 Far to the west of the region, beyond Motostoke, one of the region's most famous and most important resource locations can be found. The Galar Mines is a popular location for many reasons, all of which create a heavy use of its pathways and railways. It is maze like in its structure, and goes deeper and farther into the ground than most really know. It is sanctioned as an official part of the league challenge for those trainers moving through the region, so there is a set, sectioned off path for those traveling through to Turffield town in order to remain safe and on the right track. This doesn't make the trek through any less challenging however with the numerous Pokemon that call the caverns home, and the length of time in which it takes to get through. Otherwise, the mine itself is historic in the sense that Chairman Rose has a processing plant that utilizes the ore in the mines to create energy for the entire region of Galar. Those tracks and carts and tunnels that move through the mines are what allow miners to work in obtaining ore for the factory processing, creating even more labrynthian pathways through the caverns.

Elfana Aroway Compared to some of the previous caves, Galar Mine was delightful. The crystals in the walls were gorgeous. Bright colors weren't exactly her thing but she could appreciate the soft glow from the crystals. Elfana followed the tracks for the most part, assuming that they would take her in the general direction she was supposed to be going. If she started to feel lost she could stop and ask one of the mine workers to point her down the correct path. That ended up not being an issue though. Her Croagunk was a better guide than any human. She fully trusted his judgement. He led her through the majority of the mine, pausing occasionally to make sure he was going the right way. Getting lost in a labyrinth of tunnels wasn't exactly on their to do list. With Kiro guiding her, Elfana made it through the mines in no time at all.Galar

Finally Grim made it to the mines and smiled as he entered the chilly darkness. It wasn't totally dark, lights hung here and there all over the carved space, but the shadows had a certain heaviness to them you could only find underground. He hadn't made it that far before movement caught his eye, drawing his attention to a Drilbur digging in the dirt further up the tunnel.
"Alright, this is it." Grim retrieved a pokeball from his waist and held it out in front of him, with a flash of light Ronin appeared. Lvl 11 Drilbur Appeared!

Grim and his pokemon wandered further into the mines, their eyes peeled for more wild pokemon. He had heard that the mines had a high population of pokemon, but it still took them awhile before they finally came across a Roggenrola marching along a tunnel. The little rock pokemon didn't notice them at first, but as they got closer it spun around and seemed to ready itself for battle. Grim gestured to Ronin to go ahead, they would work on strengthening him up first while they had the type advantage.Lvl 13 Roggenrola Appeared!

As they neared the end of the mines Grim noticed one last opponent for them to test their strength against. During this journey he had become quite a lot more confident in his pokemon, especially Ronin who proved that he could take out pokemon that appeared much more stronger than himself. Teaching him leaf blade had defiantly been worth it.Lvl 13 Drilbur Appeared!

He wasn't sure if he was taking it on too soon but he wanted to challenge the gym sooner rather than later. They would all relax after this one. He was confident that Ronin, Raika, and Luckett could do it. He just had to get them there. Grim left the mines with a smile and headed off to their next destination.

 Minako "Skye" Afton The Future Top Coordnator Of All Regions BATtle Music/Theme SongA Mine before turrfield? This was a perfect training chance and also a perfect time to get a new pokemon or two. She looked around for a pokemon, excitedly. However she was startled when a Woobat descended down from the cave celing. She screamed at first, as it swooped down but soon that fear turned to annoyence and anger. She called her absol and galiga back, before sending out her Galarian Ponyta. It was time to teach a bat a lesson or two about Pissing off a trainer whose seen a lot. "Okay florina.. let's do this!" The girl and her Pony were ready for a harsh battle with this bat from the sky and it was going to posisbly be a bloody battle. Fleuring launched the first attack, striking with a Play Rough on the unsuspecting bat. Down by 90hp with only 20 hp left, the Woobat tried to launch a confusion at the ponyta, which the ponyta took but it wasnt very effective due to the typing and then she recovered luckily not confused to let off a tackle, putting the Bat down for the count. Deciding not to catch it, Minako let the injured bat flee as she continued onwards.  Wild Level 13 Woobat Appered! Go, Florina!  Fleurina used Play Rough! Woobat used confusion! Florina used Tackle! Woobat was Knocked Out. Florina gained 7exp by defeating the wild woobat! Minako "Skye" Afton The Future Top Coordnator Of All Regions Theme Song/Battle ThemeAfter the Encounter with the Wild Woobat, Minako was walking onwards with her purple flashlight out lighting the way in the mine. She had her Absol beside her, and also walked along calmly. She then encountered an Aroma Lady training in the mine with a Gossifleur. Deciding it'd be a good chance to test her battle prowess, she challenged the trainer to battle. Her level 11 Gossefleur against her Level 10 Galiga. The Aroma Lady Agreed, and the two set up for battle. Aurora on one side, The Gossifleur on the other. The two pokemon traded blows.Gossifleur used Leafage.. Aurora countered with gust knocking gossifleur down to 20hp. The plant let off another leafage eventually Aurora was brought down to 10 hp but finished the battle with a fairy wind. As Elenore congradulated Minako on winnong and left, Minako took the time to pop 3 potions healing Aurora and Florina back to full health before continuing on. She realized perhaps all this training in the long run would pay off. Aroma Lady Elenore would like to battle!  She sent out Gossifleur[Level 11] HP:0/90 Go, Aurora! HP:10/70 Gossifleur Used Leafage! 30 damage to aurora Aurora Used Gust! 60 damage to Gossifleur!

Minako "Skye" Afton The Only Living Afton Theme Song/Battle ThemeAfter the battle with elenore, she continued on hoping to catch a new pokemon befor eelacing the mines so she began searching for a pokemon. A level 10 Digglett suprised her using dig, which made her and her Galiga fall back in suprise. She gatehred her bearings, and laughed looking at the tiny pokemon. She smiled a bit and recalled everything but her Galiga, and smirked. "Lat i checked flying types can beat ground types easilly... Ready to get your ass kicked?" She smirked switching ehr eyecolor to purple by sneaking her contacts into her eyes. She then had Aurora step forward once again, to do battle. The Digglett got ready as well. Aurora cast a gust which weakened digglett, and diglett scratched Aurora for 30 damage. Aurora wrapped up the battle with Fairy Wind, and Minako caught the diglett in a pokeball. Adding it to ehr party, she was ready to leave Galar mine and go hunting around turrfield. Also she was getting closer to being ready to battle milo. WILD LEVEL 10 DIGGLETT APPERED!
