Floccesy Town is situated in the southwestern part of the Unova region just to the east of Aspertia City. The town used to be a grassy meadow, and was populated by people in search of Pokémon. The two eventually made homes, and started living together in unison where Pokemon and human work together and coexist with each other. A battered-looking clock tower is right behind the Pokémon Center. It has a light purple roof and a bell. Vines are growing around the base of it. It is either missing the clock itself, or the hands of the clock. According to the map, the tower tells of the town's beginnings

Pokejob: Shipping Company | Tier 9 | 8/8 Ideal Pokemon | 3/10 PostsTheir next stop was going to be in Floccesy Town, a smaller, rural area of the Unova Region in the far west, and on their way there Emiri did notify the Nimbasa Pokemon Center of her delivery to Aspertia and that Floccesy would be expecting theirs shortly. They had eight more packages to deliver, each with various portions of healing items and pokeballs for trainers to have for their travels, and Emiri was pleased at being able to help in such a way. It made sense that now that there were two whole regions participating in this event than there were before, they weren’t quite expecting the sudden influx of travelers like they had been able to prepare for last time. It was no question that the number of participants had spiked from the last time the GTS had done this event.
Moving over Floccesy Town, Ho-Oh was carrying that package for similar reasons as to why Flix had already been returned to his Pokeball. Ho-Oh was a strong flier, but hadn’t ever flown yet with a passenger or other excess weight, so Emiri didn’t want to have him strain himself. Likewise, she wanted to be careful as always about having him out in the open, which was why she didn’t give him his package to carry until they were well into the air above Nimbasa. Nimbus helped take Ho-Oh’s package from him while Emiri returned him to his Pokeball, then she and Charizard followed the Raichu to the ground to deliver their next package of supplies. Meeting a helping hand that had been expecting the package at the Pokemon Center, Emiri smiled while handing off the delivery and going into the center to receive her stamp from the Nurse Joy there. Without too much delay, Emiri was back in the air on Charizard’s saddle, heading towards Virbank City. She passed the colorful clock tower and went right into the Pokemon Center. The Nurse there was having a slow day. This far out of the way, there wasn't much to do. Trainers weren't very common here and Pokemon and people lived side by side to provide a quiet and happy life. She respected that, but she could never see herself doing that. She was a spitfire, she was full of energy, and could never be content to just sit around and exist. She had to be out there making her mark on the world and blazing trails.
Kira request and then got her stamp for Flocessy Town, had a ten minute break while she watched an Audino bandaging a Watchog's arm, and then left the Pokemon Center to find her team waiting patiently for her outside. "You guys didn't have to wait for me this time. I could have found you here, I just didn't want to lose you in a big city." She said. The dragons knew this, but they still decided to wait on her because they all knew she would want to move on to the next Town or City as quickly as possible. They could sense the drive in their Trainer.

Elfana Aroway Having a better idea of what they might be dealing with did little to put her at ease. She had a vague idea of where the last two Pokemon might be but had decided she wanted to get through the rest of the region before dealing with them. They had effectively put a damper on the fun time she had planned in Unova. She would have to make up for that when they were finally home to stay. "If we run into an area with Types that are weak to Grass, Pantalaimon could use them to heal." She and Walter were discussing their plans as they traveled between towns. Despite knowing where the Pokemon might be, she had still chosen to return Kayuki and Pantalaimon. She couldn't be totally sure. After all, they had found the Trapinch in a strange location. "Do you think they will go back to normal after we get the Plate back?" Pantalaimon and Elfana's new Salandit both needed their wounds to be treated. He hoped that they wouldn't remain unable to heal even after the Plate had been returned. "I hope so." Elfana wasn't sure what they would do if she couldn't heal the two Pokemon. Send them back to the lab? Maybe. They wouldn't be able to travel anymore.
Elfana barely noticed anything in Flocessy Town. She was too distracted to care. She treated it much like she had the towns in previous regions. Stop in at the Pokemon Center, collect stamp, leave. She had hoped Unova wouldn't turn into that but here she was, heading straight to the next town after getting her stamp.Unova

Elfana Aroway Elfana was too busy sorting through her Pokeballs to even notice that they were passing back through Flocessy Town. She had decided she was going to leave some of the Pokemon not on her team in her office on the way back through Virbank City. They would be safest there until the last two Pokemon were dealt with. She could send for them afterwards. Alastor and the Rotoms would remain at the lab. She had asked Haruka if he wanted to stay but the Vulpix had stubbornly refused. The doctor hadn't been able to get him off of his shoulders since then. Walter had a similar reaction to the offer to remain at the lab. She had spent the following ten minutes being scolded by a very upset Alakazam. Elfana hadn't tried to suggest it again after that. The lecture ended up convincing her to not asking Kayuki as well. She had no doubt that the Jynx would have a similar reaction. Elfana only realized they had gone through Flocessy Town after Virbank City had come into view.Unova
