XXXXX Marcellus listened to the psychic voice in his head, courtesy of Julian's Espeon. He could tell the difference between psychic types. Usually at least. They just sounded different to him. However he almost wish he didn't hear it. His calm expression cracked, revealing his frustration for a moment. He looked back to the group investigating. They were no closer to catching anyone apparently which irked the white haired male. He had been given then a tip and they hadn't taken in. He couldn't help but noticed a blonde take the pink feather he delivered to the royals. "Well, at least they're one thing into consideration" Marcellus commented folding his hands over his chest. He looked back to Julian. "I found that feather in the foyer, as well as told them about the suspicious behavior of one of the guests and her Pokemon. But they shrugged it off it seems. " He commented nodding his head in the direction of Rhienne. He tried to keep his mouth in the direction of Julian just in case the Espeon was working a one way street. Either way he knew Cronus was being more then unhelpful right now. He was sure the psychic already knew who did it, but was refusing to assist. He heard Julian's comment about fighting their way out. He winced and tilted his head back and forth as he thought for a quick second. "I can't say I miss the violence or danger, but being anywhere but here sounds pretty nice." He replied with a sigh, shifting the weight he had to one leg. This had been quite tiresome in how the investigating was being carried out. He would rather then just arrest their main suspect, of course Rhienne, and let everyone else go on their merry way. His expression had returned to one that was calm but he still clearly wasn't happy.

Delphine's excitement fed into Liz's own ego and sense of righteousness, but the redhead was dedicating every fiber of her being to not brag about trying to beat up a ghost. When she inquired about Belle's whereabouts her nerves frayed until Jessica confirmed that she saw Belle wander off toward another door. "What? Dammit, Belle!" She called out loudly, hoping the Tsareena would hear and come back. To her credit, Belle was on her way back after a quick run around the Foyer turned up just as much nothing as before. She nearly kicked a guest as she made her way back toward the red-haired bimbo she had the misfortune of calling her trainer. "What?!" Belle had stomped her way over and was glaring up at Liz. Frustration-based tears pricked at the corners of the Tsareena's eyes. A great big baby Bounsweet throwing a tantrum because she couldn't show off how smart and observant she was to the others. Liz blinked at the way her Tsareena had shouted at her and looked all the part of a distressed young lady. Maybe she shouldn't keep yelling. "There you are. I was worried about you." The flare had come and gone, now Liz touched Belle on the arm gently. Belle's own temper fizzled as she was informed that she had been missed. That was all. Stupid human. Liz was just as happy to see Belle settle down right away. Maybe she should try this "calming down" stuff more often! She straightened up and looked over to Ridley, smiling at the blonde and her Pokemon. "Thanks for all your help. I gotta go make myself useful now. Can't punch the bad guy if we don't catch the bad guy!" She remarked with a wicked grin.

Liz began to move her way toward the stage when she spotted one of the other blonde guests...bothering yet another blonde guest. How many bimbos were at this party!? Liz decided to approach the growing party, picking her pace up when she realized Leah was there interacting with the noble blonde. "Oh, hey Leah! So this is where you decided to sneak off to!" She mused aloud, kneeling down beside her Absol and hugging the Pokemon around her neck loosely. Leah was tense again, but she had at least taken in Natasha's scent. And got a show of trust from the young woman. She was putting herself in the way now, but it was her own fault for bothering her Absol. The question of the fan had escaped Liz's initial notice but the outstretched feather spelled things out somewhat easily. "Ooh! Did you do something, lady?" Liz mused, almost comically suggesting that Natasha was just plain busted already and should surrender. The tightness in her left arm was visible--creaking skin had indicated Liz had something aggressive to attempt.if she didn't like the woman's answer. Belle was equally aggressive with her posture and glaring at the human that had messed up her enjoyment of this party! Now it was possibly she had ruined it multiple ways! Spike wisely decided to hang back this time with Princess sitting on his back. However, even from such distance, Spike had one Poison Sting needle held in his mandibles. If Natasha turned out to be an enemy, he was not going to fail his trainer twice! If Natasha were perceptive she would notice the Ariados watching her though it's unlikely she could make out the tiny violet needle in his mouth. The arachnid Pokemon was prepared to take his shot without ever being signaled to mind their little makeshift family. His attention was primarily interested in Natasha right now, but he was doing his best to keep an eye out for other threats. Somebody needed Stung. He had faith Liz would flush that someone out.

The young woman was more then happy to just spend her time with the rare Pokemon, however her time with the Absol was quickly interrupted. She was still knelt down at the absol, resting her weight on the balls of her shoes with her large pink dress flared out around her. It wasn't hard to notice the other blonde making her way towards her, clealry walking with a purpose. Lucille quickly stood up, taking a moment to step away from the Absol and fix her skirts. She eyed over the blonde, she didn't exactly look like someone who she would be worried about. However she did like her dress. Lucille found it interesting, and began to wonder if it was designer or not. She was a bit more direct then Lucille expected, out right questioning if the feather was hers. "Well hello, nice to meet you too." She replied in sarcastic tone, however it was intended to be more joking and playful then sassy. She glanced down at the Absol to see how the Pokemon was going to react to the new comer, but was sorely interrupted again. A redhead chimed in proclaiming that the Absol was hers. The Pokemon was clearly tense at the hug but didn't pull away so she assumed the Pokemon was indeed hers. They both seemed to agree about questioning her fan, at least the red head was more accusatory then the blonde. at least accusatory in the sense of elementary school. "Not that I'm aware of." She stated playfully, then looked back to the blonde who questioned her first. The pink clad young woman didn't say anything at first, but merely opened her fan and took a moment to look it over. Making a show of it. "Well, I do suppose it is." She commented finally, giving the blonde a smile that didn't seem sarcastic, but not exactly friendly either. She began to fan herself as she looked the single feather in her hand. "I didn't think something this expensive would lose feathers, but I don't think that's a crime." She stated calmly as she fanned herself. However while the blonde was more so direct, the redhead was much more aggressive in her approach despite her childish statement. She looked over to her and took a step back to eye over Liz. Clearly she was wearing an off the rack dress. However, normally that would be holding her attention, but not only her stance but her Tsarenna was in aggressive pose, as was the ariados. Lucille didn't seemed bothered by Liz or Belle, but her smile faltered on the large spider. She continued to fan herself as she looked back to the two young women, her pleasant but knowing expression returning. "So this with the ambush?" She questioned though she didn't sound scared. She stood her ground as she looked between the woman, then her eyes flicked down to Leah, obviously she had walked into a trap they had set. "You can tell your Pokemon to stand down. I'm not much of a battler." She added kindly, seemingly not intimidated by Liz's and her Pokemon's aggression.

Demetri listened to Cyren as he commented on what 'Pebbles' was. While he did need to be objective and everyone needed to be treated as a suspect to keep it fair. The only thing tying Cyren to anything was his Noivern's scale that they had already ruled out. Katie had been nothing but helpful as well, and nothing seemed to be pointing in her direction of commingling the crime. He had grown to trust Cyren and Katie, but he would still have to look at it objectively if he had to. Cyren had explained that Pebbles was his sister's Roggenrola. So the Rockruff would be able to track the stolen diamond Pokemon through that. "Oh wow, that's very clever. Convenient too." Demetri commented with a surprised tone. He would have never thought about Pokemon of different evolution would carry the same scent, then again he had never thought about it. After that, Cyren sent off Mars to look for the scent. The canine declared a negative for Cyren and moved on. His Guard didn't speak up on behalf of the Abra so he assume he was right about the declaration. Cyren began to comment on that if him being a suspect would be an issue he would understand. Demetri thought for a quick moment before responding, just to make sure he would be responding correctly and fairly. "Well, as of right now, there's nothing pointing in your direction. The only connect to you or your Pokemon turned into an alibi. I don't think there's any reason to not believe your Pokemon's findings." He replied. using the fact they've uncovered thus far for his reasoning. While he did trust them so far but if anything pointed in their direction he wouldn't hesitate to interrogate them. "If anyone wants to contest Mars's findings we can use my Lycanroc to find the answer. I just had never thought about getting to help in that purpose. " He explained still a bit surprised but the idea of a Pokemon being able to get all of that. However soon after, Katie returned. She was definitely on a mission with her Pokemon scampering behind her to keep up. She chimed in stating she connected the feather to the blonde in pink. "Oh really? That could be important." Demetri reached forward and gently took the feather and looked at it. "This was found out in the foyer. So if it really belonged to her, this could serve as an alibi." He explained looking to the blonde in pink, recognizing who it belonged too. "I'm going to keep it on the table of clues just in case, but thank you Katie." He told her and handed it off to the guard as he stepped up and moved it back to the table.

Meanwhile Mars was on a hunt, starting with Elizabeth. He would sniff at her again, she would be sitting on the edge of the stage looking as defeated as she felt. She didn't feel helpful at all, and the only tip that she did feel was very important was dismissed already. Her Cutiefly was sitting on her shoulder nuzzling her neck trying to sooth her. She looked down to the puppy and went to pet him again but it was clear he was on a mission for he sniffed her and ran off. She would smell lightly of sweet perfume, but there was no scent of diamond on her. However he may realize that the scent of familiarity with the unknown Pokemon was her scent. As he went off to Marco, the male wouldn't kneel to let him smell his hand. But he would remain still for the puppy's convenience. Marco would have a musky cologne scent on him, and would definitely have a scent of minerals and gems on him, however none were diamonds.

XXXXX Marcellus was wound up, he made an effort to keep his expression his usual calm and kind demeanor but frustration was clear in his eyes. He was frustrated that he wasn't able to or allowed to maneuver through the aristocrats like he believed he should. Perhaps had he not dressed the way he did he might have gotten further, but that would never occur to Marcellus. But not only that, he felt brushed off of the fact against the girl he knew was guilty of something. Just her energy wasn't right to him. From the moment he saw her he could tell that she was up to no good, and he would say he was right. He listened to Julian as he explained why he might be so uncomfortable. He didn't want actual violence but he tried to explain that it would be easier compared to this, leaving it open ended. "Political? Problem Solving, but only when they want?" He tried to fill in. He let out a sigh, adjusting his embroidered cape needlessly. "I believe I understand. It seems quicker and easier in the moment then sitting and thinking." He replied. While this would be something he would normally enjoy had he not been unfairly criminalized, and brushed off when he attempted to assist in getting the young girl arrested.It was strategy, that was something Marcellus was good at, but the Archduchess wasn't playing by his set of rules, the right rules according to him. Julian didn't seem to be the strategy kind of guy. He was more of the punch now ask questions later. Or more appropriately, dive into dangers and assess the survivability after. Marcellus didn't exactly work the same. He only willingly answered the call to arms in Mahogany in the fight against Missingno. He was forced to battle with Darkrai, as well as the All Hallows Eve Ball, and now this. Marcellus had been forced into danger each time with not much pay off here after. Julian seemed to be the only one that was actually understanding the possible criminal at hand. "I don't have any physical proof. But she's one of the few people that I'm sure I saw had moved in the darkness. On top of it, I went into the Foyer with her Mega Lucario, and he deflected any time I asked for his help through abilities, and changed the subject when I stated her Pokemon she has with her might have been able to cause the power outage." Marcellus explained. The Lucario had been fairly suspicious to Marcellus in his behavior and it bothered him no one else was seeing it for the female. "When I questioned about her Pokemon he wanted to search the Foyer. I just think it's highly suspicious that someone would deflect and ignore a glaring ability that could help greatly." Marcellus hadn't been paying attention to the others around him, so he didn't notice what had happened between the Blondes or Liz. He crossed one arm over his chest and let out another sigh as he thought about what his next course of action.
