 "Vivid and Scented."
Just a few miles from the western coast of Sinnoh where the soil is fertile and the air is clear from the open skies, rolling hills can be found in place of mountain or forest where Floaroma Town holds it's place. It is impossible to miss Floaroma Town moving towards it from any direction due to it's vivid year round color. What could be hundreds of different species of flowers and plants grow in and around Floaroma Town all year that the towns people take great pride in. Most if not all of the town takes care in aiding to the many flower beds around the town in order to maintain their vivid color and perfumed scent that wafts through the air constantly. If one were to ask, the most common answer for why the flowers are so important here would be that many years ago, Floaroma Town was a desolate land of dirt and dust, and when people in the local area would try and plant flowers to brighten the land, nothing would grow. Then, after expressing their thanks for a blessing of nature, the entire hill side bloom into vibrant color, and since then the town does their absolute best to keep their flowers alive and well.
{Daisy Oak || Cute Contest Leader (Click)} Daisy Oak is the grand daughter Professor Oak, and the older sister to Blue. Despite being so closely related, she's almost the opposite of Blue. She's well known for being adored by all kinds of Pokémon. It is said that when she's around, even the most ferocious Pokémon calm down. Daisy enjoys tea every day, and buys hers from the Celadon Department Store. She currently works as Professor Oak's research assistant and is in charge of the Kanto laboratory whenever Professor Oak goes to Johto. Even though she makes time for contests here in Floraroma Town. She owns a Chansey that her grandfather gave her and a Clefairy she uses for Pokémon Contests. She has a best friend from Hoenn named Courtney as she began as a Coordinator. Like her brother and grandfather, she rose very quickly as a Coordinator, having won the Spring Pokémon Contest some years back. However, she went back to work with Oak instead of being the Champion. How she is a renowned Doctor for both Human and Pokemon in her own right. Now she continues her practice, while competing in contests in the quiet town of Floarama, going back to help Oak when ever he needs it. On his way back to where they came Skylar seemed to be rather confused. " I swear we came out back there near the windworks but i dont see any entrances to that underground place..." the Latios looked around for a bit noticing this. " Perhaps if you had a pokemon that could dig down there it could be its own entrance." Skylar was about to speak up on that before literally a hole appeared. out came a large maw which ate some of the dirt that came into its maw. " Ill take that... as our ticket. A trapinch will definitely help! Latios I'm gonna be counting on you for this!" The Latios nodded. Almost instantly with Skylar's command the Latios fired a powerful Psyshock attack which knocked the trapinch out of its hole. After being attacked the Trapinch lunged at the dragon biting down on its wing for a super effective hit. " Hang strong but! use stored power!" the attempt was to weaken it a bit more for capture. As the weak psychic attack knocked the pokemon off its wing, Trapinch dug a hole to retreat for the time being. " Get ready it can come out anywhere! Use Dragon Dance, gain some speed so we can try and dodge its oncoming attack!" The Latios began to glow as its attack and speed stat rose. The Trapinch dug out of the hole to try and hit the Latios but missed becuase of its ability. " Now!" Skylar exclaimed as he threw a Luxury Ball at the Trapinch. The ball fell with a clank and wriggled around before clicking. " Awesome we caught it!' Skylar exclaimed. he already had 6 Pokemon so it was transferred to his PC. Skylar left for the Pokemon center to heal up his pokemon as well grab the trapinch and swap it in for a party member.

When they landed, Kira left out Charizard and went into the Pokemon Center. She collected the stamp from a distracted Nurse Joy who sent her on her way with barely a word. There was a ton of people in and out of the Center today, apparently the Nurse's healing services were in high demand today. "Thank you." Kira made sure to say so that she wouldn't seem rude. The Nurse graced her with an apologetic smile and waved her out. That was good enough for her.

Elfana Aroway Flower, flowers, everywhere flowers. If she had allergies, she would have been miserable. Pantalaimon had run on ahead to play in the flowers. He took great care not to damage any of them. They were pretty, delicate things and did not deserve to be trampled. Oryx had followed a little ways behind him, though he refused to actually go in the flowers. He remained on the path, his head tilted and a single foot extended as if he wanted to touch one of the flowers. His foot dropped back down when he decided touching one was too risky. Elfana didn't think to call them back to her until she was outside of the Pokemon Center. Pantalaimon didn't respond. He was far too busy playing to hear anything his trainer had said. Kiro gave a lazy croak and went to go check on the Grass Type. Oryx responded after staring at his trainer for several seconds. He was very careful about landing on her shoulder. She tensed for a moment then relaxed again. Oryx was her bird. She was perfectly fine. She continued to repeat this to herself as she enter the Pokemon Center. The stamp collection process was the same as usual. Greet nurse, request stamp, wait, collect booklet. She wondered if the nurses were every bit as tired of it as she was? The doctor didn't dwell on the through for long. When she went back outside, she was greeted by her Toxicroak with her Turtwig held in his arms. In the time she was in the Pokemon Center, Pantalaimon had managed to find a comfortable spot to lay down and had dozed off. She decided to let him sleep and returned him to his Pokeball before moving on.Sinnoh

They already had four stamps down and were getting ready to head towards their fifth one, and it was fortunate that the locations of the Sinnoh Region weren’t as spread out as some other regions, like Kalos. But at the same time, even with the concentration of towns and cities, Sinnoh didn’t feel near as cramped and busy as a region like Unova. All in all, Emiri enjoyed the Sinnoh region, and hoped one day she might be able to return to continue through the Sinnoh league to finish gaining the region’s badges. More than that, she wanted to travel the region and have the leisure of visiting the much smaller cities, the towns that were rich with Sinnoh’s history, though there were of course bits of the region’s history that Emiri didn’t want to visit, or even revisit, by any means since she knew that deep in the mountain range that sliced the region in two, the Spear Pillar remained.
Still in the western portion of the region, Floaroma town was distinct over the open landscape as bountiful flower fields began to span out in every which direction. Dozens of colors and different species of flowers covered miles of fields it seemed, and it always made for an incredibly beautiful sight coming up on the town through the air. On Salamence’s back, Emiri motioned the dragon to the ground as he lead the way for the rest of her Pokemon, and Emiri made her way towards the Pokemon Center with her booklet. She was able to meet with Nurse Joy for her next stamp, and before too much longer she was off with her Pokemon again towards their next location. She then put her eevee into ehr costume. She also brushed out her fur and made sure eveyrhtiogn was okay with her before heading out. Walking back out to the stage area, Rose petals fell from the sky as the song Never give up From Lolirock played as she came to the center of the stage and smiled as she has a necklace similar to iris's on her neck.She bowed in her outfit[see outfit section], and had her eevee beside her in a pink princess dress with a tiara as she smiled at the crowd and at daisy. Wisteria HargroveThe lights were set, and the stage began to dim, the contest performance for the day was getting ready to begin. There were other performances scheduled through the day, but the main time slot on the docket were for the regional contest challenges that aspiring young coordinators could come to participate in. An announcer came on to make sure that everyone was seated, getting ready to make the start of the show, and before long the challenger was up on stage to get things started. Daisy Oak was always pleased to have a league contest running, and this one was no different, always wanting to give a nice show for those patrons who would come by to enjoy.
Her Clefairy was to take the stage for the appeal round, and it went without saying that the fairy type was a fan favorite. Released in a shimmering cloud of pink and white confetti as the Clefairy emerged from its Pokeball, the pink Pokemon wasted no time in enamoring the crowd with it's charm as it flounced around the stage. Daisy moved to take center stage with her Clefairy, and in a shower of pink sparkles from the Clefairy, the fairy type cartwheeled up one of Daisy's extended arms, and she held the fairy type high above her head balancing on one small foot, waving and kissing at the crowd.
It was a tough call from the challengers Eevee, but the judges came back in a couple of moments to declare Daisy the winner of the appeal round. It was time then to start the talent rounds, and Daisy was up first, knowing Clefairy was always ready to go.
"Let's sing them a song Courtney," Daisy smiled, knowing that the Clefairy's sing song tone made even the most "Disarming Voice" charming and sweet. Just like she had studied, Daisy knew that Clefairy liked to sing to the moon, so a shimmering round moon prop came down from the center stage to give Courtney her setting, and the Clefairy was elated to sing a little song, elicitng cheers from the crowd as the fairy took a bow with a toothy smile and a wave upon its finish.

She smiled as she continued to dance as another lolirock song, New Star Generation came on as she swapped Sylvia for Serenity, the glameow being sent out from a pokeball with orange crystal glows and glitter. She had on a unicorn outfit. She gave off a cute little flair and began to await orders. Minako let a new backdrop form of a orange crystal kingdom as Serenity was perched up on the structure. "Use Growl and shatter the crystal, Serenity!" Serenity let her growl out shattering the crystal from the sheer volume the cat used, causing a glitter explosion as well as a flame shaped symbol to be revealed from the crystal. This girl wasnt joking around.. she was ready for this contest for a long time. "Alright Spritzee, we've got our work cut out for us, but let's give them some kisses," Daisy smiled, and as the Spritzee had been resting on her arm, the fairy type fluttered from her arm and out into the air, starting to kiss the air with sweet squeaks and smooches that produced pink hearts with every flourish. They showered down around the stage, and the Spritzee made sure to give one big kiss to the audience before the round was called.
The crowd couldn't get enough, and Daisy was enjoying how much fun everyone was having, and as the judges called the second round, it was determined that the challenger had won two out of three.
"Minako was it? I'm very happy we had the opportunity for the contest today, you did well with your Pokemon," Daisy smiled from the side of the stage, bidding her challenger to go to the judges to receive the ribbon for the contest.

As Quinn neared Floraroma Town, she could smell the sweet scent of flowers in the breeze. She found it quite pleasant, much more so than the more industrial odor of Black City. She was accompanied by Cyan and Sakura, the latter of whom she had out of her Pokeball for most of the trek to Floraroma Town to learn more about the Pokemon. Once Sakura smelled the flowers of Floraroma Town, she was filled with joy and rushed to get there faster, leaving Quinn and Cyan to hasten their pace to keep up. As they passed one of the many flower shops of the town, one of the florists noticed Sakura and seemed to be in disbelief. Quinn and Cyan noticed this florist who had begun to approach them. Cyan moved to a more defensively advantageous position should he need to attack, but Quinn signaled for him to standby for now. “Sakura? Is that you?” The gentleman said as he walked toward the Pokemon. Sakura, seemingly having not noticed the person before he called out to her turned around and was elated to see this florist. She ran up to him and gave him a big hug. Quinn approached the two embracing bodies and interjected with a question, “Excuse me, but do you know this Pokemon?” Perhaps because Quinn and Cyan had originally been a bit away from Sakura at first, the man seemed surprised to hear her ask him such a question. “Uh, yes, I do. She belongs to an old innkeeper in Jubilife City by the name of Hana. Who might you be?” Quinn did not take too kindly to his tone but could tell the guy had questions too beyond who she was. Still, she tried to hide her offense and remained respectful.“I am Sakura’s new caretaker. We just traveled here from Jubilife City. My name is Quinn,” Quinn began, purposefully leaving out mention of her last name, “What might your name be and how are you familiar with Grandma Hana and Sakura?” By this point, Sakura had stopped hugging the florist and had returned to Quinn’s side. “Well, my name is Hanabi. Hana had been a long-time customer of our flower shop, since before even I was born. She and Sakura frequently stopped by our shop for flowers for their inn. If you are allegedly Sakura’s new caretaker, then what happened to Hana?” “I believe she has left this earthy plane and now finally rests in peace. Her final wish was to find someone to watch over Sakura. She entrusted me with her.” Hanabi seemed suspicious of Quinn, though he could not tell from her stoic face if she was lying or not. It seemed as if Hanabi was going to interrogate Quinn some more when suddenly a loud scream came from inside the flower shop. Hanabi turned around to see what was going on and Quinn looked beyond him as well. A young woman who was probably around 16 years old ran out of the shop, “Hanabi! The thing is back and it is trying to eat all of our filler foliage again!” “Ugh, why does it keep coming back… I have to go deal with this,” Hanabi announced before walking into the shop. The young woman stayed out and was quivering where she stood. “What exactly is this ‘thing’ you speak of? It sounds rather horrible based on your reaction,” Quinn asked out of curiosity. “Oh! It is just this icky, gross, super disgusting bug Pokemon that has the munchies for our plants! It has been coming by every day recently until we chase it out.” At the sound of bug Pokemon, Quinn thought this could be quite the opportunity for her. Considering their proximity to Eterna Forest, it is possible her next research subject just appeared in front of her. “Perhaps I should have a look at it and see if I can help,” Quinn responded. When they entered the flower shop, Quinn and the others beheld a standoff between Hanabi and a rather innocuous-looking Wurmple. Hanabi then suddenly lunged at the Pokemon who responded by swiftly dodging his assault, all while munching on a stem of leaves. “Gah! I just want this Wurmple gone!” Hanabi announced in frustration. Despite having done nothing to earn her assistance, Quinn thought this would be a good opportunity to catch a specimen Wurmple for her research. As such, she quickly sprang into action to remedy the situation. She sent out Zephyr right in front of the Wurmple’s path. Being a Starly, one of Wurmple’s natural predators, the Pokemon was frozen with fear at the sight of Zephyr. “Quickly, before it can escape, use Wing Attack, Zephyr!” Quinn called out. The bird Pokemon did as commanded, knocking out the Wurmple in one fell swoop. Quinn then threw out a Pokeball at the Wurmple, successfully capturing the Wurmple. Hanabi quickly scurried over to the Pokeball, “You just caught it?” “Yes, as you saw, it was quite simple. Though, I do recommend that you all try keeping a bird Pokemon in your florist shop to keep out bug Pokemon. Starly is a common bird Pokemon in this area that bug types fear. Obviously, this here is a Staravia, but he can still do the job of a Starly and then some,” Quinn replied as she patted Zephyr on his head.

“Uh, well, thank you for the help. I suppose if you had really stolen Sakura, I guess you wouldn’t have helped me… As such, I guess I should say sorry for my suspicions of you.” “No need. It is understandable for you to have suspicions considering Sakura’s unique appearance. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have to make my observations on this Wurmple,” Quinn said as she began to walk out of the flower shop with her Pokemon. “Oh! Wait! Are you a Pokemon Researcher? Why not do your observations here in the flower shop? It would make more sense for you to observe it here where it was searching for food, no?” “Well, while it would be more ideal, I was under the impression neither the Wurmple nor I were welcome here though,” Quinn replied rather coldly and tired of dealing with Hanabi. “Er, well, uh… I mean, if you are researching, then I guess you all could stay a bit longer…” Hanabi replied shyly. Quinn first looked at the leaves that the Wurmple found so irresistible. She determined them to be of a fern common in this region, a rather common filler plant for local bouquets. She interviewed Hanabi if there were other plants that the Wurmple seemed to be extremely attracted to and, just as she suspected, they were all common plants in nearby forests, though some were not commonly used in bouquets and seemed to be unique to this shop or at least the ones here in Floaroma Town. Once she took notes on the plants, Quinn handed some fern fronds to the Wurmple and let it happily eat as she made her observations of it. It didn't take her long to complete these observations as she was quite familiar with Wurmple anatomy from her previous studies, so she only needed to note the unique qualities of this Wurmple. After she was done, Quinn gave the Wurmple the rest of the fern fronds she had in her hand and thanked both it and Hanabi for allowing her to make her observations. "Oh, no worries. It is the least I could do considering you are ridding us of the Wurmple problem. Besides, I kind of wanted to try to see the Wurmple from a different perspective instead of just a ravenous beast." "If you are curious, my observations didn't find anything particularly different between this Wurmple and others I have observed. Though, it does seem to be rather close to evolving which can explain why it is as voracious an eater as it is. Quinn and her Pokemon stepped into the local Pokemon Center where she wrote up her research report. Once finished, she sent it over to Professor Juniper along with the Wurmple she had just caught. Almost instantly upon sending her report, Quinn’s X-transceiver began to ring, surprising both her and her Pokemon. She answered the call and could see Professor Juniper on the screen. “Oh, Professor Juniper! I just sent over my next research assignment. What would you like me to do next?” Quinn said, trying to hide her eagerness at the prospect of more research. However, it seemed as if Professor Juniper was distracted and not fully aware that the call had even started. “Oh, Quinn? Right, I did call you… Well, I am a bit busy trying to quell a situation. It seems that there are mass outbreaks of Pokemon… One moment!” Professor Juniper began before the screen went dark as if being tucked into her pocket. There was some rather loud rustling of leaves in the background before Professor Juniper reappeared on the screen. “Okay! Where was I? Ah, yes, mass outbreaks of Pokemon seem to be appearing all around the world for unknown reasons! I am here in Black City which has been taken over by grass-type Pokemon, seriously impeding any technological communication outside of the city. So, I am thankful I got a hold of you. I want you to research the nearest hoard to you, which should be in Alamos Town. Professor Rowan and his assistants should already be there and can help you with your studies. Also, do try to catch as many different kinds of the hoard Pokemon as you can. Another thing-” But then the line cut out and there was only static snow on Quinn’s screen. Still, she got enough of the info to know where to go next. “We must go to Alamos Town,” She announced to Cyan who simply nodded and followed as she made her way back to Jubilife City to get to Alamos Town. {Party (Active)}
