome as Celestic Town was, she still didn't waste much time there. She lingered in the town just long enough to look up a route through Mt. Coronet...then proceeded to give up on the idea when reading through some of the directions started to give her a headache. They read like they were written by a twelve year old...which was pretty close to the average age of a lot of trainers starting their journeys. Why was she surprised? She sighed and let Liandry out of her Pokeball. They would have to find their way through on their own.Sinnoh

He was good company, passionate about the things that he was knowledgeable about like the history and cities of the Galar region that Emiri had traveled through, and Emiri enjoyed her time with him already. She continued to watch him fly along with them though, having never seen his species before let alone see up close enough to really study his flight, and Emiri was interested in knowing that he was a steel flying type that he was able to fly the way that he could. He wasn’t fully made of metal like Skarmory were, Emiri could see his feathers in stark contrast to the armor plated over his shoulders and chest and his beak, true to his species name it was like he was a knight in armor which was a very intriguing part of his physiology. Despite the armor, it didn’t seem to hinder his flight at all, he was still very agile and dexterous in the air and had great control over his flight patterns, which was really fascinating for Emiri to get to see.
It wasn’t too much longer in moving north that Emiri and her Pokemon made it to Celestic Town, another small rural town in the Sinnoh Region nestled closer to the base of Mt. Coronet. Despite being the oldest town in the region, with the shrine in the center to prove it’s long standing history, it was quaint, and nice, and Emiri didn’t mind the quiet nature of it. She found the Pokemon center with her flying types and landed outside, meeting Nurse joy inside with her booklet and obtaining her next stamp for the Sinnoh Region. Elfana Aroway Celestic Town was their last stop until their adventure returned to normal. Elfana was glad for it. She had a plan and this time she intended to stick to it. There were several badges to go still. She didn't want to waste anymore time. Saiphe had calmed down by the time they had arrived in Celestic Town. Elfana was allowed to move her arm again at any rate. He had surrendered the guide position to Kiro after Liandry had been returned to her Pokeball. This was still Elfana's adventure. Some of the rules had changed but that didn't mean he was allowed to start holding her hand through everything. He was there to make sure she stayed safe. That was all. Elfana didn't bother putting up a fuss about it. She hadn't won the argument with Kayuki and she wouldn't win it with Saiphe either- especially after she had up and disappeared so suddenly. The Lucario would not be convinced that she didn't need someone to watch out for her. Though she would never admit it, she was happy that he had joined her. Having Saiphe around made her feel at ease.
