Llorona Braithwaite (To anyone who may even look at this - sorry for the sloppy edit, had to find some not so Llorona clothes and I got lazy halfway through. The next one will be better) "Yeah...Cotton candy..." Snoring lightly, the woman's leg kicked slightly while she slept, a less than lady-like amount of spit streaming down her cheek as she continued to mumble incoherently late into the morning. This was one of her favorite dreams, one where Cyren hadn't vanished from her life yet and her father had still been breathing. They spent an entire day at the local fair - and while the things they said, did, and ate weren't anything special, this dream was always a treat simply because it was the first time she could ever recall her father putting his family before work. The man had simply shown up at their school and taken both Llorona and Cyren from their classes under the pretense of a family emergency only for the trio to find themselves riding rickety rollercoasters and eating terribly unhealthy food. Now it existed only as a feint memory and a sup'd up dream she had every so often. Sometimes it wasn't even the fair in her dreams - it was a picnic or a trip on the lake. But the origin was always the same. "Um... Excuse me, ma'am?" The nurse standing beside her punk stated sheepishly as Llorona rolled away from her and groaned. "Oh yes... more... More butter." She half cooed in her sleep. Deadeye, who had been awake for some time now, looked at the nurse and took a borrowed expression from the humans, shrugging as best he could before motioning as if to kick at his trainer. While the nurse did not kick Llorona, she did carefully lean down and place a hand on her shoulder to gently shake the woman awake. Instantly the younger of the two Braithwaite's woke, her hand slapping over the nurses and causing the woman to yelp in surprise. "Can I help you?" Llorona asked, not a hint of sleep in her voice as she rolled back over to look at the nurse. Her expression was what Deadeye was used to of the woman in general. A moderately irritated expression mixed with a hint of fire. The tiny owl chittered under his breath and then squawked once at Llorona to get her attention. "Y-your Pokemon are all set to go." She stated, snatching her hand away and shooting Llorona a sour expression. This seemed to give the black and blue-haired woman pause as she processed the information given to her before nodding and sitting up. She ran her fingers through her hair knowing damned well that it was going to be a ponytail kind of day, she could FEEL the static of bedhead that came with cheap shampoo and no conditioner. Sighing, one of her hands went to her face and came away wet. She had been drooling? After wiping away the mess and hiding her flushed features from the nurse as best she could, Llorona slipped from the bed and stretched her back out. "How is Atlas? Erm, the Hitmonchan." It was entirely possible she had said his name to the nurse the prior day but didn't feel like having to take part in any more conversation than she had to this early. "Wait." She held a hand up to stop the nurse who had never had any intention of doing so in the first place, from speaking, plucking her bag from the bed and retrieving her phone. At the sight of the time she cringed. Eleven hours had passed since she'd laid down for bed. "Alright, where are they?" She asked, the nurse turning to guide her back towards the front of the center. On reaching the door, the woman looked back to find Deadeye still sitting exactly where he had been laid the night before - eyes fixed on her even while he remained rigid. He was calm, cool, and collected. Patient. With a slight mutter beneath her breath, Llorona patted her shoulder once - the bird giving away his tough-guy act instantaneously and chirping happily while he fluttered across the room to rest on her shoulder. "What a brat. Don't get too spoiled, or it's back to the ball with you." After joining the nurse and retrieving her Pokemon, as well as a few pills for Atlas to take and a dirty look from the nurse who no doubt realized the symptoms of a Pokemon trapped far too long in its ball - She adjusted her things and set about her day. Truth be told, the clothes given to her were a bit too big and not exactly the fashion she was used to. But Llorona had to give it to Hanako - they were comfortable. "One day I'm going to have to pay her back... That's going to suck." She stated to no one as herself, the Rowlet on her shoulder, and the Hitmonchan who looked a FAR sight better than he had the day before, stepped out into the sunlight. "Well, I guess it's time to head back H- erm... To Alola." The sudden realization that this entire nightmare was literally still just beginning baffled the woman. She had to go back to Alola, and if Cyren wasn't there she'd... Have to go by herself. Atlas seemed to still be cradling an arm that looked brand new as he turned a curious gaze to his trainer, and then to the owl he hoped had been traveling with Miss Braithwaite long enough to explain. "She's on a journey with her brother in another region. You know, to get the shiny metal pins and stuff." The Hitmonchan nodded once, then twice, then stopped midway through the third to lean around Llorona and give her his most 'are you serious' look. To this, Llorona shrugged - they'd been together too long for her not to understand what was on his mind. "Yeah. Got conned into going on a 'character building' journey by my mother. The board has a right to provide a fair task to the next in line and she just couldn't wait to get rid of me. I've got my money on her literally praying at this moment that I get killed so that she can keep sucking on dad's corpse. " She didn't mention the more realistic possibility that she'd simply fail miserably and have to wait until she finished eight long years of business school to inherit what her father had left to her. The thought made her shudder. That would be eight years her mother would run the company and run it into the ground so far Llorona would only walk into shame and debt as the next C.E.O. Atlas corrected his posture but she didn't miss the very approving look the Hitmonchan had on his face. Of course he would be okay with this, it meant more fighting and the Hitmonchan had always wanted his human to go see the world and grow up a little. Cyren Braithwaite His eyes needed several seconds to adjust after moving from the light in the ballroom to the bright early morning sun. The night had been long but he hadn't thought it was that long! He thanked the Abra that had teleported him there, watching it leave before taking in his surroundings. Camphrier Town could best be described as quaint. The little town was a welcome sight after the night he had just had but he couldn't even begin to imagine why or how Llorona ended up there. Nothing about Camphrier Town screamed Llorona Braithwaite. Alas, he wouldn't get any sort of answer by just standing around. With Mars and Venus in tow, he began to walk along the streets, enjoying the cool morning breeze. Now that he wasn't required to maintain any sort of formality through his appearance his white button up shirt was untucked and his vest and tie were buried deep within his backpack with the hope that they would never again be exposed to the light of day. He hated having to dress up. In hindsight, he probably should have asked the Abra to teleport him to the nearest Pokemon Center instead of the town in general. The Pokemon Center should have been the obvious best place to start his search. He wasn't going to complain though. Cyren was quite enjoying his walk. The town was small enough that he was sure he would stumble upon the Pokemon Center before long without needing to look up its location or ask for directions.
A frantic meowing snapped him back to reality. He hadn't been paying attention to just how far he had wandered. Rhea had spotted her trainer before he had noticed them and had ran right over to him, meowing her adorable heart out. Cyren found himself listening to a small kitten rant about the horrible pumpkin palace, the rude monster princess, and the adorable costume Llorona had gotten for her. Of course he couldn't understand a word of it. He knelt down and scooped up the Litten, bringing her rant to a temporary pause. She nuzzled her trainer, purring softly. Llorona was nice and all but he wasn't allowed to leave her ever again! Cyren scratched behind her ears and smiled softly. "Hello to you too." He had missed his starter and was glad to see that she had done well in their time apart. After bracing himself for the worst, he finally looked in the direction Rhea had come from. He was visibly surprised to see Atlas with Llorona but didn't comment on it. Cyren had been one of multiple suspects in an attempted murder but judging from the clothes that looked nothing like something his sister would normally wear and the utter lack of the possessions he had seen her with before they had separated, he could only assume she had managed to have an even worse time. He approached Llorona, trying to decide how best to deal with the awkward reunion...only to hug her. Probably not the best response but it was the most he could manage. "We are never coming back to Kalos." He let out an exhausted sigh before stepping back and looking her over to make sure she was alright. "Your hair looks great by the way." The bruises and scs from the Palace...not so much. He didn't know how to even begin to approach asking her how that had happened.Partners: SorukaNyoki OOC: Out of their Pokeballs: Venus (Female Machop), Mars (Male Lycanroc), Rhea (Female Litten) Wearing: The only vaguely formal thing he had Trainer Encounter: 108/25 Wild Encounter: 102/5 Item Posting: Specific Lure 4/20 Inventory: Pokedex, Pokeballs x, Potions x, Specific Lure, Mystic Stone, x1 Vs. Llorona Braithwaite Llorona had stopped at a nearby shop to spend a few pennies on replacement necessities. She would sooner kill herself than be seen without deodorant or conditioner again. After packing her things into a bag she could stand, and firmly crushing the Halloween costume into a smaller. plastic bag - she took the extra time to count what little money she had left. At the rate bad things kept happening, she was more likely to starve in the near future than to die from any particular danger on the road. "Well, at least I don't have to worry about getting fat anytime soon." She muttered, drawing an innocent but curious look from her Rowlet, and a much more knowing nod from Atlas. From there it was a simple task to plan the fastest route back to the port city she'd been in. The trio walked, or rather the duo walked - while the third sat perched on his trainer's shoulders, towards the very same road they'd been on coming into Camphrier town. As little as Llorona liked cliches, her green eyes flitted back to the hill and the castle she'd spent the night in. As bad as it had been, there was no way she was going to forget the experience. That was when she heard a meow and her blood ran cold. Llorona watched Rhea scamper over to Cyren and her jaw dropped to an almost comical degree. Firstly, why and how did Cyren find her, Secondly - she had FORGOTTEN about Rhea. 'Oh god, oh god, oh god.' Her mind raced while she continued to stand in a frantic stupor. Did he know she'd forgotten the Litten? Was he mad? HOW HAD SHE FORGOTTEN THE CAT?! As Cyren took the first steps toward her, Llorona averted her eyes, looking around for anything she could use to get out of this situation. Then Deadeye reached out with one of his wings and tapped her on the shoulder. "It's okay, Rhea slept on the windowsill all night. We talked all morning." The pale woman's complexion didn't change, causing the Rowlet to chitter a sigh before puffing out his chest slowly and then exhaling. the Universal sign for 'breathe, it's okay.' On an instinctual level, Llorona began to draw in a breath and release it, reaching her third straight when out of left field she found herself being hugged. She didn't want to cry. She'd already balled her eyes out last night in front of complete strangers and that had been terrible enough. There was absolutely no way she was going to pull that shit with her brother around. Even so, her vision got blurry and she sniffled even as her muscles relaxed a bit and she wrapped her arms around the much larger male tightly. "Ever." She muttered in agreement, squeezing him far beyond the politically correct length of time a hug was supposed to last. Eventually, she did release Cyren, stepping back and clearing her throat. "How did you- I mean..." Her fingers made a terrible attempt at 'scratching' around her eyes, while she wiped some of the moisture away, the woman straightening afterward and pointing an accusing finger at him. "It does look kind of pretty doesn't- wait a second! Don't you DARE tell mom I dyed it, she'd send a hit squad or something after me if she knew I put in neon blue of all things? Plus if you do, I'll tell her you bailed on her poor, impressionable, and naive daughter in the middle of a foreign country." She let the finger drop, letting out a relieved breath. It wasn't what she'd planned to yell at him for - she wanted to scream that he had left her and she'd almost died at the hands of a giant pumpkin and it's pet dinosaur dragon. But for some reason, she simply wasn't feeling all that petty at the moment. Plus, he was a true sight for sore eyes. Llorona let the finger drop and simply stare at her brother for a few moments, taking him in before she realized she would be unable to at least resist a quick barb. He owed her that much. "So, job interview or date? Either way, I can tell it didn't swing your way." She was, of course, neglecting the fact that she currently looked like a homeless drug addict. Better to burn him first. Atlas had spotted the strong looking human long before Rhea had drawn Llorona's attention. The Hitmonchan had thought there was something familiar about him, but his eyes were not what they had once been. "Too many concussions." The Hitmonchan muttered, his eyes following the Human who now seemed dead set on a path for Llorona. With each step, Atlas's heart began to thump a little more. He knew it was impossible, but he hoped anyway - even after his mind connected the dots between what Miss Braithwaite had told him earlier about Cyren being with her on her journey. The young man had grown up into an absolute unit... Just like the father, the Hitmonchan dared to hope he was for a brief moment. Of course, Atlas was still overjoyed to see Cyren once he came into view, taking an improper step forward before he could stop himself. It was a miracle that the Hitmonchan had even enough self-control to wait until Llorona had finished squeezing the man. Once Llorona had made her unnecessary quip, she was in no condition to judge others at the moment, Atlas stepped around her and stared up at Cyren with his most serious expression - locking eyes with the older of the Braithwaite siblings and growling. He held that gaze unflinchingly even when he heard Llorona grow a bit nervous behind him. "H-hey, Atlas it's my brother. Cyren. You remember him, relax." He was undeterred, eyes still boring holes into Cyren. Sure, he knew in his heart this was the young boy he'd originally thought to be assigned to - but he needed to make sure. He needed to know Cyren hadn't lost his touch. Partners: SorukaNyoki Out of their Pokeballs: Wearing:Literal hand-me-down's from whatever Hanako wasn't using. Cyren Braithwaite "Suspect in an attempted murder, actually." If she thought his current clothing was bad she would have had a field day with the full outfit. Formal Cyren was a ridiculous looking thing. Fortunately he would never have to wear that outfit again and the events of the Ballroom would soon be far behind him. He still needed to contact their mother about funding Marco's work. If it wasn't for him, Cyren would likely still be stuck in that ballroom. "Took a while but they found the person who actually did it and we were let go." He shrugged, deciding his night was not worth elaborating on beyond that point. If Llorona was close to tears over something like a hug, her night was bound to have been significantly worse. Cheering her up took priority. "She is the last person I would tell about it." He didn't feel like listening to the older Braithwaite any more that Llorona did. "We can discuss my disappearance after we get you some clothes that actually fit. There's bound to be somewhere in this town we can get clothes from." Probably. It was a small town so maybe there wasn't a clothing shop anywhere. If there wasn't then they could always stop in at a shop in the city. They would figure it out as they went. Either way- shopping was bound to help cheer her up. Rhea looked back and forth between Lolo and Cyren, then at Atlas. The Hitmonchan was suddenly really close! She tried reaching a paw out to touch him, twitching her fluffy ears and tilting her head curiously. "Cyren is my trainer! He's a good trainer!" She mewed and smiled, failing to read the mood entirely. Venus shoved the Pokeball she was carrying into Mars's mouth before stepping in front of her trainer. She cracked her knuckles, all 2'7" of her staring down the larger Fighting Type as if she planned on tearing him apart if he even vaguely looked like a threat to Cyren. Her trainer, however, didn't view it as a threat at all. He stepped up to Atlas, wrapped his arms around him, and hugged him tight like he had Llorona. The Hitmonchan was owed a hug too. "It's good to see you, Atlas." Rhea took advantage of the closeness to wiggle her way on to Cyren's shoulder and press her paws against Atlas's cheeks. "He's definitely Cy! He's big and tall but he's nice!" How could anyone confuse her trainer for anyone else? There was only one Cyren! The Machop shot the Hitmonchan a glare before yanking the Pokeball out of the mouth of the now very annoyed Lycanroc. If he tried anything weird she was going to throw the ball at his head. The top of the ball was covered in some sort of obnoxious looking rocks. They were bound to hurt.Partners: SorukaNyoki OOC: Out of their Pokeballs: Venus (Female Machop), Mars (Male Lycanroc), Rhea (Female Litten) Wearing: The only vaguely formal thing he had Trainer Encounter: 109/25 Wild Encounter: 103/5 Item Posting: Specific Lure 5/20 Inventory: Pokedex, Pokeballs x, Potions x, Specific Lure, Mystic Stone, x1 Vs. Llorona Braithwaite "That's..." Llorona wasn't really sure how to respond to that. HOW did one even begin to unbox that mess of a statement? She raised an eyebrow at him skeptically only to let it drop almost immediately. Cyren had a great poker face but she doubted he was lying. In the end, the woman shuffled a bit uncomfortably and decided he probably didn't actually want to talk about it. If he had, he would have spoken up more. "Well... Uh, neat? Glad you aren't in jail - I would never have found you and mom would have probably thrown a party to celebrate." Of course, as with everything else, Llorona had zero chance of not bringing the subject up and prodding him about it in a bit. That was for later though, no sense in pissing him off right away. She kinda didn't want to be alone right now. Even while it was an easy to follow reply, Llorona ed her head to the side a moment in confusion while her brain caught up, causing a grin to split her face. She never actually thought he would tell their mother. "That's the spirit, Cy. What mom doesn't know - won't kill us. Or that's my new motto anyway... Erm. I can't go shopping." Her shoulders slumped in defeat almost immediately. The shopping spree she'd gone on had been wonderous but she'd blown that card without thinking to take cash, and even if she HAD thought to do so - half of her belongings had been stolen so there was a good chance she wouldn't have that money anyway. "I may have tricked the help back home into turning all of my credit cards on. And I spent a lot of money... Like, a LOT of money." She was clearly not sorry for what had transpired in Kalos's 'city of lights'. Her only regret honestly was not putting a car on the company card to better carry her things in - even if she couldn't take it back to the Alola region with her. In the wake of her reverie, Llorona almost didn't catch the fact that her brother had noticed her garments. If HE noticed that she was dressed like a country bumpkin - others would too. "Wait... do I look bad?" She asked, Deadeye shaking his head fervently and drawing her slitted, skeptical gaze. That owl was lying. Atlas's attention never left Cyren - as if the Machop before him simply didn't exist. This was a part of the game. This was how businessmen greeted each other and tested their gut against one another, or so Mister Braithwaite had instructed him long ago. Unlike Llorona's initial awkwardness with the hug, understandable given how rotten her previous day had been, Atlas leaned into the hug himself and gave the large human a few thumps on the back. It was not the response Mister Braithwaite had taught him was proper, but in his heart of hearts, he'd always known Cyren was a much more gentle boy than his father had been. Plus? Hugs were nice. "I've missed you much Sir. It is good to see you again as well." The moment was succeeded with cat paws squishing his cheeks a bit, but if the Hitmonchan was bothered by this it did not show. Once the embrace ended - Atlast placed a gloved hand on either one of Cyren's shoulders to study the boy. He'd certainly grown up to be as big and strong as his father but there was something there that led Atlas to believe he wasn't entirely healthy. This brought a frown to the fighting Pokemon's face although he did not comment. "He certainly is Cyren Braithwaite." Atlas offered to Rhea, acknowledging the Machop for the first time. "Hello there. I've not seen a Machop in a long time. My name is Atlas, and you are?" It was normal for fighting type Pokemon to come off as more than a bit egotistical when they first met, especially when one just walked up to your trainer like it intended to rip him to pieces. Atlas was one of those who'd risen above the need for flare and y showmanship, however. The greatest fighters had no need for such things. "Aaaanyway." The interjection came after whatever display of manliness between Cyren and Atlas ended, the woman curling a strand of her blue hair around expectantly. "Mom turned off all the cards, probably for good this time. But I did have a cute outfit before this..." She tugged on the loose-fitting bottoms, a wave of sadness hitting her when she realized she'd not taken even one picture of the Halloween outfit to share with her friends, or in this case, Cy. How had she possibly forgotten about that? Whatever the case had been, it was too late now - and in hindsight that was probably for the best. That outfit would be haunted with bad memories now, not to mention she wasn't sure her brother would approve of something bordering on slutty for his sister. She had thought it creative buuuut, risky was not something she could deny the outfit as being either. "Do me a favor and don't go on any more trips." She muttered, glancing up the hill to the palace momentarily before shaking her head. This was going to be at least a week of therapy when she got home. Cyren Braithwaite Cyren appreciated the hug. He definitely needed one after the night he had. The thumps on the back were...less appreciated. He did his best to not show his discomfort but he couldn't help the small wince when the Hitmonchan accidentally hit one of the more sensitive areas. He avoided drawing attention to it. Atlas didn't know and it wasn't something he needed to know about. Llorona's reaction to seeing the damage had been bad enough. Rhea mewed when the pair separated, purring happily in her trainer's arms. She had completely missed the wince. Venus hadn't though. The Machop resisted throwing the Pokeball at Atlas's head, turning her attention to her trainer instead. She stared up at him until she was sure he was okay. "Venus. The Lycanroc is Mars. Cyren is our trainer." Her response to Atlas was short and to the point. He had obviously not made a good impression on the "leader" of Cyren's team.
"Give her a bit. She'll find some other reason to get rid of us." Their mother's mood swings were fascinating but terrifying things. If there was something she wanted from them, she wouldn't let them rest until she got it...which was why they were supposed to be wandering through Alola. She wanted some semblance of control over both of her children and this was the perfect way to get it. He wouldn't be even a little bit surprised if their mother already knew about Llorona's choice of hair color. She knew exactly where she was. Assuming she knew about her hair wasn't unreasonable. He decided not to point that out to Llorona though. Best not to stress her out more than necessary- especially when she was already having such a rough day. "I'll pay for everything. Just...try not to go overboard." He only had so much money to work with and- more importantly- he was probably going to have to carry all of it! Cyren was a bit curious as to how she managed to spend so much money but have to little so show for it but he thought it best not to ask. She would tell him whenever she was ready. He assumed that of all of her previous day to be honest. After they had both taken some time to move on from their days they could try to discuss them. "You look fine but that style really doesn't feel like you." The clothes also didn't fit her at all. They would be traveling around another region soon and clothes that didn't fit properly could make things needlessly difficult. Llorona had enough to deal with without having to fight her clothing every step of the way.
He had planned on waiting until they were done shopping and had settled in somewhere for the night to tell her where he had gone. Llorona was owed an explanation however. He could at least tell he why he had vanished. "I didn't plan on leaving but mom found the people I was living with." Fortunately they managed to avoid the older Braithwaite's wrath. He didn't feel he needed to explain why their mom knowing the people he had been living with was a problem. They both knew how their mother would treat something she had decided had "stolen" from her. Her children were treated like her possessions. "They should be in Alola by now." They had played it off as "needing a vacation anyway" but he could tell the older of the two was still worried. He hadn't wanted his friends to have to deal with his mother and he felt horrible for dragging them into his mess. "One of them is into cosplay and designing costumes. She could probably fix the outfit for you if we run into her." He patted Llorona's head and shrugged. "And as a bonus you'll get to listen to a mess of embarrassing stories about me from her wife." That sounded like something Cyren wanted to avoid...aaaaaand it sounded like it was unavoidable. Might as well try to make it into a silly little thing Llorona could look forward to while they traveled through Alola.Partners: SorukaNyoki Out of their Pokeballs: Venus (Female Machop), Mars (Male Lycanroc), Rhea (Female Litten) Wearing: The only vaguely formal thing he had Trainer Encounter: 110/25 Wild Encounter: 104/5 Item Posting: Specific Lure 6/20 OOC: {Spoiler}{Inventory}Pokeballs: x Pokeballs x3 Love Balls x4 Ultra Balls x3 Heal Balls

Llorona Braithwaite Atlas spared only one look at Venus, then one additional glance at Cyren before frowning and stepping away from both. He wasn't certain what the last bit of hostility was for - but it certainly seemed as though the Machop thought his trainer was made of glass or something. Either that or Venus was simply jealous another fighting type had gotten such a warm welcome from the human. Young Pokemon were strange and sensitive that way no matter what type they were. "Both names of celestial bodies. Cyren's imagination was never really all that incredible, but fine names those are regardless. Did you know humans once worshipped the other planets, thought they were gods...or the homes of different gods. I can't recall." The Hitmonchan didn't laugh, but his eyes shone just a touch as he adopted a smile. Human religions were all strange, but confusing hunks of rocks for gods was certainly one of the more interesting things humanity had come up with. Then again, he himself had been given the name of a ludicrous figure by the human he respected most in this world. At least the Story of the real atlas - assuming there ever was one to begin with, was an interesting tale. "If she hasn't already." Llorona countered with little edge. They might not have too much in common but at least they both shared a distaste for their mother... Llorona liked to believe since she'd endured it longer that she herself had a much clearer picture of just how terrifying the widowed woman could be, but then again, especially more recently since meeting Cy again - she'd come to suspect he probably ran away for a good reason. Her brother was not spineless or overly sensitive that she knew. The girl's thoughts had just begun to wander when her brother made his offer, causing Llorona to wriggle her nose and then freeze because of the small motion. Did the idea of getting new clothes actually bother her? "No..." She muttered, answering the thought out loud. Certainly not that. It hadn't even been a week since she'd done everything she could to get free stuff from Cyren. This time felt different though. Or maybe she was different? Scratching at her hair with both hands, Llorona adopted her usual pouting expression though it was largely aimed at herself. She wasn't used to needing to have mental debates over morality - either she wanted some free stuff or she didn't! Huffing, Llorona pulled at the slightly oversized shorts she wore and shrugged, still wearing the same expression a child might wear when it wanted something but refused to verbally acknowledge it. "No thanks. These aren't THAT bad. Besides, I'd have a ton of clothes if I hadn't lost most of the things I bought. That's... my bad?" The last two words rolled off her tongue as if she were testing new words in a foreign language for the first time. They simply sounded unnatural. Still, Llorona mentally patted herself on the back for whatever 'good girl' thing she'd perceived herself as doing before moving the conversation along. Thankfully, Cyren gave her a pretty good subject to pick up on and skip the awkwardness that came from a forced topic switch. "She 'found' them? What exactly were you worried about? That she'd threaten to yell at them until they died? She can't just go around killing strangers Cy... I mean... That I know of." Her green eyes flitted back and forth as she spoke, only half in sarcasm. Her mother wasn't really a murderer or anything, but Llorona always imagined if the woman could kill someone she probably would. "You sent them to Alola?" With a sigh, Llorona swallowed the petty response that probably should have followed of only because it should logistically be brought up. If their mother was tracking them, and they were going to be in Alola - why send them somewhere the siblings may very well stumble upon? The question was on her tongue but she still bit it back, shrugging and offering instead. "I heard Alola is nice this time of year?" She smiled when he patted her head, though still slapped his hand away after the third pat. It felt good but she wasn't feeling so nice that she'd just roll over on who she was. She was a woman, not a child. "Alright, alright. I'm going to hold you to that when we meet these friends of yours. The stories I mean, the outfit can go to he- wait they are lesbians?" Llorona giggled, taking the first step towards her original objective of getting back to the city of lights in the hopes that Cyren might follow. She had no issues with girls who liked other girls, she'd known plenty in that prissy prep school she'd been forced to endure all those years. Besides, girls were prettier to look at. No, what made her giggle was the thought of Cyren, her brother - the biggest lug she knew who, while obviously intelligent and good looking, was not exactly the 'go get some tail' type, living with two grown women this entire time. Or for some time at least she imagined. They had to be close if he was willing to cross continents to warn them. "I knew you would find you a girl someday Cy. Just didn't expect it to be two at once."Partners: SorukaNyoki Out of their Pokeballs: Wearing:Literal hand-me-down's from whatever Hanako wasn't using. Kintaro Satoshi Kintaro was not a happy camper. He didn't need a hospital. Joy had put his arm in a sling...then his ass after he insisted this was normal. Normal apparently did not mean acceptable in Joy's book. The tall man looked like an admonished child with Hanako clinging to his arm. Odyss accepted Ember's help, leaning down to let the Gardevoir hang Hanako's bag from his spike. Now he was carrying a Frogadier and a Bisharp. He should probably take them to bed. "Hu--wait--shouldn't we--OK..." Odyss had tried to protest teleporting everyone to the hospital just to fall quiet as they vanished from one place to another. Kintaro nodded to Llorona as they were shrouded with Ember's power, scowling slightly at Ember's very abrupt insistence that they were going. "Travel sa--" His farewell was cut off by Teleport dropping them in a hospital lobby. "--fe...ly. Was that entirely necessary?" He griped, scowling at Ember now. The Frog Prince did not appreciate being stuck in a hospital without at least his consent to go. Not that he would have consented. He had this under control. Seeing an unusual Gardevoir pop in with a pair of Trainers was...well, it was pretty normal, but it still drew the attention of the staff. Apparently someone needed immediate attention. "Greetings. You must be the new arrivals Nurse Joy texted me about." Remarked a shorter man with white hair bald spots creeping along his temples. "Please, come with me. We'll handle the sick girl--Miss Lucali, was it?--then we will see about setting that arm." Kintaro scowled again, but nodded. Odyss had moved up behind him and Attica hanging off of the Chesnaught's shoulder still--surprise, Teleport works--made Kintaro realize he was going to lose if he tried to fight. Waking up his most loyal assistant would result in her usual attacks to force him to care for his well-being...and mysterious new gashes. He did not want to find out how that would go as a Bisharp.
With some urging from their Pokemon, Hanako and Kintaro were tended by the hospital staff and cleared again for travel....eventually. Kintaro was required to stay in Camphrier Town until his arm healed. The doctor was adamant he see a specialist once they could confirm it wouldn't just snap all over again. For their current stay, the pair were offered the chance to go visit around the town and Parfum Palace so they didn't wind up going stir crazy. Now that everything was back to normal, Kintaro was more than happy to dress as he always did and keep his costume stashed deep within his bag...he was convinced Hanako would catch him if he tried to throw it away. For now, he sat out on a bench waiting for the flower girl to finish breakfast so that they could take a walk to the Palace again.Pack: Pokeball x, Potion x, Pokedex, Shell Bell (Attica), Burn Heal, Paralyze Heal, Awakening, Freeze Heal, 2x Ultra Ball, Lumiose Galette, Lava Cookie, Old Gateau, Castellia Cone, Big Malasada, Shalour Sable, Sweet Bouquet, 2x Lucky Charm, Nevermeltice, Snowball, 2x Lucky Egg, 1x Questionable Drink, 4x Big Mushrooms, TM 47 Low Sweep, X5 Jaboca Berries (+4 Bitter, +1 Sour), X1 Fist Plate, x3 Full Restore, Fightinium Z, x3 Expired Candy (Roll 1-100, uses matching TM move), Inverse Helmet (Reverse Type Effectiveness for Attacks used by Holder), Butterite (Mena), Electrium Z (Mary), Specific Lure, TM 83 Infestation, TM 81 X-Scissor, TM 22 Solar Beam, VS Seeker, Frost Plug, Heart Scale, x3 Max potions, x6 Rare Candies, x1 TM55 Scald, x1 Travel egg, x1 Freedom Flag, x1 Dowsing Rod, x1 Dowsing Machine Plot Hooks: Odd Keystone Fragment (Left Eye: Terror of Spiritomb), I.O.U. Cyren Braithwaite Venus stared Atlas down until he stepped away from her trainer. She still looked like she wanted to throw the Pokeball at him but she relented finally when she was sure her trainer was safe. Atlas probably hadn't meant to hurt him. How could he know about the damage that had been done to her trainer? That still didn't make hurting her trainer okay- even if it was an accident. She crossed her arms, ignoring Atlas in favor of staring up at Cyren and waiting for her next order instead. Mars took over the conversation in her place. "If you think his imagination is lacking you should hear the shit she names her Pokemon." Mars nodded towards Llorona before laying down where he was, resting his head on his front paws. "Ain't a creative bone in either of 'em but I think Mars and Venus are pretty merciful compared to Pebbles and Sunset Shimmer." His name could have been so much worse. He was glad the older Braithwaite was his trainer. He wouldn't have been able to tolerate the younger Braithwaite. "Color me shocked. Humans will apply religious significance to anything."
Cyren was actually proud of his sister. He expected her to jump at the idea to rebuild her wardrobe. Instead she had chosen to avoid it. Losing her things wasn't her fault as far as he was concerned- though he wasn't entirely sure how it happened. He was sure he would find out eventually. Still, it was nice to see her taking some form of responsibility- even if it wasn't necessary right now. He was her older brother. Helping her out when she had hit a rough patch was the least he could do. He glanced down at Venus, noting the Pokeball she was carrying but not quite registering it wasn't her own. Cyren knelt down and took the Pokeball from her, giving her a gentle pat on the head before standing back up. "Better idea. You have a way to replace your things on your own." He held up the Pokeball for her to see. "There's bound to be some trainers in this town and paying the winner of a battle is a common practice. Battle some people, win some money, and replace what you lost that way." She would have to work to get back what she lost but it sounded like a perfectly reasonable plan to him. She might not be able to afford some of the more expensive things she was used to but it would definitely be better than nothing. His expression faltered a bit as he tried to explain the situation with his friends further. There was clearly a story there but it wasn't something she was going to be able to get out of him just now. "They aren't strangers. Well...one of them isn't..." He trailed off a bit and frowned. How could he explain things without getting into more detail than he was comfortable with. "One of them directly harmed the company." He wasn't going to explain how but that felt like more than enough of an explanation. "They sent themselves to Alola." Cyren hadn't been entirely thrilled with the idea either but there was no stopping the two of them once they made up their minds. "Beautiful- actually. Way better than the weather here." He grinned and gestured to the area around them. It was nice and sunny but it was somewhat chilly given the time of year. The warmth of Alola was preferable to the cold. He chuckled when she slapped his hand away. "You would be surprised how often I hear that." One of the girls had a gender neutral name so when she was mentioned in passing people tended to assume she was a man. Their reactions to finding out she was a woman were usually great. "I try to avoid half-assing anything. Go big or go home and all that." He shrugged and grinned sheepishly. The girls were the closest thing to a family he had after leaving home. They were like sisters to him. "Rhys is going to adore you. She's the storyteller."Partners: SorukaNyoki Out of their Pokeballs: Venus (Female Machop), Mars (Male Lycanroc), Rhea (Female Litten) Wearing: The only vaguely formal thing he had Trainer Encounter: 111/25 Wild Encounter: 105/5 Item Posting: Specific Lure 7/20 OOC: {Spoiler}{Inventory}Pokeballs: x Pokeballs x3 Love Balls x4 Ultra Balls x3 Heal Balls

Hanako Lucali Hanako hadn't managed to eat much of anything that morning- though it was not for lack of trying on Ember's part. She hadn't slept well in the hospital and was struggling worse than usual to wake up. The Gardevoir had managed to get her to drink a bit of water and eat half of a piece of toast before having to accept that was the most he was going to get her to do until she woke up fully. With the help of Vervain they managed to help her shower, take her medicine, and get ready for the day. By the time she was dressed Hanako was...mostly functional. The sleepy flower wandered out of her room in search of her companion, hoping that his night had been better than hers. Vervain and Ember followed along behind her. Zinnia had taken up his usual spot on her shoulder. The majority of Hanako's possessions had been left in her room. There was no need to carry everything around if they were required to stay for a while. Ember had stored a couple of Pokeballs and some basic items in her sweater pockets just in case she encountered a Pokemon she wanted to capture. He had her phone. When Hanako located Kintaro and sat down on the bench next to him, the Gardevoir sat on the ground so he and Vervain could go over a collection of notes he had gotten from the doctor. Hanako rested her head against Kintaro's good shoulder and yawned. "Good morning, Taro~" She smiled softly, letting her eye close while she relaxed against him. So long as she didn't fall back asleep, she saw no harm in resting. "Did you sleep well?" Her friend's arm was broken. That had to make sleeping hard. She couldn't imagine how uncomfortable it was. She opened her eye again and forced herself to get up. Relaxing could wait. There was something very important she needed to do! The tired young woman leaned in close to Kintaro and gently kissed his injured arm. Kisses would help it get better faster. "Gotta remember to do that every day until it feels better." She muttered, more to herself than him, before standing up straight. "Let's try to get back before the sun goes down." Hanako fidgeted when she remembered they were supposed to be going to the Palace. Everything had gone back to normal after the Pumpkin Princess had been defeated but something about being there at night still didn't sit well with her. She held her hand out to Kintaro, both to help him up and because she really liked holding his hand. "Maybe the sun will bring out some not scary Pokemon!" No Ghosts. Please no Ghosts. She didn't think she could handle any more spooky stuff.Partners: rooker Out of their Pokeballs: Wearing: outfit, sweater, shoes Trainer Encounter: 72/25 Wild Encounter: 93/5 Item Posting: Sail Fossil 9/50 OOC: {Inventory}Pokeballs: x Pokeball x2 Friend Balls x2 Timer Balls x1 Love Ball x1 Heal Ball x1 Reset Ball

Llorona Braithwaite Atlas said nothing when Mar's commented on Llorona's... Unique choice of names for her Pokemon. He knew that the names she selected where whatever popped into her head first and that her imagination was... Limited. He'd seen the horribly cruel or lazy names she'd given to all of the helper Pokemon back on the estate and they made him shudder. In the end, he did nod, however, At Mar's assessment of the two example names before a sudden thought did strike him. "She has a method for naming Pokemon. The problem with it is that she's using a formula that her father used for interns at the company to 'inspire' them to work harder. Name the interns' terrible things like 'meat' and 'expendable', things like that - treat them as lesser. Eventually, they either proved him right by quitting or failing - or they prove themselves useful and receive real names. The only issue with that is as far as I can tell, most Pokemon don't respond the way humans do to terrible names." He shrugged, knowing he had never had to go through that trial. The day the late Mr. Braithwaite had purchased Atlas he had received the name he still wore today. Then again, perhaps he had simply earned his name faster than others. "I think my name is pretty cool... Is it actually bad?" Deadeye looked about ready to cry while the Hitmonchan and Lycanroc explained the process, his beak actually quivering. This prompted a snort from Atlas who merely shook his head. The last thing he needed was for the owl to start crying on Llorona's shoulder. That would be good for no one. "No, not at all. Your name is inspired by fear. Fear on the battlefield is a good thing." Atlas shuffled a bit, electing not to tell the tiny owl that the fear he embodied was that of Llorona only. She always claimed to hate birds for the dead eye'd look they all had. "They certainly will. I find it rather endearing though - to give meaning beyond what something really is. Even if it is silly."Llorona could swear she saw the wheels turning in her brother's head before he spoke, crossing her arms skeptically as he did so but raising an eyebrow all the same. At this point if there was a way to get some new clothes without looking like she needed a handout, she was one hundred percent on boa- "Oh." The woman said without an ounce of flavor to her tone. She'd have expected a lot of things from Cyren, and while battling for money normally would have been highly appealing, after the night she'd had, Llorona Braithwaite was more willing to hand scrub floors than to fight anyone or anything else. Instead of merely voicing her discomfort at the thought of a fight, however, she raised a knowing finger and shrugged helplessly, prepared to offer a valid point. "And if I lose, how would I pay the other person? I don't have any money to put up Cy." She mentally high-fived herself for the efficiency of her excuse only to jump a bit when Atlas growled behind her, the woman's shoulders sagging a bit as she bit back a groan. Of course, she wouldn't lose with her father's Pokemon backing her. Still, she ignored it to the best of her ability. Unless Cyren could convince her otherwise, a growl from her Pokemon was just that! ' sometimes it's wonderful to pretend you can't understand him.' She thought to herself before diving straight away into the topic change in the off chance he might forget combat. "One of them? Is this one of those things where you have a girlfriend who's also married to another girl who... Uh..." Awkwardly crossing her arms in an X shaped pattern and pointing off in two different directions, Llorona tried to find the right word for what those types of relationships were called. In the end she merely gave up, finding herself much more captivated by his next statement. Immediately her face went a bit red, though it was not embarrassment on her face. It was irritation. "Harmed the company in what way?" Unlike Cyren, Llorona owned the company and loved her father. If it hurt the company it hurt her. She shifted her weight from one hip to the other, fully prepared to investigate the simple statement until she saw the look on her brother's face. Whoever these people were he really liked them. It was obvious from the way he spoke of them that Cyren Briathwaite held them in very high regard. So... She bit her tongue. For the moment. "Nevermind. Go big or go home...Erm, girls don't usually get along with me. Or maybe I don't get along with girls? You should have seen this stocky little shit I spent my time here with - Hanako and her boy toy. What pair of tools." There was more exasperation in her tone than she really felt but the need to talk about something else that annoyed her so as to avoid remaining stuck on the topic of some bimbo wrecking her father's work was pretty much a necessity. She only prayed that the storyteller he referred to was not the same one who'd done something to harm their namesake. She was actually feeling tired of hating every person she came into contact with. It'd be nice to like someone. 'You like Cyren.' She wriggled her nose and opened her mouth, fully prepared to answer the mental thought aloud then closed it, then opened it again once she'd gathered herself some. "So... How long are we going to stay here in the boonies?"

Cyren Braithwaite Mars stared at Atlas for a while before slowly shaking his head. "Are we sure Cyren and Llorona are related? The father sounds like a shitty human. The mother sounds worse. Ain't got the faintest of clue how they could have spawned Cyren." Forcing someone to "earn" an actual name sounded like something someone utterly detached from basic human decency would come up with. He could come up with insulting names for the members of his team but he wouldn't pretend he ever meant to be anything but insulting with it. There was no attempt to make them stronger or force them to prove themselves for him to call them by their proper names. Mars was honest about the kind of Pokemon he was. Llorona and Cyren's father sounded like he was anything but honest about who he was. He supposed Llorona had to get it from somewhere. The Lycanroc shrugged as best he could, turning his attention to the Pokeball in Cyren's hand. They had gone through all of the effort to get that thing. He was going to find out what was inside of it. Mars sat up and began nudging at the Pokeball, trying to coax it open. Meanwhile Rhea was meowing weakly and reaching her little paws towards Dead-eye. "Your name is the bestest! The very bestest! There's lots of Rheas and Altases and Marses but there's only one Dead-eye! That makes you extra, extra, EXTRA special!" She didn't want the little Grass owl to cry. He was the best Rowlet! Cyren help the Litten up to the Rowlet so she could lick his cheek and hug him as best her tiny legs could manage. "Bestest birdy." She nodded to confirm her own statement and started to purr.
"You won't lose." Cyren had faith in Llorona's ability to win a battle. Losing wasn't exactly something that appealed to her and she had a team that could ensure that wouldn't happen. Even if she didn't have Atlas, Llorona had her Rowlet and Pebbles. Both of them were already strong enough to hold their own against any trainers they would find around there. In the off chance she did happen to lose he could cover whatever she had to pay. That wasn't a problem for him. He could earn back whatever he lost. His own Pokemon could probably hold their own in a battle too...He would need to test his team out. Sometime after he changed out of his "formal" outfit for sure. While he might not have had any issues with his appearance, he was incredibly uncomfortable. Formal clothing wasn't his thing. Traveling in formal clothing was even less appealing. "Definitely not that kind of situation." He did not feel he needed to elaborate further on that nor did he really want to due to the sheer awkwardness of the question. They had been friends long enough for their parents to know about her. That was the most information he might have been willing to give had she not latched on to something else. "That is a story for another day." Or never. Preferably never. Cyren knew he would have to tell her eventually but no part of him wanted to get into that topic sooner than he had to. He was glad when she moved on from that one before he had to comment on it as well. "I think that would be what the kids refer to as a 'you problem', little sister." He grinned almost playfully and shrugged. Llorona's personality made her the type of person that was difficult to get along with. He wouldn't be surprised if it ran off a lot of other people. "Considering you remembered her name she must have been awful." But considering it looked like she was wearing the clothes of a "stocky little shit" he doubted it. He wouldn't voice this though. She seemed like she needed to vent. He was just about to respond to her question about how long they would be there when he was almost knocked on his butt by a large, red Pokemon that Mars had finally managed to nudge out of its Pokeball. He managed to catch himself before he fell. Mars wasn't so lucky. The Lycanroc yelped, stumbled away to avoid being crushed, then tripped and fell flat. A very confused Rhydon stared down at the dog, her ruby coated body shining brightly in the morning sunlight. Cyren looked every bit as confused as the Rhydon. The Pokeball wasn't empty? Venus or Mars must have grabbed it before they left the Ballroom. He stared at the Machop as if hoping that she could somehow explain the Rhydon to him. Venus only shrugged. "We needed to get something out of that mess." He didn't need to understand what she was saying to know what she had meant. The tone had been enough. "Please warn me before you take something next time." Being a suspect in a theft once was more than enough for once lifetime. They had permission to take a Pokeball at least...Didn't really make it any less concerning but it was something.Partners: SorukaNyoki Out of their Pokeballs: Venus (Female Machop), Mars (Male Lycanroc), Rhea (Female Litten) Wearing: The only vaguely formal thing he had Trainer Encounter: 112/25 Wild Encounter: 106/5 Item Posting: Specific Lure 8/20 OOC: {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Inventory}Pokeballs: x Pokeballs x3 Love Balls x4 Ultra Balls x3 Heal Balls

Llorona Braithwaite Everyone had their way of responding to something they felt was ill-conceived. Llorona became a sarcastic monstrosity, Cyren remained stone-faced depending on the perceived offense. Some people cried, some preferred passive aggression. Atlas didn't really like any of those methods - they all seemed weak and less than effective at resolving the issue. In his experience, the best remedy was the straight forward one. "You seem young, so I won't fault you for being so bold but I really do insist that you mind your manners where the late Mr.Braithwaite is concerned." He had done a decent job of keeping his tone even and calm but his eyes were slits that traced mars quickly on instinct. A younger, less mature version of the Hitmonchan would have probably beaten the Lycanroc to paste but as Atlas had learned, that method too didn't typically resolve anything either... Made him feel better in the short term but a resolution it was not. "And his widow for that matter. Human dynamics are simply complicated - you should not judge another being simply by the stories you may have heard about them." It was no secret that Atlas hated the Eldest remaining Braithwaite more than anyone, perhaps even more than her own children. But respect was what he had been raised on and in the end, his instructions for the family had been clear. No one shamed or insulted the Braithwaites in Atlas's presence. Except for other Braithwaites of course, even he could never figure out where the line was there so he'd had to let it drop - that way lay madness. Without realizing it, he had tightened his grip in the gloves, the fingers in his still-healing hand causing a tinge of pain. It was going to be a few days before it fully recovered - best not to pick a fight even if he was still very much confident in his ability to beat an upstart Pokemon into the dirt. "I only ask-" Nearly letting an aggressive threat slip, Atlas was happy Rhea had spoken up, instantly bringing a tiny smile to his lips as he nodded and changed the subject. "Absolutely, in all of my long years, I've never met another Dead-eye. And I've personally met at least three other Atlases." He nodded affirmatively, knowing it to be the truth. A great name it may not have been, but points for originality were worth something in his book. Dead-eye sniffled, wondering why it was that he felt so sensitive about the subject now. It had been a really rough past few days so maybe he was just still tense... Either way, when the super-strong Atlas and his best friend in the whole world both said his name was great, he had little choice but to feel cheered up. They wouldn't lie to him! "Oh... Thanks, guys!" He chittered, reddening, and giving his wings a happy flap In Rhea's direction. It was good to know that even if Llorona didn't name her Pokemon the best things he had gotten a cool name. Maybe that meant she believed in him just a tiny bit. And if she didn't, he was going to follow what Atlas had told him and become so powerful that she would have no choice but to respect and love him! 'I wonder if I'll get a new name if I become the strongest.' He thought to himself, nodding to Cyren as an afterthought and jabbing his beak through the air to concur with the older man's statement. He would beat up anyone if it meant Llorona would like him even more! Not jumping to conclusions was taking much of Llorona's focus from her, so much so that she didn't respond to the bit of positive reinforcement regarding her skills as a trainer or the awkward answer was given to her awkward question... To be fair she probably wouldn't have touched the second one either way - she was nosy but that was just going to be awkward for everyone involved and she knew that. But alas, the woman was busy trying NOT to say anything mean about a person she knew next to nothing about. When she finally did speak, her face was even more red - though at least now it was a mixture of frustration and embarrassment. "I like to think of it as a total loss on the parts of everyone else. I'm literally - LITERALLY the most incredible specimen on the planet." She waved her arms down over her form only to realize she was still dressed like a cabbage patch kid. It was at this time that the longest, most depressing sigh escaped her lips. "She was the absolute worst. Besides - I need to remember it for when I get home. Something about doing business with us once upon a time. I'm thinking she's full of shit but..." She let the end of that statement hang in the air because she knew for sure Hanako hadn't been lying. Cyren wouldn't have cared anyway - he hated business. Same day, in the future - Llorona knew that she was going to have to take some sort of medication to really even her out. Maybe help with the anger or the lack of ability to hold onto a singular feeling for more than five minutes. But that was the future and at the moment she couldn't help the shift in her mood. Her eyes lit up - not that she had much choice with the way that thing reflected light, when suddenly Rhydon. She KNEW it was a Rhydon, she'd seen plenty in her day at construction sites and the like. But this thing was not your average drill tipped monstrosity. "Holy crap Cy! Is that thing made of gems? Did they stick them over her like armor?" She approached the Rhydon with very little caution - certainly less than what was owed the creature, but it came from cyren's Pokeball so she expected it to have manners of some kind. Reaching out with a single finger, she poked at the skin of the creature in wonder. Truth be told, Llorona actually didn't like or wear a lot of jewelry. Flaunting one's wealth could be done in more effective ways than wearing a rock around your neck. That being said... A Ruby encrusted Rhydon was definitely more effective. "You got this on your trip? Seriously?! Tell me you got me something or I'm gonna take this and sell it!" Sadly, Llorona was only half-joking. A Pokemon covered in actual ruby plating would fetch enough money that they could buy a huge boat and a car! They'd get through the gym challenges in a week! Needless to say, her interest in Cyren's friends or Hanako lay largely forgotten for the moment but the woman filed them away mentally as something for a different day, perhaps one where the largest gemstone she'd ever seen wasn't sitting right in front of her. "Hello there gorgeous~ I'm Llorona, what is your name?" The woman actually hunched over as if she were talking to a baby, her tone a few octaves higher than what was truly necessary. Cyren Braithwaite Had Mars not been nearly crushed under a Rhydon, he would have responded to Atlas immediately. Instead the Lycanroc had to take a moment to collect himself and straighten his fur out. Only after everything was settled did he bother acknowledging the Hitmonchan. The dog smirked and shook his head slowly, staring at Atlas like he would a young Pokemon that had just misbehaved. "You sound like the type that's used to throwing your weight around and getting what you want. That shit ain't gonna work here. I don't need to know the other humans to know they're nothin' worth knowing." He looked up at his trainer, who was entirely focused on the new Rhydon. "I know the one Braithwaite that matters and he doesn't like 'em either." And if his trainer didn't like them, he had absolutely no reason to like them either. Cyren was the only Braithwaite he was loyal to. Even then he knew where the line was. To be so blindly and unflinchingly loyal...He shook his head again and stood. The Hitmonchan wasn't worth the effort. "You know what? We can have this conversation later. Interrupting a kitten would be rude." The kitten wanted to talk and he wasn't in the mood to deal with an upset kitty. He not at all intimidated by the clear difference in strength between himself and the Hitmonchan. No matter how much stronger Atlas was, the Lycanroc would always have something on him. He hadn't sacrificed his autonomy for the sake of following his trainer. Mars chuckled and glanced back down the road. Standing in one spot was getting boring. He was going to explore.
Rhea made the jump from Cyren's arm to Atlas's shoulder. Talking to him and Dead-eye was easier if she was closer! "I don't think I've met another Rhea but I've met another Litten! Does that count?" She tried to walk in a little circle on Atlas's shoulder but nearly fell in the process. The kitty settled for draping herself over his shoulder so she wouldn't fall. It didn't look like a comfortable position but the Litten clearly didn't care. She was purring as she continued to babble on excitedly. "Oh! We can battle all of the scary things together! They won't stand a chance if we take them on!" She giggled and wiggled her little paws at nothing, pretending to scratch an enemy Pokemon. "Grrrr~" The sound was meant to be intimidating but it came out as the sweetest little mew. "When I get big I'm gonna be scary!" She smiled, daydreaming about what it would be like to be a fully evolved Litten. She had no idea what that would look like but it was probably awesome! "Then I can be big and cool like Dead-eye's gonna be." Dead-eye was definitely going to be amazing. He already was amazing! Evolving could only make the amazingness better! The Litten squeaked when the shiny Rhydon appeared, looking like she was going to try to hide until she noticed how the light reflecting off of the gemstones caused little spots to appear on the ground. Her eyes went wide. A few seconds later the tiny kitty was launching herself from Atlas's shoulder at the light, attempting to pounce on it. She mewed her frustration when it vanished under her paws. "Come back here!"
Cyren decided to let the conversation about Hanako drop as well. That could be brought up again later. Right now he needed to figure out if he was going to be arrested for having the Rhydon. They had been given permission to take a Pokeball, right? He hadn't known his Pokemon had taken one but it should be fine. "Armor? That's just her body. She's made of gemstones. There were a bunch of them like that." He muttered, only half aware that he had heard Llorona's question at all. The Rhydon took a small step back away from Llorona. She would like to maintain her personal bubble and she really wasn't comfortable with the idea of being sold. "I am not for sale." The Pokemon sighed deeply, as if this was a conversation she had gone through and lost at least once already. The humans couldn't understand her so she wasn't sure why she was bothering. "Llorona, we're not selling her. Pokemon aren't things you sell when it's convenient for you." Cyren seemed to snap out of his own thoughts long enough to correct his sister but drifted off again almost immediately. They weren't selling her but what were they going to do with her? The Rhydon folded her hands neatly in front of herself, trying to ignore Llorona and Cyren. Neither of them seemed to have any idea what to do with her. That was concerning. Moving her arms caused the reflected light on the ground to shift, which sent the Litten into another playful frenzy. If she weren't so worried about being sold she might have tried to play with the adorable kitty! "They aren't...really going to sell me, are they?" She asked Atlas, sounding as if she felt several times smaller than she actually was. "I don't want to go through that again." She whispered, more to herself than anyone. The male had said they weren't going to sell her but that didn't mean anything. Humans changed their minds in record time. "We'll call her Nova, if she's okay with that." The Rhydon just nodded. She was getting a name. That was a good sign, right? Cyren placed a hand on Llorona's shoulder, motioning towards the clearly unsettled gemstone Pokemon. "She's nervous. Give her a chance to adjust to us." Not that he could blame her for being so bothered by them. If he were a Pokemon and someone had threatened to sell him he would probably be upset too! "Unless you're interested in a Wimpod, I didn't bring anything else back." He didn't even know he had brought a Rhydon back! "Actually...that might work." He needed to get rid of the Wimpods somehow! Giving one to Llorona could work. She would get a strong Pokemon and he wouldn't have to worry about Eve trying to eat its Pokeball. "Wimpod are not very impressive. Their evolution is intimidating though. Think taller than me with a tough shell and claws. Looks kinda like it could have been a fossil like Yami." Kintaro Satoshi Hanako's antics were...well, they were adorable, but Kintaro found them annoying still. He looked at the one-eyed flower girl with stern contemplation as she kissed his arm. Had that nickname really stuck? It did not seem like much of a nickname. "Good morning, Miss Lucali. I trust that you are well." He greeted flatly, watching the young woman with a piquing curiosity. "Did the doctor have anything to say about your condition?" He had some ideas but when it was determined Kintaro was not her partner, guardian, or anything of that sort, he was forbidden from receiving details of the young lady's situation. That was reasonable, it still bothered him. He looked her over carefully as if he expected some physical sign to leap out and slap him in the face that something was wrong. "We should get going befo--" It was like life didn't want Kintaro to have a plan. His phone buzzed an alert about the Around the World event coming soon. There was a moment of tense silence. His expression was difficult to read since he often looked unhappy. This was not the same. He wanted to touch the alert but restrained himself. "We should get going." He repeated, standing up suddenly as he slid his phone into his pocket. "We should have plenty of time before the sun falls, Miss Lucali. Do not fear. Our tormentor is right here anyway. She will cause you no harm." Kintaro reminded the young flower, holding up the Pokeball containing one Pumpkin Bulbasaur and her foul temperament. Attica jumped up from her position beside the bench, still standing tall as a Bisharp in spite of everybody else--save for Odyss evolving--having already turned back. Kintaro's assistant was growing comfortable in her new skin. Nothing else really seemed to change about her...other than being tall enough to reach for Hanako's throat now. No idea how Kintaro could know that exact piece of information. Mary had evolved into a Luxray at some point that Kintaro couldn't even pin down anymore. He blamed it on breaking his arm. He could barely remember Jade and Marshall changing back to Croagunk and Pancham. Marshall hated that. Now Odyss was carrying the pair in his massive arms while Jade croaked irritably and Marshall pouted. He was big and cool too! Not even that long ago! Llorona Braithwaite "And yet they created the one you serve." Atlas responded automatically. He didn't bother commenting on the personal accusation. If Atlas was throwing any weight around - there was a punch in front of it. Still, he didn't need to explain that to the upstart Lycanroc. Personal insults were of little consequence to him after all. Trash talking had been a part of his life he was happy to be rid of, the ring was no longer his place in this world. When Mars shook his head again, Atlas only smiled, nodding gently towards the Rydon as if to indicate how lucky Mars had been to avoid such a heavy burden. From there the Hitmonchan crossed his arms - carefully so as not to damage his still wounded arm, choosing to turn his smile on Deadeye. The joy of being young was something he missed from time to time. "I like to think that even if two pokemon of the same species share the same name - they can be vastly different. If I had a nickel for every Nidoking I'd come across named Rex..." The thought actually caused Atlas to flinch. Nidoking were mean bastards most of the time. And when they were named something like Rex or Kong - their ego's tended to be unbearable. On second thought that probably hadn't been the best example to share with impressionable youngsters but they probably wouldn't get it anyway. As Rhea attempted to turn him into a lounging device - Atlas actually considered nudging her off. Then he realized that this little Litten was Deadeye's friend. He had not been around long but the gist of things here seemed to be that keeping Deadeye happy was important. So instead of flicking the cat Pokemon, he reached over and gently attempted to nudge under Rhea's chin in a scratching motion. Probably more effective if he didn't have his gloves on but he wasn't that generous for anyone. Deadeye was giggling at his kitty friend - her energy was contagious! "I am going to beat up EVERYTHING!" He practically sang, only to receive a light flick on the beat from Llorona who scowled at him and pointed to her ears. "You are super close to walking on your own again." She scolded, deadeye flinching in her wake. Even so... he still responded to Rhea, even if it was in a near whisper and with a sheepish expression on his face. "I'm gonna be the biggest, strongest bird ever. But I'm going to need a partner in crime." For a Pokemon with no lips, it seemed as though Deadeye had mastered the art of smiling quite well. Rhea was just too cute not to be his partner in whatever it was that they were going to do. Probably beat up bad Pokemon. He barely had time to register the thoughts of what it would be like to be fully evolved alongside his friend when she suddenly took off after the shiny reflections on the ground. Did... Did she not know they were reflections? "And? That is even better!" Hypocracy was not lost on Llorona. She had scolded Deadeye for excitedly yelling only to do the same in wonder when she discovered these gems weren't simply attached to the Rydon - they WERE the Rydon. The younger woman scoffed when he mentioned 'a bunch' of apparently gemstone encrusted Pokemon, throwing her hands out helplessly. "There were more of them? Cyren!" While she was aware that she was half whining, how could she not? When the Ruby covered creature took a step away, Llorona stepped towards her as if the younger Braithwaite was afraid her fortune would suddenly try to run for the hills. "Cyren... Seriously, what are you going to do with A ruby Rydon? Think about it - you could be set FOR-EH-VER!" She threw her hands out towards the Rydon in bewilderment. Did he truly not see the opportunity here? Truth be told, if Cyren had approached her with his usual resolve, Llorona probably would have been less of a brat about it. Unfortunately, she could see that he was clearly lost in thought, and from where she stood the only thing he could be so deeply in thought about had to be the literal gold mine that had just popped out of his Pokeball, right? Atlas raised an eyebrow at the newly named Nova, taking a beat to really process her question once he realized it was aimed at him. His shoulders shrugged once as if to say he had absolutely no idea before the Hitmonchan turned his gaze on Cyren and held it for several long moments. If Llorona had acquired this Rydon, there was a possibility that she would have at least attempted to sell the creature. Cyren was not the one in control of Nova, however. With his assessment complete, he smirked, shaking his head a bit. "I'm going to assume that you are going to be staying with Master Cyren. He isn't a material man by any means and even if he was - he has a strong moral compass like his father before him." Unlike his trainer, Atlas knew better than to assume that Cyren was considering such a thing - not that he personally thought there was anything wrong with selling a Pokemon you didn't have a real attachment to. He himself had been sold to the Braithwaite family and that had been the greatest thing to ever happen to him. Mostly. "Not this human." He stated confidently, trying to hide the ghost of a smirk that threatened his stoic facade when he saw Cyren approach Llorona. Good, he wouldn't be stuck full time trying to teach her right from wrong. Her green eyes were still transfixed on the giant ruby Rydon when she felt Cyren's touch, causing her to shake her head rapidly and clear the stars in her eyes, some of which were literal. Nova was not easy to look at in broad daylight. "Wait, what?" Had she missed his mental debate entirely? She frowned, looking between Cyren and Nova several times before throwing her arms up in an exasperated manner and sighing. "I get stuck fighting the world's most hideous Venasaur and you get to go collect a two-ton gemstone. You are seriously never allowed to leave me behind again." Although she wanted to scowl at him, the mention of a new Pokemon did catch her ears and therefore, her attention. "Is it made of sapphire or something?" While the name 'wimpod' didn't exactly seem all that inspirational, if he had been to a place where Pokemon were made of beautiful gemstones there was always a chance it could be nice right!? "Wait what?" The thought of that Kabuto made her shudder. Yami was not a nice Pokemon. Strong, but not nice. Plus she was fairly certain that there was something wrong with that particular Kabuto. "Please just tell me the little bugger is made of diamond or something..." She practically begged, trying to forget how Yami had latched onto Cyren and hurt him. She didn't want to deal with anything like that at all. Unless it was expensive of course. Cyren Braithwaite "Why are Nidokings named Rex?" Rhea managed to ask between her attempts to pounce on the reflections. More importantly- what was a Nidoking? Were the big? Rex sounded like a name for something that was big. She meowed in frustration when yet another reflection slipped between her paws. Why couldn't she grab on to any of these annoying little lights?! She was an excellent hunter! They should be caught underneath the soft beans on her paws! She stamped her front paw like an upset toddler that hadn't gotten its way and pouted. "Evil things." She hissed her annoyance at the lights, her fluffy tail wagging back and forth angrily. When they became big and strong the first thing they needed to defeat was the lights! When she was big the lights would never be able to escape her. She turned her nose up at the reflections and made a small 'hmph' sound before moving to sit next to Atlas's feet. She looked up at Dead-eye and mewed. "We'll be so cool that not even the lights will be able to escape!" Her annoyed expression had faded the moment she looked up at her friend. In its place was a sweet smile. She purred happily, standing up once more so she could slowly wrap herself around Atlas' and then Llorona's legs. "We will be the strongest Pokemon ever! Maybe we'll even beat a legendary Pokemon." Rhea paused her snuggling, staring off at nothing with a dreamy look. How cool would it be to be strong enough to beat a legendary Pokemon? You needed to be extra strong to do that!
"A diamond Pokemon was part of why I was almost arrested." Which was part of why he had avoided taking one. He really hadn't wanted a repeat of that situation. Had Venus and Mars not taken the Rhydon, he currently wouldn't have a "diamond" Pokemon. Cyren liked to think of himself as a mostly responsible person so he wouldn't abandon the Rhydon now that it was in his care. That being said, he still had several concerns. If Llorona's reaction was anything to go off of, Nova was going to gain a lot of unwanted attention. Most of it negative- which was not something the Rhydon deserved to be put through. There were bound to be people who wanted to appreciate how pretty the glittering red gemstones that made up her body were. There were even more that would be interested in the monetary value attached to them. At best she would be treated like a decoration. Something rich people could use to brag about their wealth while doing the bare minimum to maintain her. He couldn't see any Pokemon being happy in a situation like that. At worst they might try to remove the rubies that made up her body. "We aren't selling her." He was not going to risk the safety of the Rhydon to make a bit of money. Being set "for-eh-ver" was not worth the potential risk to a Rhydon who had done nothing to harm them. Nova had relaxed a tiny bit, though she still appeared skeptical of Llorona. She had accepted that Cyren wouldn't sell her but Llorona gave her the impression that she was the type that would try to sell her anyway. She bowed her head politely before stepping back once more, putting a comfortable distance between herself and Llorona. Wandering away from the group would only get her into trouble so she remained close. Venus positioned herself next to her with her arms crossed, glaring at anyone who passed by that happened to stare at the Rhydon a bit too long for her liking. The personality difference between the two was striking. The Rhydon had a gentle aura that was out of place for such a large and intimidating Pokemon. Her mannerisms would be more appropriate amongst the rich families she was supposed to be sold to than in a battle. She acted as a nice contrast to Venus's stern and protective nature.
"He isn't made of sapphire but his evolved form's shell is as tough as diamond. I caught him in the area I was in before I got Nova." Cyren searched through his things until he located the male Wimpod's Pokeball. "Yami probably wasn't the best comparison. There's a fossil Pokemon it looks more similar to but I can't remember the name of that one right now." He was sure it would come to him later when it was no longer important. When the Wimpod was first released from its Pokeball it started to panic, searching the area nervously for the Dragon that had assaulted it. It calmed down upon realizing it was safe. There was no Dragon to harass it this time! "Speaking of Yami- Atlas, I have a Kabuto with me that is...well...aggressive doesn't even begin to cover what Yami is." He started to explain as he searched for a picture of Wimpod's evolution on his phone. "He will hiss at everything you do. Don't bother trying to stop that. He will also bite if you move in front of him without warning." Or if you move him too quickly...or if he doesn't want to talk to you...or if he feels like it. Yami will bite Atlas at least once and it will be anyone's guess what the reason for it will be. He doubted the fossil would know either. "Keep out of biting distance and you should be fine." He held up his phone for Llorona to see when he finally located a decent picture of a Golisopod. "This is what that little thing will evolve into. It looks less than intimidating now but it gets so much better when it's trained."Partners: SorukaNyoki Out of their Pokeballs: Venus (Female Machop), Mars (Male Lycanroc), Rhea (Female Litten), Nova (Diamond Rhydon) Wearing: The only vaguely formal thing he had Trainer Encounter: 114/25 Wild Encounter: 108/5 Item Posting: Specific Lure 10/20 OOC: {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Inventory}Pokeballs: x Pokeballs x3 Love Balls x4 Ultra Balls x3 Heal Balls

Llorona Braithwaite "Well..." Atlas was prepared to answer the question to the best of his ability but realized the response would probably be lost on Rhea - she was distracted and young. Personally, however, the Hitmonchan knew it was an ego thing, the likes of which caused him to sigh. He tried not to judge too much but that was quite honestly a stupid name given that 'king' was also loosely translated to rex in itself. As he watched the Litten dance around trying to catch something she never would, A sudden thought struck Atlas. His gaze turned to Cyren who was still speaking to Llorona and decided that perhaps his curiosity could wait. He knew far more about the older Sibling than his sister did, but not enough for a complete picture. "Perhaps when he is in a better mood." The Hitmonchan mused, nodding once to himself and turning his attention back to the smaller Pokemon who seemed intent on becoming what the humans called 'superheroes'. Defeating a Legendary Pokemon? The Hitmonchan's face split into an uncharacteristically, near sadistic smirk. It lasted only a moment but it had been there. He had to admit, that was still very much on his bucket list. Deadeye had been looking between Llorona, Atlas, and Rhea - trying to figure out if anyone was going to tell her that the lights were things that she could never actually grab onto when the litten looked up at him. She looked SO happy that the mere consideration of breaking her heart scared the owl. So instead he dropped the thought from his mind, if it made her happy that was good enough for him. "So strong that nothing can escape!" He chittered happily, albeit quieter than he would have had he not been on Llorona's shoulder. He had no doubt that she was serious about ejecting him if he irritated her and did not want to press that ground so soon after she had finally accepted him to some extent. At the mention of defeating a legendary Pokemon, his head tilted from side to side in thought. Deadeye had heard of legendary Pokemon but did not know any by name, nor had he ever seen one that he was aware of. This, of course, brought a question to mind that he shared with the Litten almost immediately. "Do you think we could be strong enough to become legendary Pokemon? Is that how it works?"In his mind, it was a fair question. Were legendary Pokemon one of a kind? They couldn't be since they would be super lonely - but if that wasn't the case then what defined them in the first place? Llorona snorted at the thought of Cyren in handcuffs. She knew him a lot better than most people did imagining him doing anything to end himself in jail was baffling to say the least. He was what older folks would have called a 'good two shoes'. Or so he had always come off to her. She scratched her head furiously when he shot her down, trying to come up with some argument that might change his mind - the first of which was that they would be in danger carrying something so irresistibly valuable with them at all times. In the end, Llorona didn't voice that thought though. He had been firm and as much as she hated it, it wasn't her Rhydon to sell. "Okay- fine, jeez. But when we are starving on the side of the road carrying signs that say 'will work for food' I don't wanna hear it Mister High road." The woman reached out and poked Cyren's chest a few times to emphasize her point, but did so in a sarcastic manner. Somehow, Llorona was in a good mood. Maybe still seeing stars now that her brother was back and she wasn't in mortal danger was helping, but that was a mental debate she didn't feel like having right now. Better to just enjoy the highs of life when you could. That being said, she was still Llorona. The woman leaned to her left, her pulled up hair bouncing around as she locked eyes with the Rhydon behind Cyren and stuck her tongue out. "If you try to run away from Cyren I'm gonna catch you for sure. And then I'll be set forever." Having Cyren pick up on her need to have a shiny, gem-encrusted Pokemon was not what she had hoped for, and even the mention of it being as strong as Diamond wasn't enough to deter the woman's sour scowl. "So it's just a regular bug then?" She asked flatly. Being grateful for things was so damned hard when you were used to having just about anything you wanted! That being said, The woman checked her tone and tried to be optimistic about this. At least she wasn't going to get Yami junior...But maybe Yami Jr. would have actually been better. "Uh..." She flicked a finger to the clearly flailing Wimpod on the ground. It looked like it might have a heart attack for a few moments, which honestly might have been the best outcome for Llorona since she wasn't thrilled at the prospect of owning something so weak looking. Once it had calmed, she feigned curiosity and dropped to a squat, producing a stick from the ground near her and giving the shelled insect a few gentle pokes. Unlike most girls her age - or girls from Castelia in general, Llorona was not afraid of bugs or bug type Pokemon. Some of the strongest Pokemon she knew of from the arena had been bug type. Like Scizor. 'Why couldn't it have been a Scizor?' She thought, watching the Wimpod at the end of her prodding. "You know Cyren I think in order to trade we have to both give each other a Pokemon..." She stated in an off, quiet tone that did not match her normal demeanor, the woman's shoulders bobbing a few times as she did her best to stifle a laugh. This was giving her an excellent idea. When called, Atlas took a customary step forward and locked eyes with Cyren when he spoke. It was the correct way to address a Braithwaite. As Cyren began to explain the Yami situation to him, however, Atlas had some additional questions. Like, why Cyren felt the need to warn him in particular since Atlas was not on his team - instead of Ruby, who was both clearly uncomfortable and more apt to make a mistake around whoever this Yami was than Atlas himself. The Hitmonchan found himself nodding just for the sake of it. He had a good temperament for dealing with less than ideal Pokemon, especially if it was a youngster. That being said - The last Pokemon that had bitten him had been shot through the ceiling with a sky uppercut. Bastard of a Raticate picked the wrong mon to munch on. "I Temper my sense of decency and expectation master Braithwaite." Atlas bowed slightly knowing that Cyren could not understand him but hoping the bow would cover that all the same. Since he recognized all of the Pokemon around him currently it stood to reason that Yami was tucked away inside of a Pokeball for the time being. He'd keep his distance from that one until he understood it more - one should never dismiss information... especially the random, creepy, omen styled information. Cyren Braithwaite The Rhydon shifting nervously caused the reflections on the ground to move. Rhea's eyes went wide in response to the sudden change in her previous targets but she managed to resist the urge to pounce...for now. Attempting to figure out how Legendary Pokemon worked was far more important. She needed to know what they were and what they did if she ever wanted to beat one! "I think legendary Pokemon are rare things." There were so very few of them that they became legendary! That had to be why they were legendary. "Very few of them and very big." She nodded and mewed at Deadeye. "If it's legendary that means it has to be big and scary too, right? Since we're going to evolve to be big and scary, that means we can become legendary too! Or something close to it at least." That was not how it worked at all but the Litten would not be convinced otherwise. She was having too much fun daydreaming about taking out a giant monster! "Legendary Pokemon have to be even bigger than Atlas! Or Nova! Or..." Rhea tilted her head. Nova and Atlas were the biggest Pokemon she had ever seen. "Big enough to block out the sun!" And they were going to fight it. The little Litten bounced in place, unable to keep her excitement contained. She needed to be moving! The solution to this was simple enough. Zoomies. Zoomies were always the correct answer for any cat that felt it needed to be moving. She began running in circles through the reflected lights. Pouncing on them no longer sounded as fun as running through them did. Rhea's smile only faded when she collided with some sort of strange pink bird creature. It had also taken an interest in the reflections. Rhea stumbled and fell, mewling as she looked at the odd bird. "S-sorry! Are you okay?" The bird hadn't budged. It didn't appear to be aware that it had just been bumped into. Rhea got up and lightly booped it with her paw. "Hello?" Had she broken it? When the pink Pokemon continued to stare off at nothing, she concluded it was broken. "Atlas? How do I unbreak this?" Rhea turned to look at the older Pokemon. He was bigger than she was so that meant he had to know how to fix the weird bird! When she turned back to the bird she found it had moved. Now the kitty's face was almost pressed against it. She jumped roughly three feet in the air before running over to Cyren. Her trainer would protect her from the pink monster! She tried to jump up on to his shoulder but only managed to make it as far as attaching herself to his hip. Close enough! Climbing worked too.
Before Cyren could extract the kitty claws from his hip, she managed to knock a Pokeball free. He panicked for a moment, thinking that she had just unleashed Eve on an unsuspecting Wimpod. Instead the previously mentioned Kabuto emerged from his Pokeball. He almost would have preferred the Noivern. The Kabuto hissed furiously, clearly not in the mood to be out of his Pokeball. He had dealt with enough social interaction for one lifetime in the Ballroom. The unfortunate Fairy Type chose the worst possible moment to attempt to say something to the Litten. As soon as it attempted it speak it turned itself into a target. The angry Kabuto slammed into the poor Fairy, knocking it both out and away. Had Cyren not grabbed the furious fossil, he would have attempted to attack the Spritzee again. Given that he could no longer hear it he likely would have missed but Cyren wasn't taking any chances. For his efforts, Cyren was bitten. He was sure Yami had managed to break through his skin that time but that was something that could be dealt with later. The fossil clamped down hard and refused to let go until Cyren managed to convince him that he wasn't a threat. After Yami had settled down, he placed the fossil back on the ground and went to work freeing Rhea's claws from his clothing. "I think I've got it covered." At least until they got through Alola. Then he would likely need to go back to work. That was fine by him though. "A regular Bug but a strong Bug." Cyren wasn't as dedicated to explaining the benefits of a Wimpod as he had been previously. He was trying to comfort Rhea. The Litten's fur was a floofed up mess and she was still determined to hide. That pink monster was not going to get her! Yami had hit the pink thing pretty hard though...so maybe it was safe? She allowed herself to be set on the ground a safe distance away from the once again hissing fossil. He didn't stop hissing until Rhea meowed at him. The cat was fine so long as she didn't try to crawl on to his shell. "Atlas, Nova...meet Yami." The appearance of the fossil only served to make the Rhydon look more uncomfortable- if that was possible. She clearly wanted nothing to do with him and was glad that he probably couldn't bite through the gemstones that made up her body.
Cyren decided to take a moment to retrieve a rag from his things to clean up the bite on his hand before returning to the topic of the Wimpod. The bite wasn't as bad as it could have been. Yami had broken through the skin but it wasn't something that was going to require stitches. He did not plan to make a big deal of the bite. After the rag was wrapped securely around his hand, he glanced over at Llorona and the Wimpod. The insect appeared skeptical of Llorona but she could only be so much worse than that Dragon. "I supposed we do. Catch literally anything. I'm fine with whatever you want to trade." He would likely come to regret those words but that was a problem for Future Cyren. Current Cyren needed to get rid of the Wimpods before Eve decided to try to eat them. He went to retrieve Yami's Pokeball to return him only to find the red portion of the ball had cracked. There would be no returning the angry fossil until he could find a way to fix it. He put the Pokeball away and sighed. There had to be a way to travel with Yami out without getting bitten again. He had no idea how but he was sure he could figure it out!

Llorona Braithwaite Atlas rolled the shoulder on his less than fully healed arm, content with listening to the children talk amongst themselves for the moment. They were at least mostly correct. He's read about several different legendary Pokemon and they were extremely rare. But he'd also met two of them himself and while they had been powerful - neither was especially big. Bigger than him for sure, but not nearly as big as the Rydon before him. When Rhea mentioned rarity being a factor his head tilted to the side in thought. Technically she wasn't wrong. Rarity was a huge factor in whether or not something was considered legendary. In fact, he had heard that once Dragonite - the Psuedo Legendary, had not been so until it had nearly gone extinct... Supposedly. "hm.." It was only the mind of an adult that could consider how one became legendary that way. You'd have to kill off most, if not all, of your own kind to reach that status. Thankfully his dark thoughts were interrupted by even more banter from the children who seemed fully intent on reaching this new goal they'd just thought up. Of course, knowing children - they'd forget all about it by lunchtime. "Very few of them and very big... Hey, when do we get to evolve?" It might have seemed like a change of topic, but the nodding owl was simply trying to envision beating a Pokemon as strong as Atlas or as big as Nova and couldn't even fathom it in his current body. He knew he got bigger and stronger but like...when though? He took a quick glance up to the ball of pure bright in the sky and then winced, turning his gaze away and seeing spots. You'd have to be super jumbo big to block that out! By the time the spots had cleared from his vision, the Litten had already run into a strange Pokemon. "Uh-oh." Deadeye Muttered, mistaking the unflinching Spritzee for a serious opponent. Atlas took to staring at the little pink creature as well, though he remained with his arms crossed. It didn't look like much of a threat to him and honestly? It could just have been scared stiff after being headbutted. "You already apologized. Best to give it some room to decide whether or not it will forgive you." Of course, if the Spritzee did attack Rhea, he'd get to see the Litten fight which could be fun. So long as it wasn't attacking Llorona or Cyren directly - it was not his problem to deal with. "Try not to scratch Master Braithwaite." He offered after the flailing Rhea clung to Cyren's leg. Kitten claws could be a real pain to deal with. so sharp, so small. Llorona, Deadeye, and Atlas watched as the Kabuto was unleashed upon the Spritzee - all three watching it attack without hesitation. All three also nodded when he knocked the poor Spritzee out, mostly in approval... Mostly. It was not until Yami bit down on Cyren much harder than was necessary - if biting your trainer was ever necessary, to begin with, that both Llorona and Atlas growled at the creature in near unison. "Cy, when are you going to teach it not to do that?" She half spat. People had already questioned her ability to train Pokemon - but at least none of her current party were stupid enough to attempt to physically harm her. Atlas had taken a step towards Cyren and Yami. A well-placed Ice punch on his mind when he noted that Cyren did not appear to be in much pain. Furthermore, the man seemed to be trying to reason with the Kabuto. He still frowned at the display, keeping his eyes on Yami where it stood on the ground. There was something wrong with that particular Pokemon but he could not quite place his finger on it. "If you say so..." Llorona retorted skeptically, unsure whether Cyren was referring to his Kabuto or their monetary situation but not quite believing him in either case. "Hello, Yami." The Hitmonchan offered flatly, his good arm still more than ready to lash out if the Kabuto tried to bite Cyren again. It wasn't even speaking anything Atlas could understand. Just random, irritable hissing. Perhaps it was feral. If so, keeping it on his team probably wasn't safe. There were only a few Pokemon that happened to, and although it was only a story, Atlas had once heard Pokemon who ate humans or their own kind could become irreversibly feral. That would at least explain the random biting. "Are you okay Rhea?" Deadeye asked to the less than happy looking kitty on the ground, his head peering over Llorona's shoulder to the Litten below. Thankfully, Llorona lacked the chesty parts that Hanako had so he could basically see straight down when needed. Not that it was much of an issue with Llorona crouched over in the first place. When the topic of the Wimpod came back up, the Rowlet's trainer sighed, dropping the stick and rising back to her full height and then some, stretching her back out and yawning. "Literally anything?" She repeated, glancing at him out of the corner of her eye. Cyren had gone and gotten himself a walking treasure trove and had brought her back the equivalent of a postcard with a fart in it. She was going to do her absolute best to find something to match his kindness. Even if it was only out of sarcastic spite. The woman flipped open her Pokedex almost immediately to begin searching for the perfect 'gift' for her brother, stopping only once when she realized they had not left this terrible town yet. "How much longer are we going to stand around and do introductions again? I'm hungry and bored... I want to get out of here!" Somehow she had completely forgotten than she had been on her way out of this stupid place twice only to be stopped by Cyren. If he didn't have any other outstanding business here it was time to get the hell out of Kalos and as he stated - never come back. Unless of course, her brother needed actual medical attention. He looked okay but... she was pretty sure she'd seen blood when he wrapped his hand. Cyren Braithwaite Rhea mewled when asked if she was okay. The pink thing was scary! Yami had taken care of it though. She watched the Kabuto in question for several seconds before approaching him as carefully as she could. She didn't want to get bitten. The fossil was ever so slowly crawling away in search of a quiet spot to rest. "Rhea." He acknowledged the kitten after turning to look at her, his "voice" a low, drawn out whisper that sounded every bit like a hiss instead of speech. The moment the Litten approached him he had abandoned the idea of quiet. She would follow the ancient Pokemon or try to babysit him. His patience with the kitty was impressive considering how quick he was to snap at just about everything else. The kitty was still floofed up but she had settled down after the Spritzee had been taken care of. "Yami? When do we evolve?" Yami was old. Probably even older than Atlas. That meant he had to know the answer to their question! "Will we be big when we evolve?" She sat down, licking at her paw and using it to smooth out her fur. "We want to be big so we can be strong enough to battle a legendary!" And never be scared of little pink monsters again. The fossil appeared to be contemplating the information she had given him. "Thinking...is flawed." The children were too focused on how big they would be. "Big...and strong...not the same." Yami took a few small steps forward, a sound in the direction the Spritzee had been knocked in getting his attention. The Fairy must have gotten back up. Yami unleashed a wave of freezing ice and snow in the direction of the sound, hitting an unfortunate Croagunk that had come out to investigate all of the noise. Rhea winced and mewled an apology to the frozen froggy. It hadn't deserved that. She frowned and looked back at Yami. "How can we be strong if we're not big?" She didn't know about him, but she was very tiny! Even that pink monster had been bigger than her! How could she fight something that was so much bigger than she was? The fossil produced an unsettling noise that could have been a laugh. "I am...not big. Still fight...big things." Yami would fight big things. He would fight small things. He would fight himself. Yami agro knows no bounds. "Evolution...pointless. If not...working on...strong now." Evolving would make them bigger but it wouldn't necessarily make them stronger if they didn't put in the effort to be as powerful as they wanted to be. Rhea looked like he had just explained something profound. The Litten was trying to decide what to do with this new found information. She...wasn't very strong right now. Evolving wouldn't magically make her stronger. She needed to train harder so she could defeat the pink monster on her own next time! Yami hissed in Atlas's direction but did not acknowledge the Hitmonchan otherwise. He didn't know him and he didn't want to. Atlas was not his problem.
"I'd have a better chance of teaching a Charizard to swim." If Cyren could teach the Kabuto not to bite he would. Yami was far too determined to clamp down on anything he decided was a threat and Cyren really couldn't blame him. His eyes were damaged and he was an ancient Pokemon in a world he no longer recognized. If anything Cyren was lucky that Yami wasn't more aggressive than he was. He just hoped he stuck to biting after he evolved. Being at the other end of a Kabutops' blade arms would not end well. "I'm probably going to have to carry him." This was directed more to himself than anyone else. Yami's Pokeball was damaged. There would be no returning the Kabuto until he got it fixed. He couldn't carry the fossil like he could Rhea and he doubted Yami's ability to walk along with the group. Finding something to carry him in was the only way he could come up with to deal with the Yami problem. "Are there any stores around here?" Llorona had spent more time in the town. He hoped that she had noticed a store of some sort where he could pick up something the Kabuto could ride along in. Maybe a basket...Something he could put the fossil in where it couldn't "see" what was going on. He was in the process of retrieving his hoodie from his things so he could wrap the Kabuto in it when Llorona asked about the Bug. "Literally anything." Anything was better than setting some poor Bug up to be eaten by Eve. He wrapped the angrily hissing Kabuto in the hoodie so he could pick him up without being bitten again. As soon as his eyes were cover, Yami relaxed. He was somewhere warm and he didn't have to struggle to watch everything around him as they moved. This was fine.
"We're going to stop by a shop first so I can get something to carry Yami in. His Pokeball isn't working." After that they were free to leave the town and Kalos. He wanted to get back to Alola. There were Gyms that needed to be beaten and a whole region for them to explore. It was also starting to get cold in Kalos. He was already missing the warm weather and sun back in Alola. "We'll call him Mister Wiggles." He said suddenly before nodding towards the Wimpod. "He will earn a real name in no time." That's how it worked, right? Llorona gave her Pokemon terrible names and then expected them to earn better names. He was confident that the Wimpod would have no trouble earning a real name. Llorona might not have thought him to be an impressive Bug but he knew that little Wimpod was going to be scary someday. Once Yami was secure, he returned Nova and Mars, leaving only Venus, Rhea, the Wimpod, and Yami out. Mars needed a break and Nova would draw far too much attention to them. Cyren had faith in the Wimpod's ability to keep up with them. Plus it would give Llorona a chance to bond with the Bug a bit. Maybe. With this in mind, he began searching for the nearest store that looked like it had anything that even vaguely resembled a basket that could fit a Kabuto. Given how close to Halloween it was, he doubted his search would take long.

Hanako Lucali "A nice person gave me an egg." Hanako could not have come up with a worse way to describe what had happened. If Kintaro hadn't offered her his hand she might have remained attached to Odyss. Cuddling him was helping her stay kind of warm. She would have to give him some sort of treat later to thank him for taking care of her. Her condition was steadily declining by the time they arrived back in the town. She held on to Kintaro's good arm for both support and warmth. The shivering hadn't gotten any better. If anything it was worse. Zinnia was doing his best to keep her warm from his spot on her shoulder but he was only a Frogadier. His cuddles weren't as helpful as cuddles from Odyss. "What sort of things do I need for the egg?" Hanako had never taken care of an egg before. Something to carry it in felt reasonable. Also something to keep it warm. "I should get it a blanket." She muttered to herself. "Can we stop in a store before we go back?" Supplies for the egg were way more important than finding warmth! She would not be convinced otherwise. The egg was depending on her and she wanted to be the best egg mommy she could be. Hanako didn't notice when her Pokemon rejoined them. Thorn was doing everything within her power to ignore Marshall. He was lucky she hadn't already hit him with her sheath. She followed along beside Hanako so she could wrap her sash around her neck when she realized she was shivering. "I'm not going to be able to leave you alone, am I?" Hanako couldn't understand her to answer her question but she smiled at her all the same. "You're adorable and exhausting." The Honedge had gone from terrifying ghost sword to glorified scarf in under an hour. This was her life now. "Taro, this is Thorn. Isn't she cool? I think she's like Echo. He's floaty and metal too so they're probably the same Type." Hanako was completely unaware that the Honedge could drain the life from her if she chose to. The Honedge stared at Kintaro, trying to determine if he looked more competent than Hanako. She made a sound that could have been the Honedge equivalent of a shrug. Thorn wasn't sure if she could trust him yet. Pokemon Encounter: 445/-- || Trainer Battle: 455/25 || Moving: /3 -> || Item Posting: (Berry Pot) 5/13Where: In the middle of Camphrier TownCompany: No one in particularMood: Relieved, thankful, a bit optimistic, reminiscent, readyThinking: This does sound like fun to do again… I think it’ll be good for usWearing:What She's Wearing (Click) | Out of Ball: Charizard, Azuran, Lynno, Zapdos (Away), Cerian, Ephemer, Flix, Burst, Hantu, Kovu, Salamence, NimbusOOC:Dowsing Machine (3/7) | Dowsing Rod (3/7) With the next morning upon them, Emiri and her Pokemon woke in the outskirts of Ambrette Town and were ready to take on another region for their trip around the world. Emiri helped herself down from Charizard’s stomach where she had fallen asleep as her Pokemon began to stir and wake, and given enough prep time, feeding, and making sure that their supplies and saddles were set, they were all ready to set off for the day.
It was mid morning now, and Emiri and her squadron of Pokemon were coasting through the air, enjoying the open air space of the Kalos region. In comparison to Unova where there were so many towns and cities all so close together, Emiri felt that she couldn’t have too many of her Pokemon out with her lest she want to be in the way with all of the other travelers. Kalos however was much less populated, more spread out, and had much smaller cities and towns than Unova did. To her recollection, the biggest city in Kalos was Lumiose City in the center of the region, but beyond that, everywhere else was much more an average size with much less crowding. She enjoyed this aspect, having grown up in the Kanto Region herself, the more rural setting were always her preference as opposed to big city living, and the open air space was much appreciated.
Sat atop Charizard’s back, Emiri had her map laid out in front of her on the dragon’s saddle, planning out their route through the Kalos region, and it was going to be much different than the last time they had gone through the region. It was going to be more like a zigzag pattern as opposed to a circle now, ending in Laverre City, since it seemed that they would now need to travel north to the Galar Region, the other new region that was now part of the GTS event. Along with her in the air, Emiri was able to have out with her most of her flying capable Pokemon, always enjoying the quality time that they could spend together flying from area to area. Azuran flew alongside her and Charizard, always close as his large wings carried him over the wind, his shadow almost covering them completely as he rose a bit higher into the air above them. Lynno and Salamence were off to the side, continuing to compare and test themselves against each other now that they had both achieved this state of Mega Evolution. The two were sporting, but had an edge of competitiveness and ego about them that was always turning into who had the most going for them in reaching this new level of power. Cerian and the baby were atop Kovu’s back, enjoying their time in the air and playing with each other, which Emiri could definitely appreciate. Whether he knew it and was aware of it or not, Cerian was being an incredible help with the baby’s early development, being able to work on his natural motor skills in playtime and learning the social aspect of it all. They weren’t of the same species granted, but playtime was playtime, Emiri felt that was pretty universal across all young species. After they had been separated over the canyons in Alola, Kovu was definitely avidly involved in knowing where the two of them were regularly and almost always had them on his back with him, and while Emiri knew he only had good intentions with that, she knew that she would have to work on weaning him off of being so overprotective with them two younger Pokemon, she didn’t want to hinder their growth and development. Still rather unsure about why or how their supposed bond was made, Hantu flew through the air and kept close with the rest of Emiri’s Pokemon, and had Burst on his back as the colorful creature had taken a liking to him over their recent time together. Burst was capable of hovering and levitating alongside their flying teammates, but every so often he would loft over to Hantu and gesture to sit across his back. It was a little awkward for the Dragonite, given the creature’s long, lanky figure, but he was so light in contrast it was like he couldn’t feel him there at all. The dragon wasn’t sure if it was because he saw that was how Emiri rode along with them, or if he grew tired from levitating and needed to recharge, but all in all Hantu didn’t mind it as he flew with his passenger. Flix and Nimbus flew together as well, keeping each other company and chatting lightly as the Flygon kept up with the rest of Emiri’s Pokemon, always eager in his young training to maintain his flying practice just like that of his older teammates. Nimbus was enjoying the travel and the opportunity to really and truly see the world, having never been to the Unova Region beforehand and finding the Kalos region to be quite beautiful already, and he was definitely enjoying the travel companions that he had with him too as he was included in the flying squadron.
Their first stop for the day in traveling through the Kalos Region was the small town of Camphrier, one Emiri remembered well due to it’s quaint nature, old and historic feel, and the castle that remained up on the hill in the distance of the town. It was all old brick and stone buildings, worn dirt paths and cobblestone walkways, fire light lanterns and spacious hill top views, and Emiri just as before found the small town to be charming and endearing. It wasn’t too terribly long before Emiri and her Pokemon were soaring over the town’s rooftops in getting ready to land, and one by one her Pokemon touched ground just a ways from the Pokemon Center in an open field to keep themselves out of the way and not be too much of a bother. Burst stepped off from Hantu’s back for the moment, while Nimbus chose to sit down on his floating tail, Lynno found a hefty tree branch to perch on as Salamence landed on the ground next to him, and Azuran leaned up and folded his wings back to prop himself up on the shoulders of his wings. Flix landed beside Hantu, and Kovu stood as he folded his wings back with Cerian and the baby sat atop his shoulders, and lastly Emiri readied herself as she sat upright on Charizard’s saddle while the dragon settled and leaned down for Emiri to dismount.
Throwing her leg over and helping herself down from Charizard’s saddle, Emiri made sure to take a moment to examine and adjust the straps as she situated the bags and satchels that were attached to the worn leather. She adjusted herself, brushing her long hair back and fixing her denim jacket that she wore as she looked out to her Pokemon with a soft smile, over all just enjoying their trip together and the quality time they were spending. ”It sure is a nice morning to be out flying,” Nimbus commented with a sparkle in his eyes, looking up at the fluffy white clouds that drifted above them, he was thoroughly enjoying their time traveling thus far and was excited at the prospect of much more to come still. ”It’s calm too, good for practicing long distance flying for you Flix,” Azuran mentioned, having enjoyed seeing the young dragon become more and more involved in their long distance travels. ”It is! I’m having such a fun time,” the Flygon trilled with a flit of his wings. Moving from Charizard’s saddle, Emiri looked around to her Pokemon briefly in getting ready to move towards the Pokemon center, but heard the baby chuffing at her from Kovu’s back, pacing a bit with perked ears in wanting to come along with her. ”He doesn’t talk much, does he,” Cerian questioned, looking down to the baby from higher up on Kovu’s shoulders, his two front paws perched on Kovu’s head. Emiri smiled as she moved towards Kovu and the baby. ”Well, he’s still a baby Cerian, he hasn’t learned how to talk yet,” Emiri answered. ”Assuming his species is capable of communication,” Hantu wondered out loud, and it was a valid wondering since they knew little to nothing about his species as a whole. It was only just recently that Emiri learned he was going to be capable of healing through his fairy typing, what they knew and what they were learning was all coming from him. ”Given time, I’m sure we’ll continue to learn a lot about him, and maybe one day we can learn where his species comes from,” Emiri commented as she approached Kovu, and the black dragon moved to lay down on the ground on his four legs with one of his front legs stretched out, and the baby moved eagerly, and a bit clumsily, to climb down to pad over to Emiri. With that, Emiri walked with the baby beside her to head towards the Pokemon Center, booklet in hand and ready to get her next stamp. Kintaro Satoshi The sigh was heavy, it was tired. Most of all, it wanted to know why the thing it was meant for was so adorably stupid. "You need a hot shower, a change of clothes, and heat sources. Then we can discuss this egg." He informed her curtly. Hanako's health was important. "If you get sick how will you care for the egg?" He added as an afterthought, indicating that it was going to be her own responsibility to take care of this egg. So she had to maintain good health or it might not work out! He was distracted from picking at Hanako's situation by the sight of several powerful flying Pokemon swooping overhead. That did not look promising. "We should hurry before something happens." What would happen in Camphrier Town? Kintaro did not know. He also did not want to find out. He urged the young woman along a bit faster while their Pokemon seemed to be trying to figure out what to do about Thorn. Odyss didn't mind her much. She was a Honedge. That was a thing that existed. Marshall wanted to hit her...not because she upset him, but because he knew Honedge were Ghost types and Marshall was Scrappy. He loved reminding Ghost Type Pokemon he could still punch them. It was a special kind of satisfying to outfight a superior Pokemon by succeeding where others would normally fail. He gnawed on his little leaf while trying to mean mug Thorn...right up until Attica slapped him upside the head. She took his place glowering at the sword, trying to decide if this still counted as a girl. She made a "watching you" gesture with one knife hand. Jade just croaked at her. "We're a...colorful bunch. Ya know?" Odyss offered the sword apologetically. He evolved way too fast to mature like most Chespin. Hanako wasn't the only exhausting thing that could also be cute. At least he couldn't punch her if he wanted to! Kintaro was still trying to urge Hanako toward the Center as they bore witness to Emiri's landing...he really hoped she didn't try to hail them. Kintaro had nothing of value about Camphrier Town. Surely he didn't look like anyone that would. He just wanted to get into the Center, get Hanako changed, and get back to their travels. He tried to walk with the kind of urgency only somebody self-important could. It all fell on Hanako to comply with his desire to move by the stranger quickly. He couldn't go any faster than the little flower carrying her egg.Pack: Pokeball x, Potion x, Pokedex, Shell Bell (Attica), Burn Heal, Paralyze Heal, Awakening, Freeze Heal, 2x Ultra Ball, Lumiose Galette, Lava Cookie, Old Gateau, Castellia Cone, Big Malasada, Shalour Sable, Sweet Bouquet, 2x Lucky Charm, Nevermeltice, Snowball, 2x Lucky Egg, 1x Questionable Drink, 4x Big Mushrooms, TM 47 Low Sweep, X5 Jaboca Berries (+4 Bitter, +1 Sour), X1 Fist Plate, x3 Full Restore, Fightinium Z, x3 Expired Candy (Roll 1-100, uses matching TM move), Inverse Helmet (Reverse Type Effectiveness for Attacks used by Holder), Butterite (Mena), Electrium Z (Mary), Specific Lure, TM 83 Infestation, TM 81 X-Scissor, TM 22 Solar Beam, VS Seeker, Frost Plug, Heart Scale, x3 Max potions, x6 Rare Candies, x1 TM55 Scald, x1 Travel egg, x1 Freedom Flag, x1 Dowsing Rod, x1 Dowsing Machine, x1 Max Revive Plot Hooks: Odd Keystone Fragment (Left Eye: Terror of Spiritomb), I.O.U. Hanako Lucali To say Thorn was unimpressed by Kintaro's Pokemon would be an understatement. Odyss was the only one she felt was worth a second glance. Attica and Marshall were ignored. Their threats were about as intimidating as Hanako was. "Colorful is one way to describe it." She replied as she moved her sash to brush Hanako's still damp hair away from her eye. Thorn assumed that the eyepatch wasn't for show so walking around with her hair in her face was dangerous. She slipped her scarf back around Hanako's neck, making a small sound to show she agreed with Kintaro. Dry clothes and heat sources were a must. Hanako pouted when her new friend took Kintaro's side. "Eggs are small and fragile. It needs more attention than I do." The egg wasn't the one struggling to keep itself together. She frowned, cradling her egg close to herself in an attempt to keep it warm. Getting sick and not being able to take care of the egg would make things difficult. Somehow between the mental debate on the importance of tending to the egg first and how awful she felt Hanako almost missed the group of Pokemon that had just landed nearby. "Aren't we safe here?" She asked, holding the egg protectively as she looked around to confirm there were no more pumpkin monsters. Clearly the pumpkin monster had to be the reason Kintaro was in such a rush. She let out a panicked squeak and tightened her grip on the egg when she finally noticed the crowd of Pokemon. There was an Aerodactyl in the mix...NOPE! Had she been feeling better she might have tried to run for the Pokemon Center. She couldn't rush no matter how much she might have wanted to but she did her best to comply with Kintaro. Everything would be fine when they were safe in the Pokemon Center! If she kept telling herself that it had to be true, right? Hanako needed to believe that they were okay. She wasn't sure she could handle any additional stress.Partners: rooker Elemental Paradisity Out of their Pokeballs: Zinnia, Thorn, Ember, Echo, Vervain Wearing: outfit, sweater, shoes Trainer Encounter: 84/25 Wild Encounter: 63/5 Item Posting: Sail Fossil 21/50 OOC: {Bad Egg}Bad Egg - Ember Posts: 6/10? - Bad Egg is a hold item that immediately will attach itself to one of your active party Pokémon of your choice. - It will not count as a hold item, so you do not need to replace its current hold item if it is holding one. - Whether the Pokémon of choice is physically holding the Egg it will still receive its effect. - The Effect this egg has is bad luck.
