When she was offered a hand by Dylan she honestly couldn't tell if he was being sarcastic or not. His monotone made it impossible. The comment earned a chuckle from her all the same. She accepted the offer all the same. Without all of the excitement to keep her up and going she was finally starting to feel just how worn down her body was. If it weren't for Quinn's Clefairy she likely would have passed out before she could get herself seated on the plane. "Hoji, redirect your efforts to powering the engine. Send Saiphe to help with the cargo doors once he joins us." A single Rotom didn't feel like it would be enough to power the engine but it was definitely a start. Saiphe could handle the doors. She was confident about that much. "On it, doc." Elfana sat back in her seat and waited for Kiro and Saiphe to join her on the plane. Both would linger outside as long as possible to ensure the few people Elfana tolerated made it on to the plane as well. She let her eyes slip shut but forced herself to remain awake. Taking the opportunity to rest wasn't a good enough excuse for her to let her guard down. She wanted to be ready if things took yet another turn. One eye opened when she felt her Toxicroak settle in beside her. The fossil had roughed him up but at a glance it looked like he would recover just fine with proper care. She would need to do a full assessment later. Hoji set about trying to get the engine powered and directed Saiphe to deal with the doors as soon as the Lucario boarded the plane.

Slate cautiously backed towards the plane, making sure he was fully prepared in case the monster tried to attack again. Only once he had nearly backed into said plane did he risk putting his back to the thing. As soon as he was on board he was greeted by Briar and a loudly peeping Sobble. He was in much better shape than some of the other Pokemon that had participated in the battle but that wasn't going to stop Briar from worrying over him. None of her Pokemon could provide much assistance with the plane so she made it a point to find a place to sit and stay out of everyone else's way. Soon enough they would be leaving the island. She was going to go back to Johto and she was never going to go on vacation again! Not to anything that involved fossils anyway. After everything that had happened she was far too exhausted to speak to anyone. Even when she realized Ridley was on the plane she could only smile a bit. She was glad that she was safe. Briar decided to focus on trying to calm her Sobble down while she waited for the plane to finally leave. As soon as they were safe she was going to get her Pokemon healed up and take the longest nap of her life.

Valor was able to make a quick dash to retrieve Cyan from the battlefield and rendezvous with Quinn and Lux. The onslaught of attacks from the Pokemon in the hangar seemed to do enough damage to the Krolsaurigen to cause it to think much more carefully about its next course of action. It was clearly capable of permanently taking out at least several of the Pokemon and trainers in the hangar, but its hesitation made it seem like it somehow was deciphering if that course of action was worth the risk involved with that. Quinn was concerned watchin the creature think about this as it could very well decide to simply eradicate all that it could.
Fortunately for everyone in the hangar, the creature seemed to have decided to retreat into the jungle, letting out a deafening cry as a warning before departing into the forest growth. There was a moment of silent disbelief in the hangar. It seemed as if things were over and they were safe, but Marianne broke the silence to command everyone get onto the plane as fast as possible should this be a trick by the beast to lure them into a false sense of security.
Quinn and her Pokemon hurried onto the cargo plane. Once everyone had gotten onto the plane, Clemont announced that it was nearly ready for flight, but the engine needed extra power to get airborne and one of the cargo bay doors had to be closed manually. “Lux, can you help with giving the plane electricity? We’re almost all out of here, finally.”
Lux did as requested while Quinn and Cyan awaited takeoff. She looked around in hopes she might be able to converse soon with Elfana, Professor Sonia, or Roxanne. She especially wanted to check in on Roxanne’s Probopass, hoping its injuries weren’t permanent.

Elemental Paradisity Mocha sharkeep ninestarryskies Elfy Faithe rooker buggygardener Clemont worked diligently on readying the helicarrier, ensuring every detail was perfect for the imminent departure. Outside, Marianne, Roxanne, and Sonia coordinated efforts to help everyone board the plane, guiding and assisting anyone who needed it. Once the last passengers were secured in the hold, Sonia and Roxanne boarded the plane, while Marianne performed a final sweep of the hangar to ensure no one was left behind. Her commitment was unwavering; she refused to allow anyone to be left behind. Satisfied with her inspection, she paused near the hangar entrance, taking a moment to reflect on the scene before her. Marianne had dedicated the past few years to working on the island, fighting for the Pokémon that had been revived. Spending her time to create the needs for each sanctuary, and what Pokemon can go with which Pokemon. Details as far as arguing the plant types allowed in each. She had helped raise them from a distance, striving to maintain their natural behaviors while getting to know most of them at least a little bit. Now, as she stood at the brink of leaving, it felt like she was pushing the entire island out of its nest. It was a bittersweet moment—allowing the Pokémon to exist freely was a triumph, at least... It would have been if the thread of the beast wasn't looming over the island like a dangerous shadow. Taking a deep breath, Marianne whispered under her breath, "Be safe. Please survive." She then turned and jogged back to the plane, knowing she would eventually return to the island. The Krolsaurigen deserved its own chance at life, but everything else on the island didn't deserve to be punished for it with their lives.
Marianne boarded the plane, her heart heavy with the weight of responsibility. The hangar buzzed with activity as Clemont monitored the diagnostics. He hadn't heard the call for the Rotoms to shift gears, but he noticed the power distribution shift and quickly deduced the situation. The plane's power levels were close, but not sufficient for a smooth takeoff. Knowing he couldn't ask more of the trainers, Clemont reached for a Pokéball and released his Magnezone, aiming the beam out of the window. The Pokémon materialized, hovering in the air. "Help Gandor and Hoji power the right engine and landing gear. Make sure they don't tire out," Clemont instructed, unaware of Lux also assisting in adding power. Magnezone couldn't have managed the task alone, but it could serve as a crucial backup battery. With the power situation stabilized and everyone on board, Clemont began flipping switches and preparing for takeoff. He activated the intercom and spoke, his voice steady despite the underlying tension. "This is your pilot speaking, the one you are stuck with. With everyone boarded, you may now pull the doors closed as we are about to take off. This flight may be a little bumpy, so please buckle your seat belts and stay seated." As Clemont's voice echoed through the cabin, signalling Saiphe and Florgelsa to close and secure the cargo doors. Clemont made final adjustments, giving the two Pokémon time to secure the doors. The engines roared to life, the plane shuddered as it began to move forward, the vibrations rattling through the cabin. The runway was short, forcing Clemont to accelerate rapidly for a quick takeoff. He clenched his teeth and held his breath, pushing the plane to its limits. The aircraft tore out of the hangar, across the ground speeding past in a blur. They crashed through a tall wire fence, racing towards the tree line. As they reached the necessary speed, Clemont pulled up hard on the controls, the plane responding with a sharp ascent. The landing gear retracted just in time, scraping the tops of the trees as they climbed higher, finally breaking free into open sky. The plane hit turbulence as it soared over the open seas, the cabin shaking and rattling. Despite the rough flight, Clemont's less than expert handling kept them on course. Marianne looked out the window, watching the island recede into the distance. The Pokémon she had fought to protect were now left to fend for themselves, but she knew she would return. As they made their way back to the initial monorail station, the plane evened out, growing even more steady. A voice rang out, one that might not exactly be welcomed. "We did it," Professor Cara Liss proclaimed as a sigh of relief, leaning out into view of everyone else, having been hiding in her seat in the corner. She unbuckled her seat, and began moving into the middle of the hold, shakily with the flight. "Even though some of you are less than nice," She commented, taking a quick look at those who she believed didn't like her profession. "I wanted to thank you and give you somethings near and dear to my heart." She moved to unlock the case in the center of the plane, showing that she knew the code the entire time. She opened the case to reveal pokeballs, that were not at all dusty alluding to that she may have swiped them from the labs. "These Pokemon didn't make it onto the island... And they may not be the Pokemon you're use to. But they are a dear passion project that started it all. I know you all will take wonderful care of them." She announced proudly, leaving the open case for everyone to grab from.
The flight lasted about half an hour, a tense journey that felt much longer as the aircraft approached the original station where the groups had first boarded the monorail. As they neared, it became clear that the station had been converted into a makeshift hospital. Clemont, gripping the radio, called out to anyone who might hear him. Fortunately, his signal was picked up, and a path was cleared for their landing. "Everyone hold on, it's going to be a rough landing," Clemont announced over the intercom, his voice devoid of sugar-coating. The landing gear deployed, thanks to Gandor, and the plane shuddered violently as it made contact with the ground. The aircraft bounced once, a bone-jarring impact that rattled everyone on board, before slamming back down with a force that pressed everyone into their seats. The brakes screamed under the strain, but the plane eventually came to a halt, a testament to the resilience of both Clemont's skill and the Pokémon aiding him. While it would have been a fairly rough landing for a commercial flight, it was a decent landing for a plane being held together by 6 Pokemon. Fortunately, also not rough to cause anymore harm to the trainers. The moment the plane stopped, the doors were ready to be opened. Outside, the scene was chaotic yet orderly, with workers ready and able to assist everyone disembarking. Medical teams rushed forward, prepared to offer immediate treatment to both Pokémon and trainers. The trainers may have noticed that a few also had made it off of the island, some of the workers—mostly the hired help like ride operators, maintenance workers, and hotel staff, rather than scientists. It was evident that no one had escaped the island unscathed. The crisis staff were on hand to provide medical attention and transport arrangements. The makeshift hospital buzzed with activity, a stark reminder of the ordeal they had all endured. The trainers and their Pokémon were finally safe, and the crisis staff were there to help them recover and return to their respective regions.Battlers have received:x1 Fixed Galar Fossil Pokemon at Level 15{NPC Teams (Click)} { Professor Cara Liss's Team (Click)} Arctozolt Lv: 19 HP: 150 Gender: NA Ability: Volt Absorb: The Pokémon heals up to 1/4 of it's maximum HP when hit with Electric-type moves Pluck- 50 | If the target is holding a Berry, the user eats it and gains its effect. "Poor George, they turn the light on and it’s burning up the sky" * Valentine Salazar Galea * Vale wasn't sure for how long he slept, but he sure did woke up when the carrier did a very sharp move, startling him awake. He looked around in confusion, for a moment forgetting where he were and then started forcefully rubbing his eyes. They stung and felt very dry, probably from sleeping with contacts on. He was vaguely aware of other people around, some chatting, some resting, as well as his Lucario sitting nearby. He wasn't sure if Griffin noticed that he woke up yet, but regardless, it was only a matter of time. He blinked and then again, realizing that his vision is awfully blurry. At first he thought it was because he just woke up and all, but no matter how much he rubbed his eyes, it didn't improve. In fact each time he did that, it was like fireworks went off just behind his eyelids, with how vivid his vision was getting from that. Good sign that he should stop. Vale narrowed his eyes, and looked down at his hands, trying to understand what is happening. He felt Lucario stir in his seat. "How are you feeling?" "Exhausted." he muttered, giving up on 'fixing' his sight and sighed. "Also I think I lost my contacts.. I must had scrubbed them off." Griffin made a soft, if strained, noise in response. He wasn't entirely blind, of course, but it won't help with his tiredness and with navigation. But then he heard Cara Liss address them loudly, tired but relieved and proud. He probably missed a lot while he dozed off, but he tried to focus on her mini-speech. It wasn't much, but she did caught his attention with the suitcase and revealed some PokeBalls. Not that he necessarily needed more Pokemons, but.. he will won't turn down the gift. Lucario probably got his idea and instead of having him get up, Griffin went to the suitcase himself and grabbed whichever one. Well, they didn't knew what they held really.. definitely a fossil Pokemon, but which one.. who knows.
He spent the rest of the flight in his seat, trying to nap. It was hard, with how rough the flight was, but it was still workable. Just not very pleasant, on top of his concern surrounding his sight. He had more contacts at home, thankfully, and it was a blessing it happened now and not earlier. Hearing Clemont's voice filled him with some sort of relief, that they were nearing the destination and that the leader was ultimately okay. He didn't had particularly strong feelings or opinions on him, but it would be a shame for the Kalos if they lost him in the whole escape process. Even if the landing was just as shaky as he warned, tho. Vale held on tight, both his seat and his Lucario's side, waiting for the worst to just pass. Eventually they came to a harsh stop, and he breathed out again, not realizing that he was holding his breath. There was already ruckus outside and it only got worse once the door flung open completely. He heard people calling and talking over one another, but he could tell they were asking for injured and if anyone needed help. That much he could piece together. Sluggishly, he got up from his seat, along with Griffin and just as slowly made his way out of the carrier. He tried really hard not to trip over anything or be pushed by anyone, thanks to his Lucario's sharp edges. But once outside, it didn't seem to necessarily stop the emergency staff from approaching. Not to mention the sky was pretty dark, and he could only assume several hours had passed since they arrived on the island the first time.
He didn't like being suddenly swarmed by the crisis staff, even if they meant well. Griffin's ears perked up and he bristled as the staff came a bit too close, and the few backed out, giving them more appropriate space. Vale wasn't entirely sure if he required that much attention or help, as his scratches were patched up by Amma.. but maybe it wouldn't hurt to get them checked anyways? It's been a while since it was applied, maybe it did needed to be changed. Also, his nose did hurt and based on the look he was getting, it was probably bruised. He limped his way to the nearest place to be treated, leaning heavily on his Pokemon, now also realizing that his left leg felt.. off. Nothing painful, it just didn't felt right to fully put his weight on it. His old bite and limp started to act up again, probably from all the walking he did and the tiredness overall then. It was a fairly straightforward, with some basic questions and then the checkup on his injuries. The ointment was holding pretty well, but he wasn't sure how it will hold later when he were showering (and good lord he needed a shower), so it was better to remove it now than worry later. The scratches were clean and already clotted nicely, so they only applied a fresh bandage and then some other ointment on his nose, to deal with the swelling. On top of that they even had food. and not just snacks. He could tell he was hungry, but at the same time he was so tired, he didn't think about eating. But after one sharp look from Griffin, he took something the emergency staff had (some sandwich, to keep it simple) and slowly ate it. He also took the moment to look around, despite his blurry vision. He could differentiate Marcellus from the crowd, and maybe Ridley with her team, but he couldn't exactly see (well duh) Finn or Rhienne. Maybe they were being treated somewhere further.. he hoped. "They can transport us back to Shalour." Griffin's voice caught his attention and he turned to look at him. "The helicopter might be the simplest." Vale grimaced, not feeling like flying again so soon. "I'm not sure there are spots in Shalour to land one." "I know." Lucario responded simply, with an ear twitch. He was probably not a fan of the idea either, but what other options did they have. "At the very least they could put us just outside the city's gates, on the Coumarine's side. It's big enough." He swallowed the rest of the sandwich and then drank some water to make it easier, before continuing. "True.." He didn't want to argue with his Pokemons today anymore, as he already had enough of it (and the scratches on his arm itched at the thought), so he got up again and with Griffin they approached whoever was operating one of the helicopters. The man was wearing a shirt with flowery pattern under his vest, and looked kind of like he was brought in there straight from a vacation, but didn't seem overall upset over it. Thankfully he was also ready to take off, so Vale boarded on with his Pokemon, and then just hoped to get home without further issues. "Poor George, you can kill him, but you’ll never kill his pride"

A strange, unsettling silence crept over the battlefield. Cypress’s eyes were locked on the beast, watching its every move. It stood there, a massive, intimidating presence, its muscles coiled with latent power, and its eyes glinting with a cold, calculating intelligence. She held her breath as the creature scanned the field, its gaze lingering on one person, then the next. Cypress's pulse quickened, each second feeling like an eternity. The tension was unbearable, every muscle in her body taut and ready for the next wave of violence. But then, inexplicably, the beast did something she hadn't anticipated—it turned away. Without warning, it simply pivoted on its haunches and began to walk off, its hulking form retreating into the shadows from which it had emerged. Cypress exhaled sharply, the breath she had been holding releasing in a rush of disbelief and shock. Why had it given up? She was certain it had the upper hand, that it could have obliterated them all if it had wanted to. But it left. As the beast’s figure disappeared, the reality of what had just occurred began to settle in. The shouts of others around her jolted Cypress back to the present. She quickly turned her attention to the survivors, noticing the urgent movement of people making their way towards the plane. Her heartbeat was still erratic, but she pushed it aside, focusing on what needed to be done. Without hesitation, her steps quickening as she scanned the area for anyone who might still need assistance. She had come here with one person, Elfana, who was already on the plane, albeit in a broken state. Her mind was at ease knowing Elfana was safe, but she kept her senses sharp for others who might not be as fortunate. As she jogged towards the plane, she made a mental note to return Wyatt, ensuring that everything and everyone was accounted for before she too boarded the plane.
Fortunately, Marianne took over as the watchful eye, her presence providing a rare moment of reassurance. With Marianne at the helm, the woman finally allowed herself to board the plane with a sense of ease. She plopped down into a seat, releasing a deep, weary groan as the first hints of relaxation washed over her. It was the first time in hours that her muscles had been able to unwind, the tension slowly ebbing away like a retreating tide. She fumbled with the seatbelt, her fingers trembling slightly from the lingering adrenaline. As she clicked the buckle into place, the plane’s engines roared to life, filling the cabin with a low, vibrating hum. She took a deep, steadying breath and leaned back, resting her head against the cold, hard wall of the aircraft. The sound of the engines reverberated through her bones, a constant reminder of the turbulence that awaited her. The ride was going to be bumpy; she knew that much. As the plane taxied down the runway and ascended into the sky, the woman felt the sharp edge of adrenaline begin to dull. The immediate danger had passed, and now, with the threat receding, the aftereffects started to take hold. A sharp, throbbing pain flared in her left leg, a reminder of the injury she had sustained in the chaos that was the Island. Her muscles ached with a deep, exhausting burn, and the weight of fatigue pressed down on her like a heavy blanket. Every fiber of her being screamed for rest, but she fought to keep her eyes open, knowing the flight would be short. Cara began speaking—something about the danger, perhaps, or the next steps to take. But her voice sounded distant, almost muffled, as if it were coming from underwater. The woman only half listened, too consumed by her own pain and exhaustion. She leaned forward, wincing as her stiff muscles protested the movement, and plucked a Pokéball out of the case in front of her. Just as her eyelids began to droop, the plane jolted violently, yanking her back to full awareness. She stifled a curse, groaning as she forced herself to stand on shaky legs. The landing had been rough, but they were finally on solid ground. As she disembarked, the first responders rushed to meet her. They quickly assessed her injuries, wrapping her left ankle and leg tightly to stabilize the damaged muscles and tendons. Lighter bandages were applied to her arms and stomach, where bruises and scs had marred her skin during the frantic battles on the island. As she recounted her experience to the medics—the encounter with the Tangrowth, the grueling battles, the countless trips and falls. Once the medics had done all they could and her Pokémon had been healed, she was ushered towards a waiting helicopter. As the helicopter lifted off, she stared out at the horizon, her thoughts a jumble of relief, dread, and determination. She had survived this ordeal, a thankful thought as she drifted to sleep. Faithe waited until everyone else had claimed a pokeball before she took one. A tired smile on her face as she looked at it. A velozolt, she knew Cara Liss wasn't the monster several of these people had made her out to be. She quietly clutched the pokeball to her chest and bowed her head lightly in thanks to Cara Liss before returning to where she had been sitting before. Teriyaki sat nearby watching Faithe with a weary expression on her face, her sister and trainer seemed to be seriously conflicted by all that had occured since the had come here. The poor girl was struggling, but Teriyaki knew what she needed, Faithe needed to go back home to Littleroot. Teriyaki anchored Faithe down as the plane made contact with the earth once again, it was a pretty rough landing but honestly Teriyaki was surprised by how well it ended all things considered. Faithe didn't need any medical care, unlike so many of the others who had been injured she had gone entirely unharmed. A sense of guilt settled over her at this realization, she was going to look for Hanako, or Kintaro, however as she went to do so Teriyaki steered her away and directly to one of the evacuation helicopters. It appeared her pokesister was not going to take no for an answer. Faithe was in no mind to argue, so she boarded the Helicopter as her team of pokemon returned to their pokeballs. Surprisingly she felt a new weight in her pocket as the mysterious Tapu Fini had placed a pokeball of her own in the young womans pocket apparently intending to join her in a more permanent manner. Faithe sat in the Helicopter, the only pokemon who didn't return to their ball was Teriyaki who sat beside her. They watched as the island faded from view with the thrumming of the helicopter's engine. This place would eventually be little more than a memory, but right now it sat heavily on the young trainers heart. Travel:1/3 Trainer Encounter:1/25 Wild Encounter:1/?
